My mum came to Manor, albeit reluctantly in December 2024 and from the day she arrived at this beautiful 5 star home I have nothing but praise for the AMAZING care and patience and love they have shown to my lovely mum. The staff, all of them are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble from dietary
or religious needs to always offering us a nice cuppa when we come. As time has gone on mums needs have become more intense and the staff have stepped up to the extra care required with a compassion that you would only think family would give. Me and my siblings and all our family are so grateful that we know mum is getting the best possible care we could want in her twilight days and the bonus is - it's in the most beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. I cannot praise it highly enough - we are very lucky and fortunate . Thank you Clare and all the wonderful team.

Manor House Home is the wonderful care all the residents enjoy. Recently Mum's health has started to deteriorate but we were immediately reassured Mum will have all that is needed to keep her comfortable and safe. We feel very fortunate to know our Mum is so very content and so well cared for, thanks to the exceptional carers.

Activities at Manor House organised by Ahmad are great. Regular events + daily Activities for the residents, games + quizzes, frequent singers + musical events + morning exercises to keep people moving.
Afternoon tea is a regular + coffee + cakes with a good chit chat.
Fun had by all for singing
+ dancing when entertainment is on.
The garden party was fantastic, looking forward to future events.

Good care from the staff kind and considerate for my mother during her stay of 8 years can't fault the staff for there kindness and consideration.
The latest management I did not have much contact with and was disappointed as to no communication as to when my mother passed.
Also the lack of ability
for the staff to call me when i live abroad in a difficult time as they can not call abroad due to the tlf system.

The team at Saville Park are fabulous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you are looking for residential care. Mum was looked after and cared for compassionately with the care individualised to suit her needs.
The rooms are spacious, cosy and clean. We were able to make mums room her own. The gardens
are beautiful with planned activities on a regular basis.
All the team from laundry, reception, kitchen, cleaners, team leaders and carers made mum feel welcome and the atmosphere is homely. Thank you so much Saville Park team. You looked after us as a family and mum at a difficult time and we wouldn't have wanted mum anywhere else.

From the start Mum was made to feel welcomed and all her needs catered for
Mums room was cosy clean and very comfortable
ALL the staff was fantastic and very attentive ,nothing was to much trouble
(Mums words)Each going above and beyond in Mums care helped me relaxing knowing the level of care was receiving
The food was outstanding filling healthy with a great verity to choose from
The day room was full of fun activities to cater for everyone at everyone's level of need
Family members were made to feel included and welcomed when visiting Mum
Absolutely fantastic Mum has had the best time shes enjoyed every minute she's made some friends and put some weight on with all the fabulous homemade biscuits ha
So Thank You Trinity Fold for taking such good care of my Mum and allowing me to relax and enjoy my holiday

Although moving into a Care Home was not what either Mum or I wanted to happen, we knew it was going to be the safer option for her.
Moving Mum to The Manor, Roundhay means she is in a safe environment where she is well looked after and safe, meaning we can enjoy quality time together as mother & daughter
when I visit. She is very well cared for and enjoys the food, it's lovely for me also to be able to join her occasionally for a meal so we can eat together as we always did. There is always a cup of tea for us when I go to visit.
There is a varied programme of activities led by the coordinator Ahmad with other volunteers assisting. Initially mum was quite hesitant to join in, but with their gentle encouragement and assistance she has actually enjoyed joining in some activities, enabling her to meet some of the other residents too. There is a varied weekly timetable including board games, exercises sessions, quizzes, visiting musicians and even a visit from lama's this week.

It was a stressful/emotional time as a family but the support received, care & love from all the staff - deputy manager, team leaders, carers, housekeeping and chefs was fantastic. This
shone through when we wanted mum to come home for her last days, her wish. The compassion & determination shown in a difficult situation will never be forgotten, especially towards my Dad/wider family.

My husband settled very well on his first experience of respite. He enjoyed the meals especially the cooked breakfast. He was greeted and welcomed with smiles and encouragement and responded well to them. He seemed very well looked after and appeared to cope well with the change.

Mum was a resident at Ashcroft care home from November 2023 until her death in July 2025. I am very happy with the way the staff treated her and myself whenever I visited. As a retired nurse, I recognise good care when I see it and good care is consistently offered to both my parents at Wetherby Manor. The staff are friendly and very well trained, maintaining excellent standards and seemingly genuinely fond of mum and dad. I live some distance away, so I cannot visit
as often as I would like, so it is reassuring to know they are in such safe and kind hands. Thank you.

Just wanted to thank all the staff regardless of their roles at Anchor Trinity Fold Halifax. I have been a visiting relative for a past few years and noticed that all the residents are well looked after, happy, clean and well catered for.
