Rushyfields has been a lovely place for my great- auntie. The patience and care is a relief for me like no other place. Even when she cannot speak, I feel that she is heard, understood and loved. There are remarkable individuals, thoughtful activities and great leadership that make a life and some peace for her.

My aunt has been a resident at Rushyfields for over four years. We are grateful to all the staff who ensure she has the highest standard of care. She is treated as a member of the Rushyfields family and always with love, kindness and respect. We could not have wished for better care for her and have no hesitation in recommending Rushyfields highly.

The staff at Ashwood Park are all very Kind and caring to all Residents. Nothing is a trouble to them. The home is well managed and any concerns are listened to.

Lounge furniture needs updating

My mother is staying in Ashwood Park for rehab/respite after a broken shoulder. The staff are lovely, very caring and attentive. They have all treated my mother with kindness and respect. They are dealing with her pain, and physiotherapy is helping towards her recovery and return home. I am very confident in her care at Ashwood.

After a long hospital stay my friend moved into cedar court at first he was very unsettled and had challenging behaviour. The staff were excellent with him and over a short period of time they have gained his trust and now he tells me he loves living there better than been at home. On a few occasions the staff have invited me to have meals with my friend which he enjoys and he now appears to be happy and content .

I am really happy with all the care my mam receives, the staff go above and beyond. The food is really nice. Her room is always clean and tidy. My mam is really happy living at Ashwood Park.

I can't fault the staff and the care given in this home. My mother is very well cared for. Staff go above and beyond every day. They deserve every penny they are paid and more on top. Excellent.

It is with pleasure that I write this review of Cedar Court Care Home. It is a truly 5* establishment whose staff are pleasant, competent and helpful. They have made my stay an enjoyable experience albeit in difficult circumstances for me. But we all survived. The building is ideal for the purpose it serves. It is bright, spotlessly clean, with the rooms, comfortable and well equipt for the purpose they serve. The meals were superb and filling. All in all a first class establishment.

Staff at Birchwood Court have been highly professional and supportive when we made the difficult decision to place mum into their care. The whole process was seamless. Mum is settled and happy. The staff are extremely pleasant and always go out of their way to help all residents.

Excellent experience and was well looked after for 6 weeks in IC unit. The most important thing is to feel supported and staff were lovely, friendly, professional but with a cheerful approach to their jobs. Food was excellent and if there was something on the menu I didn't like the kitchen staff were always happy to make a baked potato instead. Visitors were also looked after well, being welcomed and offered drinks/snacks. My dog loved coming to visit as she made friends with everyone.

I would recommend rushyfields to anyone who is looking for dementia care for their loved one. I wouldn't have mam anywhere else.

My mother is blind, death and constanlty in delirium. She cannot communicate or recognise anyone but can verbalise some of her needs. She is treated with respect and dignity by all of the care staff who seem to remain cheerful at all times. I am kept informed of any incidents or knocks that she has. She always appears clean and well-kept.
