A truly caring environment. The carers are exceptional, treating residents with dignity, respect and where appropriate, humour. Thameside goes to a lot of trouble to make sure they really know their residents. We feel very lucky that we were recommended Thameside by the relative of another resident at a very upsetting time for our family. Thameside staff have become new family. We know mum is looked after as well as possible. Team leaders and management are always visible and available for a chat. Any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently meaning we never have to worry about things that can be controlled. Like most, we never wanted mum to go into a care home but having had to make that difficult decision, Thameside has supported us all the way and made everything feel so much better. After every visit we leave knowing that mum could not be in better hands.

I cannot thank the staff and management enough! Everyone is so friendly, caring and my Mother feels safe. She is in a very over caring care home. Every member of staff always say hello, Mum thinks they are wonderful, food is fabulous, what more could we ask for? 10/10

Finding the right care for my our mother with dementia was tough, but Moore Place has been wonderful for her these past three years. The staff treat her with genuine affection and are incredibly attentive. She loves the live music performances, the minibus day trips, and spending quiet afternoons relaxing out on the terrace and in the garden. Seeing her so content gives our family complete peace of mind. Thank you..

The staff are amazing, kind and just wonderful and will do anything to make mum and other residents feel happy and comfortable. They are the best! Mum loves the food, the company and she is so happy I never thought I would see this change in her st 88 years old. I am thrilled with everyone at Glendale and you receive the most amazing reception when you arrive. It's the best home ever and I feel privileged mum is in their care.

My Mother has been at Moore Place Care Home for the last 3 years and is living with dementia. During her time at Moore Place she has been very well looked after and is very happy and settled. All the staff are very friendly and responsive. My mother particularly enjoys the frequent entertainment that is provided and really enjoys the outings on the minibus she also enjoys the beautiful Moore Place garden and sitting on the balcony. As a family we are very happy with our mothers ongoing residency at Moore Place.

I would thoroughly recommend the Beeches Care Home to anyone who wants peace of mind that their loved ones will be treated with the best care, dignity + respect. The home itself is a little tired in places but nothing a fresh coat of paint wouldn't fix. The overall feel of the place is happy and smells nicer than average. The most important thing for me is the quality of the carers. They are amazing and cannot do enough to make what can be a difficult time for family a pleasant + welcoming experience. They are so happy to help and clearly show how much they care about each + every resident. Well done to you all.

A well managed/led care home, with a much valued "open door" policy... excellent.

My mother has been a resident for 12 years. She has been cared for so lovingly and thoughtfully, making her feel safe and happy. All this is possible because Mary at Birch is just the best! Always smiling and managing Birch excellently. Mother is well fed, clearly dressed, and her birthday is made so special for her - Thank you Mary and all the wonderful staff, for looking after our mother so well. x

Mum was at Greenacres for 3 years & in that time as her needs changed from being mainly self sufficient to needing full care, she was always treated with kindness & a good level of interaction from all of the staff. As family, we could speak to any team leader about mum & they would always know her latest situation or, if they needed to find out specific information, would come back to us in a timely fashion.

The team brings a calm approach but continually strive and do deliver key care support for the needs of the individual in their care.

Mum is so well looked after by all at the home. She joins in the activities, loves the food and is very comfortable in her room. I feel she is exceptionally well looked after. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I visit Ridgemount regularly to see very close friend. Ridgemount it is always warm and friendly home. The Manager and Deputy Manager are wonderful and helpful. Very nice atmosphere when you enter the home. Staff are attentive and always engaging the residents with music and singalongs. Highly recommend.

The rooms are a little dated and my mums room gets these horrible flies every few weeks it does get dealt with but it is a health and safety issue only been out there maybe 3 times in 2 years

I had admitted my uncle who was 98 years old last year Nov 19. He took a while to settled down. Had few issues from time to time. But has settled well not. The home was okay then but is improving a lot since last two months we love & he is happy now

Bit of a muddle with laundry. Had some clothing that didn't belong to him, and slippers going missing but this was sorted out quickly.

Thank you so much for looking after mum and for putting our minds at rest

The only improvement would be to have an entry keypad on the outside.
