My friend always seems very happy and content. The staff are always very happy and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The decor and atmosphere are bright and welcoming, always the main thing is the support and care given to all residents.

Having used Hatton Grange for almost 4 years, I can confidently say that quality and care are consistently excellent.
Staff are polite, listen and respond to concerns. The promises benefit from good management, are clean and tidy. Services, such as laundry, are also excellent, and the menu options

Mum came to Montrose in mid-December following 2 stints in hospital due to falls. From day one mum has been treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff are wonderful, helpful and considerate. Mum has settled in very well, and to know that she is safe, happy and well cared for is a huge relief.

I work abroad so don't get home often, so responsibility to care for mum has fallen on my sister. As this burden became too much, especially following on from mum having numerous falls at home she came into Montrose in December 2025. Wow...What a difference! mum is happy, relaxed loves being in the
company of others. She loves the staff and is so very settled. My sister is now able to be a daughter. So a perfect result all round.

My mum became a resident (at Montrose Hall) at the end of January, following an illness after Xmas when it became apparent that living independently was no longer viable. Although it has been less than a month to date, her general demeanour and outlook have become more positive, and she seems generally
happy to have taken up residence. Not only am I very grateful to the management staff, but the overall improvement to the quality of life cannot be underestimated.

Mum is well cared for and happy at Millfield. She is treated with respect by helpful and caring staff, and has the opportunity to join in with any activities organised by the staff. The staff are aware of her memory and mobility problems and are happy to go the extra mile to keep her safe and well.

My mum originally went to Millfield for respite care but is now a permanent resident. Her room is lovely and light, and new furniture was put in for her. The carers can't do enough to help. They are always friendly and approachable, encouraging my mum to socialise and stay active. The managers have
been extremely supportive to me throughout the whole process of moving my mum to a home. My mum never wanted to go into a care home but Millfield has been fantastic for her. After two years of social isolation (apart from family) in her own home, she is much happier in this caring environment.
It was her birthday last week and the catering staff put in a special meal for us, her assigned carer came in on her day off and gave her presents and cards.
Any issues we have had, have been discussed and resolved straight away. They have taken a huge weight off my shoulders.
Thanks to all the wonderful staff, my mum feels cared for.

As a family we were relieved to find Millfield Care Home for mum. It has given us peace of mind that she is being well cared for in a lovely friendly environment. Staff always make us feel welcome when we visit and are available for us to ask any questions about mums care. There are lots of activities
for the residents and the special events when we can join in as a family are always happy occasions.

Mum has been a resident at Millfield now for almost 2 years. In that time we have been given peace of mind that she is being well cared for with dignity and respect. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring and mum now has a far more enriched life by having regular interaction with differing people
through the meal times, the wealth of activities and entertainment which is provided and by being pampered at the hairdresser. She recently celebrated her 92nd birthday and the staff made space for us to celebrate as a family and then presented mum with a lovely cake and presents. The home have made regular adaptations to meet mum's changing needs without fuss. As a family we are regular visitors to the home and see mum 3 or 4 times a week so we see other residents as well too joining in activities and being cared for. The key for us is that mum is happy and settled at Millfield and we know she is in safe, kind and caring hands.

All staff are amazing and can't do enough for my gran and for us also. The cleanliness is immaculate. My gran seems very happy here. I've seen her smile for the first time in a long time. I also love the fact she can go out and about if she fancies and she has things to look forward to.

My mum moved in this week. The experience of moving/ settling in has gone above and beyond what I expected. All the staff are warm, friendly, and down to earth.
Every member of staff has been so supportive not just to my mum but taking time to help me and my dad adjust to our new way of living. The
overall experience has been welcoming, supportive, and given me a sense of hope of spending quality time with my mum.
