Used Priors Hall for respite for my 90 year old mum. From the first contact with the home to the end of her stay, the communication was exceptional. All the information was consistent with what was provided. The accommodation was perfect for her needs and pristine. She had a very comfortable bed and
en-suite. In her own words 'it was like a 5 star hotel' The food was good with plenty of choices and there were lots of inclusive activities which mum took full advantage of.
I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone considering respite or long term care.
Will definitely be using again in the near future.

Mum has been in the care home for over five years and during that time enjoyed outings and taking part in many different activities. Mum was a great cook and one year they helped her make and decorate her own Christmas cake,. She was always treated with kindness and respect. She often teased and had
a laugh with the carers and they understood her personality and showed a genuine goodness for her. During the past few months when mum's health started to decline the staff have been supportive and caring, giving regular updates and support when we visited. They made sure she still looked nice and had her nails done, something she was very particular about. During her final days they sat with her when we were not there, chatting away and playing music. Sadly mum died a week ago, again the staff were supportive and kind, and saddened by her death. I would like to thank all the management and carers for making mum's time at the home a happy one.

Nana came to stay at Priors Hall whilst my parents went on holiday, it gave them great peace of mind knowing she was being well looked after whilst they were away.
Her room was immaculate, spacious and had everything she needed. There was lots of variety of food with choices at meal times.
The team
were kind, attentive and hard working, nothing was too much trouble.
Lots of great activities planned throughout the day for Nana to get involved with, she made some new friends with the other resident's.
Nana is looking forward to her next stay!
I highly recommend Priors Hall Care Home, the manager and the team do an amazing job for all their residents.

I must leave a review for the excellent care provided for my mum. I had to book her in for 10 days' respite due to me having an operation. The management was brilliant and showed us around all the facilities the week before we arrived.. The day I brought mum, we were welcomed with open arms, and all
the staff were brilliant. The care she has had has been phenomenal. Mum loved having her hair done, having a pamper session, doing a manicure, but also having a fantastic long luxury soak in the amazing bath they have. She absolutely loved it.
But all in all, it has been a wonderful experience for her and opened up her eyes about a potential move into the home permanently at some point in the future, later in 25/26. Going back to the staff, though, they were great and I couldn't praise them enough. nothing was too much trouble. The only drawback I would say is apparently the prices could change soon which would be a bad thing. Do not change it please!

We attended the Country and Western Fate on Saturday afternoon. My husband and granddaughter and myself arrived at 1-30 intending to stay an hour. Well, what a fabulous 3 hours we enjoyed. My granddaughter loved the pony and donkey, I was happy to see my mother ( a resident) having fun in the sunshine
listening to the Band playing music she remembers. Making memories, which is important. So a G & T for me and a small Bailey for her watching her friends from the Home having a dance and singing. The Manager has a fantastic team to help her, many coming in on their day off to help the residents enjoy everything. Fab BBQ and the kitchen crew. 100° given from the staff and 100% appreciated from me and my family. Fabulous Care Home. Best decision I ever made for my mother.

The staff at Bilton Court are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble.
Mum's lost her mobility and can no longer weight bare but that's no problem, they just hoist her from bed to wheelchair and take her to join in activities. They've got her a reclining chair for her room as her legs ache in the afternoons.
She has her hair done, her feet done. Tea & biscuits whenever she wants. 10 out of 10

My Mother is so happy at Timken Grange . She joining in all the activities and is looking very well and healthy.
The biggest difference in her is her mobility she is walking without any aids and was trying to jog at the weekend with the visiting grandchild.
It is a very happy environment and i can
see her thriving already.
Wonderful friendly helpful staff she has settled in so well. Thank you everyone at Timken Grange for your love and attention.

Overall my brother and I are very happy with the care, help and support Mum receives in Bilton Court. Several of the staff often pop in and see Mum even if they are working in another area.
One or 2 will always encourage Mum to take part in the activities and also help her to the dining room for meals.

My father is a resident at Priors Hall and receives care which can only be described as excellent. The Home is beautifully kept by dedicated, caring, friendly, capable and attentive staff - at all levels. I am able to contact staff at any time and feel involved in Dads care - it truly is a family atmosphere.
The respect and empathy shown at all stages of care is exemplary. Entertainment and opportunities for residents to engage with are many and varied, without being enforced for those who like a quiet lifestyle. I have to say that staff engagement and overall atmosphere has palpably changed for the better under the present new management - an amazing team led by amazing people who know their job/team/residents and families .. well done to them, a true asset to the home and the company! Dad is happy and secure, exactly what he and I want - thank you!
