My mother was fortunate to spend the final 2 and a half years of her life in this care home. When you walk through the doors, it feels so different to the archetypal care home. It's light, bright and modern, no unpleasant aromas and a cheerful welcome from all the staff you encounter. It feels like
a hotel rather than a residential home.
My mother's room was amazing. Ensuite facilities and a small kitchenette which made her feel self contained and safe. She valued her privacy and this was very important in helping her settle and feel at home. She had a choice of eating in the dining room with the other residents or staying in her room. The staff always facilitated her choices and she appreciated their efforts.
The food is exemplary and of a high standard.
My mother passed away in June and our family are indebted to all the amazing staff at St Annes. They were compassionate, kind, empathetic and cared for us too. It is a great comfort to our family; we shall be eternally grateful.

Dad has been at St Anne's for 18months now and he's very happy here. I can't fault St Anne's- the staff from top to bottom are all amazing. Communication is excellent, care first class, food very good and all cooked on site by wonderful kitchen staff.
GP response to requests for Primary care is very
good.

Everyone at the home are extremely pleasant. They are patent and kind. They take the time to learn about the resident, family connections etc. They take time to find out their favourite needs, where they like to go, what time they like to go to bed and what time they like to get up. All in all an extremely
pleasant atmosphere to be in.

Looked at lots of homes for my dad this was the 1st one on my list and after looking at several came back to this one .I have worked in care myself for over 35 years so I knew what I was looking for that my dad would like.
Kimberly court is warm, friendly , excellent regular staff , furnished nicely
, very clean. The room or flats as they like to call them are excellent with a kitchen area, wet room and bedroom. With lots of storage and decorated in neutral colours, my dad's lucky to have a sea view. The kitchenette area has cupboards , plugs and drawers and so we have put Dad's hot drink machine in there for his hot chocolates and when we visit we can make a hot drink. There is also a under counter fridge to store drinks, snacks ect. There is always lots of staff around and the clients are never left alone in dining areas or lounge areas .This home is excellent in its delivery of care and communication , the daily activities are varied, stimulating and fun and the menus are very very good .

My mum stayed at Kimberly Court for thee years during that time I was constantly impressed by how helpful and caring the staff were to my mum. They genuinely seem to care for the residents.
Unfortunately my mum died due to her age.The support and care they gave me and my mum in her last days was unprecedented
and I can only pass on my thanks it made a horrible time bearable .

I very highly recommend Kimberley Court - the care that my lovely Mum received there for over a year was absolutely excellent. The team are professional, efficient and very compassionate - and offer fantastic support and advice for relatives as well as residents. Cleanliness and a friendly atmosphere
are noticeably prioritised, and activities and visiting entertainers are well planned and thought out. The residents are clearly content and happy, meals and snacks are generous and look delicious. Thank you for everything you've done for us.

Very good, Mum was recently admitted to hospital for a period and they commented how good her results were in terms of Mum's conditions, meds etc.
On Mum's return, she was lavished with attention which eased her worries about coming back, they are always very attentive and caring.

The staff at St Anne's continue to provide a high standard of compassionate and positive care for Mum who has now been a resident for nearly two years. As her needs have changed over that time they have been responsive in altering her care plan and take a truly person-centred approach. St Anne's is
a positive environment both in terms of the high standard of decor and cleanliness but also due to the warm, welcoming and cheerful attitude of the staff. Thank you again for all that you are doing.

Kimberly Court is a very well-run home with caring dedicated staff. The home itself is always clean and tidy. The food is freshly home-cooked and looks appetising with a good varied menu. The home is always nice and warm, which on cold winter days is lovely to come into.
Staff are excellent at communicating
with residents and are compassionate and caring. The staff are experienced with dementia as well as all the issues that may come with this.
Our relative over time has required an increasing level of care. His needs have been met with dignity and respect. We have no doubt whatsoever that he has done so well wholly due to the dedication of the staff.
Kimberly Court has regular fun activities, and are very good at encouraging independence.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kimberly Court to anyone considering care, it's a home-from-home, and it's a safe space, with your own personal space.

We viewed St Anne's when it became necessary to source residential care for my Mother. We were so impressed!
Staff - Everybody we encountered was friendly and welcoming. It also struck us that St Anne's is well-staffed.
Premises - so clean and well maintained. Careful thought has been given to make
it as near to a home from home as possible.
My Mother after a difficult start has now settled in and is well cared for. Many thanks.

From the moment I entered Kimberley Court to have a visitors tour, I knew it was the right place for my mum who has Alzheimer's. It completely changed my opinion of care homes and what they have to offer and compared to other care settings that I had visited, Kimberley Court felt warm, welcoming, clean
and full of life. The staff were all incredibly friendly and fun and the list of activities were endless...exactly what my mum needed. I arranged for my mum to have a two-week respite period to see if it was suitable for her to take a permanent place there. She has just completed her 2 weeks and doesn't want to leave. She has settled in very well, socialising with the other residents and even though she sometimes loses her way, there's always a caring member of staff to guide her to where she needs to go. The food is exceptional, which she loves and for me, I know my mum is now in a safe, happy and comfortable environment where she is cared for 24/7.

Kimberley Court Care Home has proved to be a very professional, well-run, caring establishment for my dear Mum who has resided here for nearly 3.5 years. I could not ask for better care for her. All the staff are very friendly, very caring, very helpful, very patient and always treat my Mum with dignity
and respect. They keep me informed of any developments or changes, keeping me involved. The home is always warm and welcoming and exceptionally clean and tidy. There is a lovely varied menu which my Mum enjoys every day. There is a program of activities keeping my Mum entertained. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my Mum is in the best possible hands and I couldn't be happier with the superb level of care she receives. I would not hesitate to recommend Kimberley Court to anyone looking for residential care for a loved one. Kimberley Court Staff - thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Mum, you are all so appreciated.

My mum moved into Kimberly Court after she was admitted to the hospital several years ago after suffering a nasty fall. She was also suffering from Dementia and at the time it was very clear that it was becoming increasingly unsafe for her to remain in her own home. This was planned to be a very short
stay whilst we tried to get her an appropriate care package organised for her. We all soon found out that Kimberley Court is a fantastic place staffed by warm and friendly staff guided by an outstanding management team, and Mum moved in as a permanent resident. Kimberley Court is a lovely caring home where the residents (many of whom suffer from dementia) are provided active stimulation through art, music, cooking, games and supporting charity events - in fact, anything you can think of to enrich their stay. Sadly last December at the age of 98 my mum passed away after enjoying the final years of her life to the full at Kimberley Court thanks to the manager and her team!

My mother has been a resident of St Anne's for the last two years and recently celebrated her 100th birthday. St Anne's put on a 100th birthday party for residents and family on the big day and ensured that the occasion was marked in style. A few days later St Anne's provided the upstairs lounge for
a small family and friends party which was attended by the local mayor. Both parties were greatly enjoyed by Mum and all who attended. Over the last two years my mum has been looked after with great love and care by all the staff at St Anne's. She greatly enjoys the many activities organised by St Anne's, especially the singing. Our family greatly appreciates the care and kindness Mum is shown. St Anne's is a great place for the residents to live. It is a safe and caring environment.
