Food ok

I have not been here a short while but I have no complaints + very happy also the family are happy here.

My room is very comfortable with good workers.

Mum and dad have been here for nearly 2 weeks and everything has been very good.The staff have been very friendly and professional.

Various issues with basic levels of care that have had to be addressed over and over, things change for a short while and then quickly revert back to poor levels of care. There are some good staff but sadly let down by inept staff. Have had raise several complaints on behalf of my relative, mostly lip service shown and very little permanent change

This home is light, bright and spotlessly clean. The room was comfortable with all the facilities needed for a happy stay. Activities are good, plenty to do if you want to get involved. The staff are lovely and helpful. Only small negative is that some laundry went for washing and never returned - perhaps something to look at so other residents don't have the same experience. Overall, a lovely place I would recommend to others.

Found the home to be modern, bright, airy, warm welcome from the staff and helpful with any queries. The choice of food was excellent and the establishment was very clean throughout. A nice relaxed atmosphere and the relative was settled in well.

All staff are polite, friendly and helpful, always. Mum has dementia and is so happy here. We don't have to worry, especially when we live so far away.

Lovely care home. No complaints at all. I am only moving mum as I found some where cheaper.

Not sure what the staff to patient ratio should be but at times it seems under staffed. The carers seem to spend most of the time dishing out food and drinks, less enforcement on carrying out care. More checks are needed to empty the catheter bag and systems in place to dispose of dirty and soiled laundry. In general it feels more like a residential home than a care home.

Excellent team of people pleasant surroundings easy parking.

My aunt came to Marsh Farm Manor for respite care and has been so happy she has decided to stay long term. All the team are so helpful and friendly and the facilities are great. She loves the decoration of her room and being able to see out into the garden. Im so pleased she is happy and safe in a really happy and friendly environment.

I thank you all for the love and care you have shown me during my time here.

I am enjoying my experince joining with other residents in activities. I am looking forward to the warmer weather and going out in the garden. I am very gratful for ht help the carers are giving me.

Most helpful, nothing too much trouble, bend over backwards to help. Spotless, modern very user-friendly. As a visitor, also, most helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble, would recommend it to anyone. Thank you all for helping my mum get back on her feet so quickly.

Made to feel very unwelcome. Patients treated like children, unnecessary.

Mum has been at Marsh Farm since June of this year. She has settled in well and the surroundings are always immaculate, clean, and tidy throughout, and no complaints from mum. All the staff are amazing going above and beyond to deal with any queries that I may have and I personally can't recommend this care home enough. Excellent work to the manager and the team at Marsh Farm.

Lovely staff in all areas of the home, from the manager to reception and all care staff. Can't do enough to make sure Mum is safe, well and happy.

Myself and my husband were very happy with the recent stay at Marsh Farm Manor. He was looked after very well and I was able to relax knowing he was safe and well looked after by very helpful staff.

Excellent service. Beautiful set up for residents and visitors - very light, airy, warm, comfortable and relaxing. Staff very helpful. My friend is very happy at the home and speaks highly of all the carers.
