I have worked in the care sector for 32 years, which makes you more aware of what good care should be. When a loved one has dementia, they are very vulnerable, they depend on the carers to attend to every need, and it is a big worry for families to trust a home to provide care for them. St Joseph's
have an amazing Team of Carers, they are respectful, kind, treat everyone as an individual , and with dignity.
When my mother moved into St Joseph's. It was a great relief as I did not have to worry about her as I knew the carers would look after her, as they understood her needs. I will be forever grateful to them for caring for my mother to her final days, she had 2 happy years with you. Thank you Sheena

Our Dad moved to St Josephs approx 15 months ago and despite our concerns he settled in very quickly and treated it as his home in no time at all. Without doubt the main reason for this was down to the approach and attitude of all the St Josephs team. They were consistently friendly, considerate and
caring and we could see they really liked Dad. They enjoyed having fun together and didn't mind Dad busying himself with tidying up or exploring everything. The team leaders medical care was first rate they were alert to and changes and advised us and the Doctors as necessary. A huge thank you to everyone for their care and kindness.

I am so impressed with Marham House, the staff so helpful and friendly, but I've noticed just how many there are on each floor, always available for residents. Everything is spotlessly clean, carpets, armchairs, bed covers all immaculate, even paintwork is fresh. Our friend says meals are amazingly
tasty and nutritious; we walked to get a cup of tea and I was impressed at the facilities. Drinks available 24 hours, coffee and tea, milk, cake, biscuits, fruit all available for residents. I would certainly be willing to come to Marham House if I was in need of rest and care. All very impressive, clean, good quality - well done staff - you're amazing.

We visit a resident who has had a hip operation (his second one) and resides at Marham House to recover until able to return home. During both sets of visits we have been very impressed with warmth and friendliness of staff, cleanliness of all areas, size of bedrooms. Our friends speaks highly of the
quality of the food. We were invited to an open day and had a delicious meal (not specially prepared to impress us, but usual high standard). Well done, all of you.

St Marys

St. Mary's provides excellent care. Mum has been a resident for over 4 months now and my family and I are very impressed with the level of care provided. We have found all of the staff to be very kind and friendly, and they deliver an excellent standard of care. They work well as a team and nothing
is too much trouble for them. The laundry service, cleaning and catering are excellent. Mum enjoys going along to the dining room for most of her meals, where she has the opportunity to socialise with her new found friends. There is a varied programme of activities for residents to join in with, should they wish to do so, and Mum enjoys a number of those.
I visit most days and am always made to feel very welcome.
St. Mary's is always clean and tidy and has a lovely homely feel to it.
My brother and I are so pleased to have found such a lovely home for Mum. We are confident that she is being well looked after, and know that she is very happy living there. We would highly recommend it.

A big thank you to all the staff at Marham House for taking the residents out to Felixstowe 10.9.25.
It must have taken a huge lot of additional work and time to organize the trip and to support the residents during an outing like that. My brother really enjoyed it and we are very grateful for all
that the staff do for him which has improved his quality of life so greatly since he moved in 3 years ago, in particular the way he is respected, cared for and valued as an individual has made a massive beneficial difference to him.

Both my parents have been residents at St. Joseph's for a total of 4 years. Both received excellent care throughout and at their end-of-life stages. The staff are kind, friendly and compassionate and we, as a family, felt confident that they were well looked after and in a safe environment. Communication
was good and I was always well informed of any issues regarding my parents. The home has a calm and welcoming atmosphere and is always spotless. I am forever grateful for the caring support and friendship my parents received from the staff and would have no hesitation in recommending St. Joseph's to anyone who needs assistance.

All the staff at St Mary's are excellent. My Mum has now been a resident for over 4 months and we are very pleased with the care she has received and is still receiving. The food is very good and varied. Mum especially enjoys the soup at supper. They have frequent activities, Mum especially likes the
flower arranging. The residents and family BBQs are another good time to enjoy and really well supported by staff and residents. The home is bright, clean and kept to a high standard. The laundry service is really quick and the cleaners are very kind and helpful. The entire team seems to work really well together. I have several friends who have had family and friends at St Mary's and we certainly recommend the home to our friends and family. It is a very nice place and one which we are pleased to have found for our Mum. We visit daily and are always pleased with how Mum is treated and cared for.

I spent two weeks in respite care after a replacement hip operation. Everything impressed me in Devonshire House. The room, the beautiful garden and conservatory, the wide areas for eating and relaxing. Most of all however was the wonderful attention of the extremely caring staff, so kind and nothing
seemed to be too much trouble. It really felt like home from home. I am very grateful.

As you will of course know that my wife has been with you at the care home now for a year. I want to thank you all for the love, kindness and reassurance you have given to her she now looks upon and calls it her home. Both myself and my wife never though this could happen after the dreadful time she
was having at home with me but within a few days she was completely calm and happy for the first time for a few months. I won't pick out any of the staff out for going the extra mile they all do. I am now reassured that as my wife walks the dreadful path of dementia your love will always be with her. Thank you all so much.
