Caton House has recently had a new manager and there are signs of improvement so in fairness we should give them 3-6 months to see how things are then.The staff at the Day Centre are generally very friendly ,helpful and hard working.

When she did pass in the early hours of one morning and I was called back about an hour after I left, it was very clear that the apparent friendliness and sensitivity lasted only as long as the Resident was breathing and thus earning money for the Company.

The carers had gone to a lot of effort and showed the usual high standards of care and compassion I have come to expect from all who work at Caton House.
