Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My husband recently stayed at Birch Lodge within West Hall for respite care, and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The staff were very friendly, kind, attentive, and treated him with genuine respect. They took the time to get to know him quickly, and included him in two outings during his
stay with them. The meals were excellent, and he was cared for with real kindness, which gave our whole family great peace of mind.

My mother has resided at Glendale for nearly three years, she has been very happy here - mainly die to the care and compassion shown by all staff.
The highlight of Mum's week was when there was entertainment, especially singing.
My thanks and gratitude to all, especially Sarah, Stephanie, Tracey and
Emmanuel.

My mum has been living here for a few months now, and her room is very nice and a good size and en-suite, which gives her some independence. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always checking on mum to see if she is ok. The staff keep you up to date on everything, from mum's health and activities.
So happy with this care home.

My father has been living at Elizabeth Court for over three months now. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff are so kind, patient and considerate. They really do look after each resident so well. The home has enabled Dad to be the best version of himself possible. The home has a positive,
friendly atmosphere, and all the staff are so approachable. We really couldn't ask for anything more. I hope the staff get recognised for their compassion and professionalism.

I would like to say a big thank from the family to the team at West Hall for the quick turnaround for mum when she was discharged from hospital just before Christmas. To enable mum to have some rest-bite for three weeks the care team assessed mum at short notice. Thank you for the professional care
mum had during her stay it has been appreciated.

Our late dad, a WW2 veteran, passed away in his own bed at Oakleigh aged 104. He spent the last three years of his life at Oakleigh and he was very settled, happy and felt safe. We think going to Oakleigh gave him a new lease of life. The kindness, care, and friendship from the carers and staff was
wonderful and he loved the activities and entertainment. We really appreciate the support given to dad and my husband and I in those last few days. We will always be grateful that he spent the final chapter of his long life at Oakleigh Care Home. It is a special place.

Thameside

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My father moved into Thameside Care Home in December, followed by my mother in January, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care they both receive.
All of the staff are absolutely amazing. From the front desk team to the care workers, deputy manager, and manager, everyone treats us with genuine
kindness and warmth. We are always made to feel so welcome whenever we visit my mum and dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and any questions we have about our parents' care are always answered patiently and helpfully.
We visited the care home on Christmas Day, and the experience was truly delightful. The food was delicious, and the staff served us beautifully, even offering a choice of two meals. It made what could have been a difficult day feel special and comforting.
I feel incredibly relieved and grateful that I found Thameside Care Home for my parents. Knowing they are cared for with such compassion and respect gives our whole family great peace of mind.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
We cannot thank everyone at Limegrove Care Home enough for the wonderful care they gave to our grandad. From the moment he arrived, the team made him feel comfortable, valued and truly at home. The staff are absolutely amazing - kind, friendly, patient and always so welcoming. They would always offer
us tea, along with biscuits/cakes. It created such a homely, comforting atmosphere and meant so much to our whole family. What really stood out was how much time the staff took to get to know our grandad as a person - his routines, his stories, and the little things that made him happy. That personal touch gave us enormous peace of mind knowing he wasn't just being cared for, but genuinely understood and cherished. The activities organised for residents were brilliant; there was always something happening, and it was clear how much effort and thought went into them. Overall, the entire team at Limegrove are outstanding. Their dedication, compassion and professionalism are beyond words.

When I first contacted West Hall for a room I had left it till the last minute. I was treated very efficiently and a room was found; it didn't matter if I was discharged from hospital a day later than expected. The room was bigger than expected (I have a bit of claustrophobia) with a nice view. I could
have breakfast in bed. I was given 2 nice showers. The facilities were clean and the staff very kind. I would recommend it to anyone. I was sorry I didn't try any of the activities.
