I cannot rate this home enough, my grandmother had mixed dementia and her last 3 years were made comfortable and fun for her. she enjoyed all the different activities and the staff were amazing they made sure she felt safe and looked after, even in her final days she was cared for to an amazing standard.

My mother stayed at Milfiield for around 6 months and made considerable improvements enough for us to decide to take her with us on a new journey and a new home with her family. From initial enquiry, through to care and her departure, all the staff were unbelievably considerate, caring, enthusiastic and super friendly which give us a huge amount of confidence that she was in the right place and in the right hands. 'Thanks to all would 110% recommend to anyone.

Carer (J) has been fantastic with getting mum in, Team leader (L) and manager (S) have been very nurturing. Room is very pleasant & bright, the home is very clean. Food seems to be varied & tasty. Really pleased with experience in this first week.

When I, we, visit our Friend in Beechfield Lodge, we always find the staff very helpfull, and always feel that our friend is getting all the care and support she needs, and is very well cared for, that is what you want to see and that is the service you get at Beechfield Lodge.

Good atmosphere. Pleasant, helpful staff. Noticed dymentia residents not 'overly' restricted and kindly treated by staff. Husband only resident a few weeks then told needed nursing care. His mood improved while at Wellington Lodge and he seemed to appreciate the care that he was given (also very few complaints about the food!) Enjoyed visiting. Made welcome

Amazing, the care and support the staff provided to my mum was above and beyond the care expected. In her last days the compassion and dignity shown to her was amazing. Staff saw pass the blunt and sometimes rude manner and would bring out the joy and fun side of Mum. It is evident that staff see their past as a vocation rather than just a job, due to their commitment to all the residence.

I can't thank all the staff at Hatton Grange enough for the wonderful care they have shown mum over the past four years; taking her on trips and activities; respecting her privacy and helping her remain dignified; laundering her clothes beautifully and keeping her room so clean; gently coaxing her to swallow ice-cream; showing an interest in her piano playing; always putting her watch on; painting her nails; combing her hair; phoning us when you knew we needed to be with her; trying your very best to keep her with us until I got home; and of course - the endless cups of perfect tea!

My mum was in your care and on end of life, the care was outstanding by everyone at Hatton Grange. Mum was treated with dignity, care and love until the very last day. Thank you to everyone for taking such care of mum you were all without exception brilliant. Thank you.

My ex wife was admitted to Millfield in July. The care staff at the home were absolutely brilliant. She was transferred from another care home because of health issues and the rapid decline in her weight. I approached the staff at Millfield in particular Anne Marie. My goodness this lady is a Saint. I was guided by her and her staff through every detail needed From her arrival at Millfield my ex wife was frightend and confused. She was also underweight and losing weight rapidly. Within a couple of weeks she as already to put weight back on albeit just a few pounds. We've even had a smile from her. There is a trust building up with the staff at Millfield. They are absolute Angels. My ex wife as no family other than myself. I am elderly and have a stage 4 diagnosis for cancer. So it's very important that she is receiving the very best care. I more than confident she now is. If I was to die soon I'd be more than happy That she would looked after properly God bless every member of Staff.

On my husband going into the home all the staff were brilliant , so helpful , made it feel like home from home , all the staff are very caring in every thing they do , and always have a smile , the home is very clean

Israel Sieff is a very friendly and welcoming home. It is clean and well kept. Staff work very hard to make residents feel 'at home, away from home'. Staff are friendly, pleasant, helpful, considerate and compassionate. I know my mum is in good hands and is well looked after.

Our Aunt Wendy enjoyed a new lease of life when she came to live at Millfield a couple of years ago, she chose Millfield herself after researching and visiting care homes in the area. She was always busy with activities. The professional care and compassion Wendy and we her family received at the end of her life were wonderful. Thank you to a great team for enriching her life, respecting her individuality. Millfield really is a home from home establishment.

I am keen to write a review as my Auntie who lived at Millfield Care Home died this morning. I don't live locally and in spite of that the care team have gone out of their way to help me stay in touch. I wrote regular emails with photographs to punctuate phone calls. The manager printed off my letters , and personally delivered, read them to my Auntie and provided her with a folder to store the letters and photos, which she had taken the trouble to print at large scale so they could be looked over and shared. In conjunction with this I received a regular newsletter, often with my Auntie featured , enjoying some of the many activities provided.i can say that she was an intelligent woman who found happiness, compassion and company in her later life at Millfield.. thank you.

In general I find Millfield care home to be really good.

Lovely staff at Millfield- gave my dad a big hug when he came back in for respite care. They look after him well, remember what he likes (and doesn't like). We're lucky to have such a good Care home close to us.

My mum has been a resident since September 2022, we as a family are pleased with the care our mum has received during this time.

It is a great thing to have peace of mind that my nana is safe, entertained and cared for.
