My nan has become much happier since moving to Trinty Lodge. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. The staff don't only support residents, their door is open for relatives too. There is always activities and stuff for the residents to do and keep busy. The meals are well balanced
and varied, you can also have dinner with your relative if you let the staff know.

Godiva Lodge

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My grandmother recently stayed at Godiva lodge for short staff. This gave my parents much needed break. I visited regular during her stay and found all the staff lovely. I found activities were engaging and meaningful i haven't seen my grandmother giggle for some which was lovely as i got to capture
some memorable pictures. Management team were amazing at reassuring me and my family of my grandmother enjoying her experience of respite and care that she would be cared for whilst my parents took a holiday. I visited regular as this was our first time using respite and me and my family were unsure if we were doing the right thing. This has made me and my family confident that when they need a break they would recommend returning to Godiva Lodge in the near future.
Thank you team.

My father has dementia and mobility issues after months of worry and dispair
Bloomfield Court, its carers and administration came as a breathe of fresh air, his transition was seamless and the kindness and understanding are in abundance. Needless to say we now view all staff as friends and can call
on them at any time. 24/7. We have no concerns and would recommend Bloomfield day in day out.

Harden Hall provided exceptional care for our nan from 2018 onwards, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for her. The staff were kind, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect at all times. They truly took the time to know her as a person, amd even treated her like
part of their own family at times, which gave our family great comfort and peace of mind. We couldn't have asked for better care and would highly recommend Harden Hall and all its staff to everyone.

My mother was reassigned to Godiva Lodge when her last care home closed in late 2025, despite the very short notice the transfer was smooth and the team at Godiva have been superb and welcoming. My mothers care is exemplary, physically she looks the best, regrettably her dementia inevitably progresses
but the team at Godiva are compassionate and expertly look after her mental health needs as well as her physical.
I live about 4 hours away from Coventry so am unable to visit as frequently as I would like but the team at Godiva are great communicators and keep me updated. I trust the team at Godiva Lodge and feel reassured that my mother is in receipt of the best care 24/7.

My friend has mental health issues as well as early Alzhiemer's she can find situations confusing and does not find it easy to maintain personal hygiene. Staff are always attentive and patient with her. She likes to joke and has excellent relationships with the staff who listen to and act on her concerns.
She loves being in the home and is kept safe in a way she could not be within the community. A particular love for her is using the gardens and being able to go out attended. The home is easily accessed by bus and train. Staff ensure she is appropriately dressed and fed.

Godiva Lodge Care Home has been absolutely wonderful in looking after my Nan. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat her with dignity, make her feel safe, and always take the time to chat with her and make sure she's comfortable.
The home
is clean, well-organised and has a lovely atmosphere. My Nan enjoys the meals, the activities, and the friendly faces around her every day. We've seen such a positive difference in her confidence and wellbeing since she's been there.
What means the most to us is the peace of mind-knowing she is cared for by people who clearly take pride in what they do. I can't thank Godiva Lodge enough for the care and kindness they show.
Highly recommended and truly deserving of 5 stars.
Thank you for looking after my Nan so well.
