Thank you for taking the time to review Montrose Hall and we're pleased you rate our care/ support as excellent. We appreciate your kind comments regarding our team and our home, which I will pass on. We play different types of music throughout Montrose Hall to suit our residents' different preferences. We tend to have older songs playing in the corridors and, at times, the music in the lounges may change to different types and eras. I will discuss current music being played in our staff meeting this week. We have a sign displayed in the front window which advises visitors on how to access the building. This includes our phone number if people are not getting a timely response during our busier times and we'll ensure that this sign remains visible. We have air fresheners in our corridors. A recent infection control visit confirmed they are very happy with Montrose Hall's standards of hygiene. I'm happy to discuss all aspects of our care at a mutually convenient time.
