We had both my mum and dad at the beeches - mum for dementia care and dad in residential. Unfortunately my dad passed in January leaving mum there. As much as we know mum is safe, warm and well fed at the beeches, we feel that there are not enough activities for the dementia patients to keep them occupied
- more so for those with not severe dementia. We hoped there would be a little more on offer in way of distraction for her. I have mentioned this and been assured this will happen. My aunt stayed there fir a month as a resident whilst mum was getting over dad passing, and she also mentioned that there wasn't a lot of activities going go on for the dementia patients. Just hoping this resolves as the staff in the home are all so lovely and we are all made to feel welcome visiting g there. One BIG disappointment is the WiFi. Mum isn't able to FaceTime her family from her room due to the WiFi cutting her off. Again, we have spoken to the staff and hope this can be resolved soon!!

I flew out from USA to be with my mom and my family after my father passed. I spent a lot of time with mom in the home and I must say that I really missed it when I left to go back home. The care staff were wonderful, the manager is very responsive when addressed and the place itself is lovely and
homey. The only complaint I may have is the food, it wasn't very appetizing and my mom often will complain. I realize in an institution like the beeches that they have to please many people and not all will like the food, but it could be improved upon. Other than that and the terrible WiFi connectivity which severely restricts my ability to communicate with my mom, I have only good things left to say.

Months and every time I visit which is

We will be forever grateful to all the wonderful people that work so tirelessly here. It is probably the hardest decision I have ever made to seek care for my mum when we could no longer cope but I can honestly say this place is genuinely a sanctuary that picked us up at our lowest ebb and is a safe
haven where mum is happy and is flourishing . From the minute we walked in Sean & all his team were fantastic supporting both mum & myself through the process, making the transition easier to cope with. The accommodation is spotless, food fantastic and there is always something going on to keep the residents busy. Sean and the team are to be highly commended for what they have managed to achieve here.

Castlecroft provides a caring, friendly and joyful environment for all - residents, staff and relatives alike. It is such a pleasure to visit and a very uplifting place to be. The staff deserve recognition for their hard work and the excellent standard of care provided. Nothing is too much trouble and
the friendly, positive atmosphere ie evidenced by seeing staff come in on their days off, as they feel so much part of the Castlecroft 'family'. This care home is very well led and staff retention high - which tells its own story. Castlecroft is a big part of the community and many local people volunteer at the home. It sets the benchmark for excellence in care and we feel very lucky to have our relatives there. Well done to all - we are so grateful for all that you do!

My mom moved into Line Tree Court in June a day before her 95th birthday. She has advanced dementia and can't really do anything for herself. The bedroom is lovely, bright and airy and mom has all her pictures on the wall. The staff have been increadably kind and caring, not only to mom but to me as
well. The food is lovely and fresh and they also have home made cakes and biscuits in the afternoon. There are lots of small breakaway areas for visitors to take their relatives or friends and these areas have drink making facilities and a fresh baked cake every day ( which I think is a lovely touch) Mom seems to have settled very well in the home and this is down to the loving care of the staff. I feel very happy that my mom has found such a lovely home. Thank you

I can not say enough here how grateful I am to Redhill and each and everyone of the staff. My sister is of complex needs with dementia and autism. She is so well looked after and treated as an individual and always with respect. I looked after my sister prior to her joining the Redhill family and she
was very hard work but insisted she would never go into a home. Eventually she had to go into Redhill and really felt at home straight away. If I or anyone asks my sister if she is happy she says "of course I am it's a life of Riley" I am also made welcome and I know all of the staff and we have a chat and a catch up every time I visit. If I could give more stars I would, it is truly an excellent home. Thank you Sanctuary Care and Redhill Court

My mom came to Lime Tree in February after a traumatic 2 months in hospital. From the moment my sister met the manager and another member of staff when they came to assess my mom, we knew we'd found the right place. We couldn't have found better care for mom. All of the staff are so welcoming and caring,
they know you by name and as well as caring for my mom they also offer a kind ear to us as a family. The food is amazing and there are also activities for residents if they want to join in. When you visit it's like a home from home. I often see two other members of staff when I visit, they are so caring with residents and family members. We can't thank Lime Tree enough for what they have done for my mom so far and also us as a family. Thank you everyone!

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
We couldn't have wished for a better place for mom to spend her later years, all the staff from carers to domestic are amazing, knowing mom is safe and so well cared for takes so much pressure of family's,it's a hard thing to do putting your loved one into a home, but to find one so wonderful makes it
a lot easier,
