St Anne's care home is an exceptional care home. It is friendly, clean and very welcoming. The staff are brilliant and give my mother everything she needs. This is her second visit here and, as a family we feel she is in a very safe, secure and nurturing environment. Thank you to everyone who I communicated with, you were all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend St Anne's to anyone looking for peace of mind and an enjoyable stay.

I was recommended to view this care home and I must say I am extremely pleased with everything that I have witnessed. My mother has complex needs. She doesn't accept that she should be in the home for her own needs and safety. The home is copping with her absolutely brilliantly. Every member of staff that I have met are wonderful.

We as a family were new to putting someone into residential care. The Management Team at Kimberly Court have been very helpful in us navigsting our Mother into care.

Since arriving we have seen a very positive transformation in the responsiveness of our Mother. Whstever your doing keep doing it as we have our Mum back!

My mum has been a resident here since about February, and although I have wanted to come visit, I live a long distance away from Cornwall, and my sister largely does most of the visits, since she is local. My mum seems settled and happy to live here amongst the other residents. She had a full week just going out with us and was impeccably well turned out by the care staff, who were always happy to help and seemed very supportive of her and the other residents. Lots of things put out for the residents to be interested in, with plentiful staff around to help if needed, all cheerful and welcoming. My overall impression of the home is a well-run community; everything looks in good condition and well thought out for the residents' safety and security. I feel confident to say the home is full of life and laughter, a pleasure to see, and happy that my loved one is safe and well cared for. Thank you all!

Always impressed by the friendly and attentive attitude and behaviour of the staff at St Annes toward both the residents and family visitors. The home feels both welcoming, supportive, secure and is consistently spotlessly clean and warm.

We are delighted my mother has a place at St Annes care home. The staff are so kind and take very good care of mum. Her lovely room really feels like home. Although my mother cannot always participate lots of activities are organised and everything is done to create a lovely atmosphere. Many thanks to all the staff!

Thank you and staff for all you had done caring for mum. She was a very quiet and nervous person but was beginning to become more sociable as time passed. It's a shame her time at St Anne's Saltash was shorter than expected but I know she felt safe and cared for, which in turn made me feel I had ensured she was in a good caring place. Thank you all.

The care for my mother and father has been very professional, kind and thoughtful not to mention cheerful. Mum and dad appreciate how well they are being looked after. The staff are invariably happy and supportive. I feel well informed about the care that mum and dad are having in terms of their comfort and health needs. Communication between the home and me is good and I feel and trust they would do the best for mum and dad in any difficult situation.

From the first phone call to enquire about availability to nan's last day at the home, all staff I encountered were welcoming and accommodating. Nan was well looked after and fed very well. When she became poorly the staff not only cared for her but looked after myself and my dad (asking if we wanted tea/coffee or anything to eat, whilst we were sat with her). I cannot thank them enough for all their support and kind words at the end. Anyone who stays here will have the best time and be looked after very well.

Overall Experience
Mum spent the last year and half in St Anne's. Sadly she passed away in December 2025.
I cannot fault the staff as mum loved them and they went above and beyond and built a great relationship with her. As a family we also built a great relationship too and really appreciated how they all took care of our mum. They really care for the residents.
Sadly the dynamics have changed and it felt like the budget was being squeezed and staff were not as happy as before. They didn't hold a Xmas fair, or raffle in December and they removed the little shop that was there for residents. Also, they recently stopped the cinema evenings which it was clear the residents loved.
I raised a concern regarding the cleanliness of the room, which was dealt with and the team they have now are amazing. Mum said it was the cleanest her room had been.

I just hope that Anchor recognise what great staff they have and make them feel appreciated and that they can overcome the issues. Thank you so very much x

Review of Kimberley Court from Donna B (Daughter of Resident) published on 20 January 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
I visited 7 other homes before looking around Kimberley Court. It was head & shoulders above the others in all aspects. It was the also the only one that is purpose built. All the rooms are en-suite & have a little kitchenette. My mum is lucky to have a sea view room.
From my initial enquiry phone call with Sam & the subsequent visit to view the care home, the communication has been excellent. Sam made the whole lead up to mum moving in smooth & seamless. She supported me every step of the way & was kind & caring in the moments I was very emotional. The communication since has been excellent from all staff.
The housekeeping staff deserve a mention as the cleanliness is second to none. One of the first comments I made to Sam on my initial visit was that it smelt lovely.
The catering is excellent & mid morning & evening snacks and drinks are offered in addition to the three meals a day.

All the staff are kind, caring & treat residents with respect. A special thanks to Hollie.

I was so impressed with every aspect of Kimberley Court from initial enquiry, viewing, settling in, support care and friendship.

The whole team are amazing and made my Uncle feel special and loved - the staff take the time to make a difference which would not be possible without good management from the top down. I have used and visited other care homes and none were anywhere as good as Kimberley Court. A special mention to Carrie, Sam and Maddie who were particularly fantastic although Ii do not want to miss mentioning so many others too. Thank you.

Fantastic care home and I viewed quite a few and came back to this one. I had seen some very plush looking homes, but this one was warm, friendly, active and homely and gave me the best impression over others. The rooms or flats are lovely, my dad had a sea view, they have a little area for making drinks in the room and fridge, ensuite wet room and call bell system. But what makes this home special is the staff management and the brilliant activities. Communication from staff is five-star, always letting you know how your parent is doing and notifying you of any changes to care plans. The food looks very good, my dad had to have a soft diet for medical reasons and the chef was brilliant at accomdodating this. He always liked what he had and the choices. The snacks and drinks are supplied in between. Meals always contain some fresh fruit, cake and smoothies. The care for my dad has been first class, my dad has put on weight and is walking better as he had been very poorly. Due to this we are able to take dad home and look after him ourselves now as your work circumstances have changed, but he will still be having respite at this wonderful home.

Overall Experience

Prior to my parents moving into Kimberley Court we viewed several residential homes, and Kimberley Court was easily the best. Particular points that impressed us were all bedrooms are en suite and have a kitchenette. The whole building is decorated to a high standard. It looks and smells lovely, more like you would expect in a hotel. We like the fact that the weekly menu's and activities are published in advance. We have eaten in the upstairs dining room with our parents and can vouch that the food is very good and very tasty. The outside garden is a nice touch on a sunny day. Most of all the staff deserve a special mention from the management, team leaders, care assistant's, cleaners and the kitchen staff are all very friendly, and willing to help. The whole team are always friendly and caring to residents and visitors alike. We always judge a place by asking ourselves the question would be happy living there if we required care in later years and the answer is a definite yes.

My mother stayed here for a 2 week respite with the option of ongoing care here! As soon as we walked though the door it was homely and welcoming! Her room was clean and spacious even had a little kitchenette so she could have a little bit of independence if she wanted it! The dining room, Day room and tv room are bright and airy, and all in the 1950's style with was lovely! The food looked amazing! The staff went above and beyond to help her settle in and make her feel safe and welcome! I would love to be in a home like this when my time comes! Thank you St Anns for making it so nice for mum and for making a stressful situation into an easy one!

My mother was fortunate to spend the final 2 and a half years of her life in this care home. When you walk through the doors, it feels so different to the archetypal care home. It's light, bright and modern, no unpleasant aromas and a cheerful welcome from all the staff you encounter. It feels like a hotel rather than a residential home.
My mother's room was amazing. Ensuite facilities and a small kitchenette which made her feel self contained and safe. She valued her privacy and this was very important in helping her settle and feel at home. She had a choice of eating in the dining room with the other residents or staying in her room. The staff always facilitated her choices and she appreciated their efforts.
The food is exemplary and of a high standard.

My mother passed away in June and our family are indebted to all the amazing staff at St Annes. They were compassionate, kind, empathetic and cared for us too. It is a great comfort to our family; we shall be eternally grateful.

Everyone at the home are extremely pleasant. They are patent and kind. They take the time to learn about the resident, family connections etc. They take time to find out their favourite needs, where they like to go, what time they like to go to bed and what time they like to get up. All in all an extremely pleasant atmosphere to be in.
