Also I don't know I anything can be done with the laundry to ensure the right clothes are returned to the right person - especially
Sometimes you can smell urine in the corridors - think this is because of carpets in corridors. I have found all the staff to be hard working and attentive and the activities are very varied and good fun - keep the residents interacting with each other - keep it up!
As I only visit once a week as I'm just a friend and not family I can't comment on value for money. Think having a hairdresser on site is an excellent idea.
Obviously I can only review on my one visit a week but I have found everyone to be friendly and helpful when I'm there.

Thank you, also for your feedback on door locks and laundry.Some residents do like to go back and forth to their rooms so we do look at how this works best for each individual. For a small sum we were able to book family members in to join her for lunch (a service they have recently re-introduced since suspension during Covid). The kitchen staff had baked her a lovely birthday cake
Last week Mum and other residents were taken on an outing to Portland Basin for a canal boat ride. It's so good that she can get out occasionally, despite needing a wheelchair to do so
