My father stayed at The Winsor for nearly two years, and during that time he was looked after so well, from the nurses carefully tending to his many medical needs, the activities co-ordinator encouraging him to engage with everyone & the activities, to the many wonderful carers, treating him with patience & respect. I would also like to commend the staff from the minute you enter, being so friendly & supportive to me & my family, through ups & downs

Everyone is so kind and treat my husband with respect. The room is spotless. The food is excellent I stay for meals a few times a week what a choice, brilliant like staying in a five star hotel. I'm so pleased my husband is here. I know he is getting teh best in care and I know hes safe. I can go to see him whenever I want. which is a comfort to me. The staff are so kind to me and my little dog that also visits. After nearly 58 years of marrige its hard living apart but its the right thing to do.

I never expected such care and wonderful staff.

Regarding an opticians visit - Everyone is really helpful as always. As we can't get mum to the shop, we appreciate them coming to The Rosary. We are aware of the extra work this may mean in making this happen. Staff are friendly and ready to help in anyway.

3 friends visited on a Thursday afternoon. Lounge was very full ready for playing bingo so we were taken into dining room where we could sit quietly and all talk together. We were also given a cup of tea, and enjoyed the visit.

In return, I can now sleep at night knowing Mum's needs are being fully met and as a family that is peace of mind, which is priceless. The staff are amazing, which makes Rosary the 'HOME'. Thank you all so very much!

Mum is extremely well looked after. She is very happy. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and give an excellent standard of care. The food is of good variety and of excellent standard. The environment always seems happy and relaxed.

We are more than happy with the care + attention that is given to mother. She is well cared for + wants for nothing when we come to see her. Excellent!

I believe the home is very well run considering the current financial limitations. The staff are With few exceptions courteous very caring and work hard under the most difficult of circumstances. The manager has always been approachable and helpful. The rooms are bright, clean and airy. The food is of a high standard, well presented and usually well received by my wife. I find all the staff X from the manageress to receptionist to the lovely carers, kind and very helpful x anything isn't to much trouble and I can talk to them at anytime if I have to ask anything. My husband can be a little moody but they take it in their stride and get on with their jobs X a lovely place x thankyou and wishing you all a happy Christmas and a wonderful New year

Our mum was not here for very long but the care you all gave her was excellent. You all made us as a family feel welcome. Thank you so much for all your kindness to mum and all of us.

It was a short stay in your lovely home. The care was excellent everyone looked after us as a family. We can't thank you enough for the way you looked after mum.

Mum is being well cared for and is comfortable in her room. A few minor issues have always been dealt with when addressed. Mum prefers to stay in her room as she feels safer; the lounge area makes her feel anxious. She has a lovely garden view which she enjoys looking out on to.

Lovely clean rooms - very light and airy. Carers are very attentive and always pleasant. My mother is very happy and well looked after by all the staff. As visitors, we are made to feel very welcome, and the staff are always helpful in getting my mother ready for trips outside of the home on request. Special diets adhered to, and food of good quality and variety. Rooms are always clean. Furnishings of good quality throughout the home. I would recommend the Windsor to others.

My father, 90 year old, had been living in his own home and after a fall lost his mobility. Having to go into a home was a massive change for him. The application and assessment process was easy. He was treated with respect and kindness, not at all patronising on his arrival. All the staff are kind and caring, going about their work with a smile, my father is settling in slowly, with staff doing their best to assist.

No problems, no worries, 'bloody marvellous'. As a friend of a resident I would say it is so nice to see my friend starting to enjoy life again. The staff are very attentive and he is very well cared for. He feels safe & secure & enjoys seeing all the staff who provide his care, meals, cleaning - everything. He is very grateful.
