My Grandma is currently on E.O.L care at Broadmeadow, the staff have been outstanding and very supportive during this time and throughout her stay at Broadmeadow, always activities going on, great options for food, my nan is quiet picky and always offering alternative options. Fantastic care standards
my nan couldnt of been at a better place. Claire from the nightteam was outstanding especially.

My mother spent 11 months in Broadmeadow Court Care home Chesterton, and the standard of care she received was excellent. The patience and kindness she was shown was outstanding. The condition Mum had was advanced dementia, the sensitivity from all the staff, not only carers but housekeeping, catering
everybody. Sadly Mum has passed away. All the staff go that extra mile above and beyond to make sure mu mum was comfortable, happy, clean and well fed and watered while in there care. God Bless them all.

Mum has been at Broadmeadow for more than five years and we have always been very happy with the care offered. She recently fell in her room and had to wait a long time for the ambulance. Staff members stayed with her throughout. Fortunately, there were no significant injuries however her decreasing
mobility has indicated that a walking aid was needed. The Manager immediately found a suitable walker which has helped mum greatly. We are very grateful for this speedy service.

We visit broadmeadow on a regular basis. To see a relative. We are very happy with the care provided . Lots of activities take place on a regular basis involving all the residents and families. Often the staff put decorations around the home for special occasions.

The staff and management at Broadmeadow looked after my uncle for 12 months. In that time, they provided him with the highest standard of care possible. Towards the end of his life, the staff displayed caring and action for him and both myself and my brother that went over and beyond. They were exemplary
in their overall care and treatment of my uncle, displaying the highest standard of dignity I have ever witnessed. Thank you.

Couldn't have picked a better home for my friend. Both management and staff are amazing, they all couldn't do enough to take care of my friend. The home was spotless and never smelt like other homes I've been to. They were all so happy and friendly, always had time to stop for a chat and a joke. My
friend enjoyed the four years that he spent in there. We can't thank them all for everything they did. Would highly recommend this home, it's the best.

Mum was a resident for 4 years at Broadmeadlow Court. Sadly her condition has deteriorated and she now needs full nursing care. During her stay, Mum was always looked after wonderfully. All the staff are friendly, approachable and residents' needs come first. I will always have happy memories of Mum's
stay and the many staff who have been there the entire time of her stay.

Where to start? Wow! The commitment of the staff at this party was fantastic to see. Dancing with residents which obviously helps mobility, the carer who sort activities was never still, dancing non-stop as were quite a few of the girls and obviously enjoying it.
The food was fantastic, fit for a king,
and so much of it, including a trolley of naughty but nice desserts. We are so lucky to have such lovely, caring girls looking after our relatives. We now have a life and can relax now.
