So pleased with my dads care here. He is so well looked after and wants for nothing His care is personalised and the staff are fabulous at keeping me upto date with everything. All the staff are lovely never miserable even on bad days. Food cleanliness & tidyness is second to none. Always smells nice when you go in. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for care. I could not have picked better.

Overall I am happy with the care given to my husband. Staff are always happy to implement any requests.

My dad was a resident at Maple Tree care home for 3 years and passed away in March this year. The care he received was more than the best. The care home is very modern. Dad was valued and encouraged to help himself (even though he was unable to due to advanced Parkinsons disease). Although dad passed away in hospital, Maple Tree enabled him to have dignity right to the end. I would certainly recommend this wonderful care home in a heart beat. Thanks for everything

My mum went into Chesterton lodge in July I was very apprehensive about it but the staff had put me at ease they are so kind and caring and nothing is to much trouble the place is very clean and airy and my mums bedroom is so lovely and it makes a difference to be able to put her pictures up and make it homely for her I am very impressed

They not only look after the residents, they help the relatives when they are worried about something

All staff very friendly and helpful to me as well as my wife (the resident). I was called every time my wife needed the ambulence (health condition) and helped to look after us. I will always be grateful to them all. My wife has just passed away after a short time at this place (3 1/2 month) they are all understanding is second to none I could not fault any of them in any way.

We could not have found a better care home for mum to spend her final year. The staff are excellent, kept us well informed and treated mum with dignity and respect. All of the staff were approachable and friendly and I truly felt that they had mum's best interests at heart as much as I did. I cannot thank the staff at The Cedars enough for the way they took care of mum throughout her time there.

My mum has been at the Cedars for just under 12 months. During that time all staff seemed to go above and beyond to try and make her stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble. My mum was always very well presented whenever family visited. The Cedars never had that bad odour that permeates, like many Care Homes. It is very clean and looked after as are the residents. The residents interact well with the staff and entertainment is provided intermittently. All staff give the impression that they enjoy their job from from the Cleaner and Cook to Management. I had the opportunity to stay and join my mum for a meal at the home and I was very impressed by the quality and presentation. It was a very difficult adjustment for my mum to move into residential care, but she couldn't of gone anywhere nicer than the Cedars, where they treated her with both care and respect and I would happily recommend their care to others.

Very pleased with the home always very welcoming and polite the care very good my mother in law was residant for a number of years, my wife is very well cared for I would recommend the home.

I find the accommodation to be very homely and a good standard of care in a much that if in the future I need care I would not mind becoming a resident, hopefully not in the near future.

I have visited Maple Court weekly to visit a friend who has resided there for approximately three years. I have always found it a very comfortable place. The staff are very friendly and supportive of all the residents giving them their time, which is most important. The surroundings are clean and well organised, giving all the residents a sense of security. I feel that it is a very special place for all the residents who are not able to live alone.

Absolutely amazing care home mum is very happy at Maple Tree. Always well presented and has gained more confidence. Mum is very settled. Staff are amazing always there and helpful, caring, happy and welcoming.

Mum has been at Chesterton Lodge for 2 years now. She has always received excellent care, the staff are all friendly & caring, the home is very clean & comfortable. Unfortunately mum's health has deteriorated during the time she has been resident but the staff have always adjusted to her needs

Mum has been well taken care of at Parkhall care home, a cut above many we visited, a credit to the staff that work tirelessly to provide a happy, clean and enjoyable environment, well done all and thank you.

It's a place where my/our mother/ we know is being cared for in a dignified and respectful way. A place to call 'home' with residents and carers who seem to know each other, in other words, somewhere it's proven to be a very caring place to be.

The Cedars continue to provide a high level of care and support to my mother within the care environment. Over the past couple of months my mother's physical health has been very unstable and the communication from the staff to keep me informed has been excellent, as well as their communication with appropriate medical services/interventions as required. I am extremely happy with the care she receives.

Louise is excellent in all aspects she always keeps us informed of everything. Very professional in everything. Mum (Elaine) things Louise is always helpful and talks to mum on anything that is needed.

Since visiting my friend at Maple Tree Court I can honestly say that the cleanliness care and support of residence is second to none. The social areas and public areas are clean bright and inviting. The residence rooms and ensuite are cleaned daily to a very high standard making it very homely. In my opinion the home is run to a very high standard where care staff and management are focused on the home from home experience for residence.

My neighbour has been at The Cedars for a few weeks now. She is settling in and getting to know the staff and residents. There is plenty of room for the various activities that are provided and that she is enjoying too. All the staff are helpful, supportive and go out of their way to help in any way. Thank you to all of them for their dedication to the care and provision of the residents.
