The staff have been very helpful and kind to both mum and her family. Mum is much more lively with the social contact and activities that are organised for the residents which is more than we could have hoped.

My sister and I visit my Brother and we always find it pleasant to visit Harden Hall care home theres always a nice area to sit the carers are very pleasant and helpful we have no complaints at all. Thank You

Attentive & person centred care delivery on every single visit has been observed consistently for the many years my friend has been there. All residents including my friend are treated and respected as individuals, all with differing needs, and all staff know each individual and deliver care accordingly. There is a culture of patience, kindness, compassion, humour and warmth to residents and visitors alike. The staff seem happy to be there, a big sharing caring team, happy to be caring, happy to talk to visitors, lots of transparency, nothing is too much, all of which makes such a big difference. Any issues are communicated immediately and are handled very professionally across all levels of staffing. Residents' health, welfare and wellbeing are the highest priority, no tick box approaches at this home. When I ring, they always know exactly how my friend is and where she is on that day. If ever I needed to go into a care home, I would choose this one. Thank you to you all.

I visit a relative on a regular basis and find the home to be well run and a very peaceful and quiet. However this weekend my relative was rushed into hospital for a couple of days. During this time I saw what dementia really does to people. No details, but I found some things quite upsetting. I then realised that this sort of thing is seen and sorted out by your your carers occasionally. Not every day perhaps, but clearly they do see some things that most people would run away from. So, please convey my thanks and appreciation for all they do. They are all lovely caring people.

I find Maple Dene to be a very efficiently-run care home. Everyone is so caring, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, regardless of their role. Everyone is so patient and kind. The management thinks of everything for the benefit of the residents. The food is appetising, nutritious and, according to reports from residents, delicious. The flats are always clean, but at the same time, feel like 'home'. The garden is a bonus, and is very well maintained. The activities are good as are the occasional outings which residents enjoy. There was a wonderful sports day organised two days ago, which was so well thought out so that it was possible for everyone to take part if they wished to without undue pressure put upon those who did not wish to. I would say that Maple Dene is an excellent care home.

My sister is in this home and I am so impressed with the overall experience. The staff are excellent so is the accomodation. I would recommend Anchor Homes to anyone. It and the staff are 1st rate and so are the management.

On our visits, this is a wonderfully caring home. The staff are caring and approachable. Pauline our family member is relaxed and at home here, and seems at home. We, as a family, are very happy that she is safe & well, and well looked after

Great home settled Mom in a couple of weeks ago; very friendly staff. Very compassionate. A lovely home that feels more like a little flat.

My mother absolutely loves it at Kerria and loves all the carers they are her babies. We are very pleased as a family and recommend Kerria Court to others.

The theme this year was Alice in Wonderland. And what an experience. Amazing day. Started with a fab singer that came in and got many up and dancing with classics. Then the food ....what excellent kitchen and cattering, they have to put on such a spread . All done with brilliant themed Wonderland. But the best was the way ALL staff dressed up and got into the party theme. Having a lovely sunny day also helped. But they all excelled themselves, with the effort, happy smiling faces and wanting to please the residents. Thank you brilliant. Mom carnt be in a better place x

Tea Party. The day was brilliant, good fun, well planned + extremely thoughtful. So much hard work was put in by all the staff which resulted in a very happy day. A treat for everyone The singing and dancing and all the costumes made it so much fun a real moral booster. The food was yummy and delightfully arranged like a posh afternoon tea - even crust cut off the finger sandwiches. Well done and thanks so much.

Good and caring service helpful and friendly

had a few teething problems to start with, but with everyones help all sorted now, dad very happy here all staff are so friendly and supportive, room is comfy and clean, meals are outstanding couldn't wish for a better place for dad to stay. Home from Home

After our mom passed away dad said he was lonely and sad and wanted to be around more people. Bloomfield Court has provided a safe, secure environment for him. We had a couple of issues to start but were soon resolved. The staff are fantastic. They listen and reassure us and are amazing with dad. The food is lovely and dad has no complaints. So glad we chose Bloomfield Court for dads care.
