A truly remarkable and team of helpful staff from day 1 when Mum first moved in.
Although Mums health has deteriorated over the last few months I am confident Mum is in good hands, I have made good relationships with a number of staff who look after Mum and would like to pay my gratitude to them they
know who they are.

As a family we had to make a difficult decision to put dad in a care home in November 2025. We visited the home and were shown round rooms were spotless, residents all seemed happy and staff were all friendly. Dad was given a lovely room and settled in very quickly. What a great relief to the family-
he was safe and happy.

My Father in Law recently moved into Millfield after many months of deliberation. He has readily accepted this as his new home and appreciates the care and the social interaction which is available with both the other residents and dedicated staff. His own room meets all his requirements in a safe environment
and kept spotlessly clean, supported by the excellent catering on site which provides piece of mind to the rest of his family who are able to visit at every opportunity.

My Mum -in-law has lived at Millfield for about two years now. She always tells me how happy she is there and how well she is looked after by a dedicated team in all areas.
The home is kept beautifully fresh and clean throughout, as is her own room. The catering team provide great food in the dining
rooms and also in residents' rooms if required.
She enjoys the daily programme of activities, entertainment, trips out, seasonal celebrations and birthday parties which are a key part of living at Millfield and everyone is so caring and friendly.

My mother receives all the care she needs at Hatton Grange. The staff are excellent - all very welcoming to mothers' visitors. I have seen them treat all residents with respect and dignity. We trust the home to have mothers' best interests at heart.
Support staff are also efficient (admin, laundry,
etc.)

From the first day my sister came to live at Israel Sieff, I could feel that this was a perfect place for her needs. She was welcomed by every member of staff in all areas. She soon settled in and made friends. She enjoys spending time with others and joins in with activities and trips out to theatres,
cafes, markets and thoroughly enjoys these. Israel Sieff is clean, smells nice and is well-maintained. We are all as a family so happy with this place.

My mom has been in Israel Sieff Court for nearly a year. Since my mum has resided here, she has been so much more settled. Also, the level of care has been excellent. Mum really enjoys the food, which is made on the premises. The care staff are more than obliging. My mum is very happy here, and it shows
in her wellbeing. I am, and my sister has no regrets of her moving into Israel Sieff.

Having used Hatton Grange for almost 4 years, I can confidently say that quality and care are consistently excellent.
Staff are polite, listen and respond to concerns. The promises benefit from good management, are clean and tidy. Services, such as laundry, are also excellent, and the menu options
are varied and nutritious.
Highly recommended.

Mum came to Montrose in mid-December following 2 stints in hospital due to falls. From day one mum has been treated with the utmost care and respect. The staff are wonderful, helpful and considerate. Mum has settled in very well, and to know that she is safe, happy and well cared for is a huge relief.
Thank you.

I work abroad so don't get home often, so responsibility to care for mum has fallen on my sister. As this burden became too much, especially following on from mum having numerous falls at home she came into Montrose in December 2025. Wow...What a difference! mum is happy, relaxed loves being in the
company of others. She loves the staff and is so very settled. My sister is now able to be a daughter. So a perfect result all round.

My mum became a resident (at Montrose Hall) at the end of January, following an illness after Xmas when it became apparent that living independently was no longer viable. Although it has been less than a month to date, her general demeanour and outlook have become more positive, and she seems generally
happy to have taken up residence. Not only am I very grateful to the management staff, but the overall improvement to the quality of life cannot be underestimated.
