Tandy court Care Home is well run and the staff are all friendly and courteous. My Brother in law is well looked after and he is very happy with the meals provided. The one problem is the constant mix up of laundry. It would be good for the residents if the garden could be used.

I've been extremely pleased with the level of care that my loved one has at Tandy Court. All the staff are really friendly. They are very approachable and happy to help when I visit and answer any questions I have. My favourite thing is how well the staff know my loved one - she can be challenging and
feisty at times, but all the staff talk of her with affection and warmth, sharing anecdotes and stories of things she has done and said. The management and team leaders are a valued source of advice as I navigate being power of attorney for the first time, and all the difficult decisions that accompany the role. My loved one is treated with kindness and respect as her dementia advances and her condition declines. I am so happy that I chose Tandy Court as the place for her to live and be taken care of at this vulnerable time in her life.

I cannot fault Tandy Court , overall experience from staff has been brilliant. Staff are always welcoming when I go to visit my mom and they are person centred when looking after my mother. There is always a lot of entertainment on which I see featured in the newsletter, also been present on a couple
of occasions when they have had a singer performing. What I notice when I visit Tandy Court there is a warm atmosphere, staff always have a smile and say hello, which I believe has a positive impact for the residents. All staff at Tandy Court work very hard and the building is always clean and has a homely feel.

Overall, I am pleased with everything. Staff are always attentive, caring and helpful. I can now sleep at night, knowing that my sister is safe. It is good to have the different activities each day for those residents that can join in. A lot of thought goes into special occasions etc.

Great calm reception when arriving at the home. Staff so friendly. We visit our brother. Always take us in to see our brother. Tea coffee always available and very approachable and I feel I can always ask the staff about any concerns we have. They all work so hard. Everyone seems happy. Thank you.

I was nervous placing mom in a care home as you never think they look after your loved ones like you do. I can honestly say I need not have worried, my mom has settled in well, even though she has only been here a very short period of time, the staff have been amazing with her, they have been patient
and taken the time to get to know what does and doesn't work with mom. They make sure she is always treated with dignity and ensure that her personal care is taken care of so mom always looks clean and presentable. The activities they have on for all residents is varied and they try to get everyone involved which is good. The meal choices given during the day look good quality and quantity, and mom is always offered a choice between two options. The staff so far are very informative and provide updates on request, some staff have gone above and beyond to work with mom to make her feel comfortable and it shows as mom seems happy and is communicating more. I will add update soon.

My Mother in Law, Pat joined the Trinity Lodge family in January 2026. The love and care that the team have shown her has been amazing There are so many to mention, from Estelle and her management team. To the care team, team leader, housekeeping, and the chef team. They are the best Pats room is always
spotless and smells so clean. The home is beautiful, bright and very welcoming Thank you so much for all that you have done to date and all that you are doing, not only for Pat but the support you show us as a family too. Thank you from us all Amazing place I would highly
I would like to personally commend and Thank Estelle for the support that she has shown to us whilst my Mother in law has been poorly. She ensured that when Pat had a 'failed' discharge from hospital, she recognised how poorly she still was and took quick action.
She has assessed and supported Pat and us as a family to ensure a safe and healthy return to the Care home for my lovely lovely mother in law.
Her expertise and calmness helped us through a very distressing time.
Thank you Estelle you are a credit to Trinity Lodge.

From the very first visit, we were struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere; it felt less like a facility & more like a home from home. The staff are the heart of this home. They treat my mum with the upmost dignity & respect. Always addressing her by her preffered name & taking time to get to know
her personally and her family. We are kept well informed of any update regarding her well-being, which gives us immense peace of mind. I would not hesitate to reccommend Bloomfield Court to anyone looking for high quality care for a loved one.

Really impressed with the home and the staff. Dad has settled in well and is happy. Food is all home cooked and family have the option of eating with the residents. Plenty of activities each day and a beautiful garden with plenty of seating. So good to have 'peace of mind' that dad is happy and well

Over from Ireland for my brother's 70th birthday. All the staff are so welcoming, helpful with genuine love and attention. A lovely birthday party was put on with cake. Made him and us feel very special under a sad and difficult illness that is dementia. So comforting to know he is so well cared for,
fed really well. In lovely surroundings, but most importantly cared for. To stay thanks in so many ways for all you do for him. Bless you all. x
