Very Happy with the Care Mum is having at Eastlake she has settled much better than expected as she did not want to move initially but has Dementia and was and becoming isolated living at home alone. After three months she has become more sociable, enjoys the musical activities and making new friends.
It gives us great relief to know she is so well looked after, taking her medication correctly, enjoying a variety of meals and is much more comfortable. Highly recommend Eastlake to anyone looking for somewhere for a loved one.

Since Mum has come into the home over 2 years ago I have noticed an increase in the level of care and assistance. There is always a warm welcome from Sally and Wendy at the reception desk, and all the daily carers I meet are always friendly and seem to make life here for Mum as best they can. All the
managers and team leaders are always kind and ask how things are with me as well as doing a great job looking after Mum.

My mother, 92, came to Elizabeth Court in January, inituiallly for respite care. The home was recommended to my family by another family member and we have not been disappointed No longer feeling safe at home by a series of falls, mum soon began to talk of feeling very happy at Elizabeth Court. She
has now decided to live there permanently. We are extremely impressed by the excellent standard of care, and are so grateful to all the staff for their help and support at such a difficult milestone in mum's life, and their ongoing professional expertise and reassurance. We commend mum's particular "key Worker" who always "goes that extra mile."

My husband is being very well looked after. The staff and management are lovely and very caring. The meals are cooked on the premises and are excellent and the variety is amazing. There are several activities during the week that the residents can participate in. I would recommend Linwood and have done

We've been visiting Elizabeth Court with the children from a Childcare company for around a year now, and it has become such a special part of our routine. The residents and children have formed some truly lovely bonds, and it's amazing to see the genuine joy our visits bring to everyone involved.

The

staff are always so warm, welcoming and friendly, and they really make us feel valued every time we visit. It's heartwarming to see the residents' faces light up when the children run into the room, and the excitement is very much shared by the children too. They always look forward to coming and often go home talking excitedly to their parents about the residents and the activities they've done together.

Elizabeth Court has created such a caring and positive environment, and we feel very lucky to be able to visit regularly. The connections between the residents and children are so meaningful, and it's wonderful to see the happiness these intergenerational visits bring.

My Mum has been a resident for 9 months now and she is very happy and well cared for. Despite my fears that she would remain in her room on her own, she is always to be found in the communal lounge enjoying the company. There is always a smile at reception when I visit, the carers are all really kind
and helpful whilst encouraging independence where applicable and the team leaders are always ready to listen and help. I have found the manager and deputy manager to be really approachable, supportive and happy to help when I have needed some advice. What attracted me to this particular care home (apart from the proximity to my home) was that despite having 59 rooms it has such a cozy feel. The floors have two dining rooms and lounges on each floor so that there are usually only about 10 residents sharing each communal space. I also love that each bedroom has a front door with a knocker on it to make it feel like your own little home. My Mum says the food is lovely!

Always a warm welcome from the home. My aunt with cognitive impairment always looked well dressed and well cared for. The staff all new her well and would pop in to see her and share a joke. The staff were all very kind and caring. Twice she was admitted to hospital and on discharge I thought she was
end of life. On both occasions when back to the home, the staff improved her general condition and well being, my aunt was happy and well cared for. The home staff were amazing.

My husband's auntie has been at the home for the past 4 years and sadly passed away recently. Everyone at Linwood made her last few years very special. She was always shown dignity, compassion, kindness and amazing care. We were also treated with great courtesy when visiting her and kept well informed
about her progress and situation. We can not thank Linwood enough for all they have done for her and would highly recommend this care home to anyone needing this type of care.
