We are pleased to see you have rated the Care / Support, Staff and Facilities as Excellent as we always strive to provide the best quality care for our residents. Thank you for your feedback surrounding odour in an area of the home, which I am pleased to confirm has now been sorted. Thank you, also for your feedback on door locks and laundry.Some residents do like to go back and forth to their rooms so we do look at how this works best for each individual. We are also working with our laundry team to improve this service and encouraging the use of name labels. Feedback is very important to us, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me at any time. Last week Mum and other residents were taken on an outing to Portland Basin for a canal boat ride. It's so good that she can get out occasionally, despite needing a wheelchair to do so
