My relative was very independent and railed against a home, after a few weeks in and out of the home, she had decided to stay. During this time the management and staff went out of their way to make her feel, welcome, happy, safe and loved. Nothing was too much trouble, they did everything they could
to help her understand that she needed the security of the home and staff.

Unfortunately my nan was giving up when she became a resident however the staff where always attentive and there to motivate her, where always happy to help her in anyways they could and trying to give her reasons to extend her stay.
Even though her stay was short I am happy she liked it there and
glad she enjoyed the good memories we made when visiting

I was very pleased with the care kindness and help shown in encouraging my aunt through several respite stays to becoming a permanent resident. All the staff and especially the manager Loiuse were so supportive and patient throughout a trying time.

Knowing any family member going into a home is quiet daunting but save to say my worries have been erased of what I thought iv been reassured all the way and seeing my mother so happy and she can be vocal if she isn't happy but the staff are very good and with all her care , the presence I get when
I turn up and the positive information I get ref my mother , even my family mention I'm a lot happier as well as my mother is and it's very reassuring that she has know worries , and enjoys her meals and if she wants anything that isnt on the menu they make her , seeing my mum smile more is a plus as when she lived at home she became distant but now has a new lease of life , the staff are lovely if I was to have a problem I can ring any time if the day to answer me which I haven't as yet I'm giving a 10/10 overall thank you west hill Kettering

Lovely staff, friendly and professional staff. My brother is really well looked after. The home is very clean, residents are the top priority. The staff ensure residents meals are catered for individually if they do not like something on the menu. When we walk inside the home, we feel it is well managed.
The only negative is the outdoor seating area in the garden which could do with the painting of furniture and the flags needing a good clean and a garden makeover as it is quite overgrown.
Reply from Sonia Cole, Manager at Bilton CourtThank you for taking the time to review Bilton Court and we are please you rate our overall experience as excellent. We appreciate your lovely feedback, which I will pass to our team. We aim to provide the highest standard of care, menus and activities. Feedback is always welcome and I will look into your suggestions regarding our garden and garden furniture.

I had to move from Kent to Northampton as my partner died, so moved to be with family. I was very anxious to move from my home to a care home. The staff have supported me so much and have made the experience moving to a care home excellent. I am so happy in my new home, the staff is so friendly and

My grandad was well looked after in Bilton court, the care home itself is a very clean calm environment. All staff are very welcoming and caring and always made all the family feel very welcome. Before grandad got too poorly he enjoyed participating in activities and my daughter was always welcomed
to join in too. The best care home around for miles.

Just like to say what a fantastic group of carers at Timken Grange care home, All the staff, so friendly thoughtful and kind giving my mother respect, understanding for her individual needs helping her day to day at every minute never questioning what we asked for, putting her first. She was able to
make her room to her taste taking items from home to make her feel comfortable. A lovely ground floor room with patio door so she could go out if she wanted to.
She was only there for a short time, the staff treated her like a family member giving her unconditional loving care.
There are lots of daily activities to attend to but no pressure to do so. Which we could follow on social media also weekly coffee morning which we could join mum there.
They were all a fantastic support to me and my family during a difficult time.
Would like to say a big Thank you to everyone at the home. For your ever giving support help and care . Thank you xx

My mother first came to the home on the 11th March 2026
Outstanding after spending over 8 weeks in hospital.
The home were very welcoming to both my mother and all of the immediate family who came to visit her on a regular basis.
Although her time in the home was short before she passed away, the management
and staff made every effort to make her last few weeks as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, even to the extent of going out and purchasing her favourite food. They always had time to try and entice her out of her room to socialise and eat with the other residents.
They also tried to get her involved in some of the less strenuous activities even though she was 93 years young and didn't show much interest.
We have developed a close bond with all the managers and staff at the home and will continue to be in contact with them all for a long time.
We were extremely grateful to receive a beautiful bunch of flowers from everyone at the home stating how sorry they were for our loss.

From the moment our grandmother arrived, we knew she was in the best hands. The level of personalised care and attentiveness she receives is exceptional. The staff truly take the time to understand her needs, preferences, and routines, ensuring she feels comfortable, valued, and at home every day.
They
consistently go above and beyond, not only meeting her physical needs but also providing genuine companionship and emotional support. It's clear they care deeply about every resident.
As a family, the biggest comfort is the peace of mind we have. Knowing she is safe, happy, and so well looked after makes all the difference. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Bilton Court to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care.

From our initial visit the management team at Overstone were extremely helpful and professional. Their guidance and support have been one of a kind. It is clear they value their staff and residents. After my mum moved in for respite all of the staff have been fantastic, engaging and provide regular
feedback. The facilities and rooms are beautiful and have such a homely feel. I feel happy knowing my mum is receiving the best possible care.

Noticed staff have tried to help dad more. Encouraging him to move from dining room and to participate more and trying hard to keep him awake, following this, he doesn't seem as confused. Unfortunately one of the best members of staff for this is now leaving, but I'm sure her replacement will continue
the good work. In general, is the care good? I'm happy dad is getting the care he needs. He's had a few falls recently but has been well looked after.

Westhill Park is a happy home with lots of greatness. It is led well by Sharmaine who has been in post for many years. This is to Westhill Park's benefit. My mum is currently living there and enjoys her freedom to choose activities of social events as she pleases. There is always a choice of activities
available. She is happy and well cared for. She has diverse menu needs and is well catered for. The home has recently been freshly painted and had new carpets again. We are very happy with the care Mum receives. Thank you to the hardworking staff.

Bringing my mother to Westhill Park in 2023 was, without question, one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the beginning, when I met the Manageress and her wonderful team, I was deeply touched by the genuine kindness, compassion and respect shown to every resident.
The home itself is spacious,
warm and beautifully decorated creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and uplifting. My mother loved it immediately and truly felt at home.Knowing that she was cared for with such attentiveness and dignity gave me immense peace of mind. Her private room complete with en-suite was bright and thoughtfully arranged. Our entire family was always made to feel sincerely welcome. The activities and entertainment bought so much joy and laughter and it was heartwarming to see how much my mother enjoyed taking part. We were kindly invited to special events such as fireworks displays and Christmas celebration.I will always be grateful for the love and care shown to my mum in her final days.
