My mother was at BGL for two and a half years before her death at the age of 101. The care was simply first class, nothing too much trouble. When it came to find care for my brother in law it was a simple choice, and he has been there for nearly two years. If there is anything he needs, we are contacted
straight away. It has been an enormous weight off our shoulders to know that he is receiving the quality of service and support that he deserves. Thanks to all BGL.

Lime tree court really is like one big family. My mom has been resident there for almost three years now, and she is very well looked after. Every member of staff is kind towards my mom and they are each worth their weight in gold.
When I visit I feel like I am going to see my family, not only my
mom. Staff are so welcoming and offer support and guidance when needed. Medical advice is sought without delay and when appropriate.
Food is always available and always smells amazing!
There is always something going on for residents to engage with, exercise/hairdressing/singing or old football matches being shown on tv all of it is suitable and stimulating for residents. Thank you Lime tree.

Although I've put Dec 2025 it relates to most of 2025. The last year has been particularly difficult health wise for me and my husband. So to know mom was receiving and continues to receive the best care possible took a heap load of stress off me. The home keeps in contact with social media group chat,
phone calls etc. So I was never out the loop. I can't thank Tyler and her whole team enough for their care and dedication to the residents of Lime Tree Court. There's always something going on, Tracey is a god send for all the things she organises. I wouldn't have mom anywhere else. Thank you Tyler and Team.

Both my Mum and Dad are cared for at Lime Tree Court. They could not be cared for better which gives my family complete peace of mind.
Every member of staff (in every role) are hard working, caring and helpful. The staff go above and beyond in every way.
I am kept informed of any issues, no matter
how big or small.
All residents enjoy regular activities, the team work hard to make every day is enjoyable for everyone.
Food is of a high standard and varied, plus the home is kept immaculate by the cleaning staff.
The management and admin team always give a friendly welcome to visitors, they work tirelessly to create one team.
One big plus point is the ongoing drive for continuous improvement, despite their high standards the team often implement ideas to make things even better.
In summary, I wouldn't want Mum and Dad to be looked after anywhere other than Lime Tree, I can't speak highly enough of all the staff who help make Mum and Dad happy each and every day. Thank you x

My Mum has been here for just over twelve months and in that time she's received the best care. Much better than I could provide myself with work and other family commitments.
She's not only cared for but very happy, she's made new friends, loves the carers who are like family and joins in with all
of the activities.
During the recent snow when we couldn't get there staff walked to work and stayed over night to make sure they were there for their shifts.
Christmas Day staff who weren't working still popped in with their families which was so lovely for the residents.
Over all it is a very professionally run home with a lovely atmosphere providing care both physically and mentally by very caring and dedicated staff.
Thank you all.

Mum has been a resident for 2 years. There are many things I am happy about at Bartley Green, including the way the staff get to know the residents to help with personalised care, the food is of a good standard and plentiful, the staff have always listened and acted on any concerns about health issues
that may need a doctor etc involved. Bartley green is always very clean and the rooms are a good size and en suite which is lovely for privacy. There is an open door policy so you can speak to management which is important.

Mum passed away at Highscroft Hall on the 15th of December 2025. My sister I stayed with her during her final days. The staff were all supportive, helpful and lovely. Mum, Joan, was really well looked after. The staff worked with love and kindness, and that was obvious to see. At the end of Mum's life,
the staff were amazing! Allowing Mum to pass away at the home with care, love and dignity. Her family were welcomed, at all hours. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like part of the Highcroft Hall 'family'. During the last few days we were listened to, when we needed to talk about Mum. She was dying at this time, and it really helped. We laughed together, about things she had done. The result of dementia on her personality, which the staff and residents tolerated with good grace and understanding. For my sister and I it should have been a sad time, but it wasn't. Mum and the staff gave us memories to remember. And I am truly blessed knowing that when the decision had to be made, my sister and I made the right one. That was placing our much-loved mother, Joan, into the care of Highcroft Hall staff and accommodation. Karen.

My Mother has Dementia and has been a resident of the Beeches since 2019. Her Dementia and her mobility have both deteriorated greatly in that time requiring a change in her care needs. The staff have met this challenge and are always lovely to Mum, they have become like family to her. I know that
when she was in hospital last year she became quite withdrawn and seemed really pleased to back at the Beeches.
Until a few months ago there was a lot of musical entertainment, dancing and exercises for the residents and although Mum cannot take part I think she enjoyed watching the other residents enjoying themselves. It would be good if these activities could be restored.
I would like to thank the staff for all they do for Mum, it is very much appreciated.

My mom became a Beeches resident in May 2025. I have been so pleased with the level of care and sense of community at Beeches. Mom is so well looked after with so much kindness. Mom is involved in activities to keep her engaged and involved. Thank you Beeches team

The Beeches Residential Care Home

My great grandmother had been a resident at the care home for a couple of years, up until her sad death on 20th October.
Nan had dementia and sadly declined quite rapidly. The staff at the Beeches have always been incredible. They became like family to us and treated our wonderful Nan Win with such
care and compassion. They kept us updated on every aspect of Nan's care.
They were particularly wonderful during Nan's last couple of days. My Nan and Mum stayed overnight on one of the days just before Nan's passing and they could not have done enough. They made sure my Mom and Nan had food, drinks and a comfortable place to rest. They provided so much reassurance and support to us during the most difficult days. They are angels on earth and deserve all of the love and respect and thanks in the world. We simply don't have enough words to express our gratitude. Nan didn't recognise us at the end but she sure knew who her friends (the staff) were at the home and we cannot thank you enough.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at The Beeches Residential Care HomeThank you so much for your heartfelt words. It means the world to know that our team could offer comfort and support during such a difficult time. We're truly honoured to have cared for your Nan and to have been part of her journey. Your kind words will be deeply appreciated by everyone at The Beeches.
