The best thing about The Beeches is the staff. They are very loving and caring and take good care of my mom. She seems much more settled there now and its feeling more like home to her. She isn't fond of the food, but she has taste bugs that like a little spice and lots of flavour. Thank you for being
the home she needed.

Mom has been at Redhill Court for 3 years now. We really wouldn't want her to be anywhere else.
Every member of staff really care about the job they do, are kind and respectful to residents.
The food is amazing, Mom eats 3 regular meals a day, with a homemade cake everyday at 3pm thrown in for good
measure.
I really wouldn't want Mom to be anywhere else!
Well done everyone working at Redhill for your love and dedication. Xxxxxxx.

It's taken a while for mum to settle in, understandingly considering she has dementia and losing her husband only 6 months ago, and she never wanted to go into a care home - who does?? But she now seems to have settled well thanks to all the caring staff (all levels) and their patience and kindness.
There are so many great activities for the residents to join in with (with gentle persuasion) and nobody gets left out.
As a family we are informed of everything.
The communication is good. Plenty of choices regarding food.
We feel mum is in great hands
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at The Beeches Residential Care HomeThank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We are very happy with the care & support provided by the Lime Tree family - the staff certainly make you feel like family & went above & beyond over the last couple of weeks when mom came down with an infection & we didn't want her going into hospital as this tends to stress her out. It was agreed
that mom could be treated in her home environment & we as a family were really grateful for this as it meant we could spend as much time as possible with mom which would not have been the case in hospital. The staff were not only supportive of mom needs but to us as a family too which really means a lot to us. I would certainly recommend Lime Tree Court to anyone who is looking for a homely environment for their loved one.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at Lime Tree Court Residential Care HomeThank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. Knowing our team could offer reassurance and care during a challenging time means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate your recommendation.

My father entered Briarscroft Residential Care Home in April 2024 as a short term emergency placement. He remained there, until his death in December 2025. During his time at Briarscroft, my Dad was looked after with the utmost respect and care. He adored the staff and this was genuinely mutual.
I cannot thank the staff enough for the way they helped Dad to settle in, adapt in a very difficult and unexpected situation. He was admitted to Heartlands Hospital in December as an "end of life" patient. However, he waited until he got home to Briarscroft for his last few hours. They took care of him with the most genuine love and affection anyone could hope for a loved one. Thank you again for your commitment.

Mom moved into Castlecroft in April 2020 during Covid with advanced vascular dementia aged 88, and she tested the security arrangements after a lifetime of going where she wanted when she wanted. She was treated with compassion and understanding by the caring staff of the home. No matter what time of
day that we visited mom was well looked after.
Unfortunately she passed away on 23rd Feb 2026 and the love and care of everyone at the care home was palpable and very much appreciated.
I can honestly say that the ease of mind we as a family had, from knowing that mom was 100% in the right place to make her final years as happy as possible, was worth its weight in gold.
I would like to thank everyone involved in her care for the last 6 years from the bottom of my heart.
