Mom stayed at Juniper House for 8 days in March while we had a break. She was a bit aprehensive as she had an unpleasant experience with a previous care home. But mom was treated so well that she not only felt safe. She felt cared for. The staff were amazing especially a lady called Claire who mom took
a real liking to. We will definitely be using this respite care again in the future.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at Juniper House Residential Care HomeThank you for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear your mum felt safe, supported and genuinely cared for during her stay, and that the team helped make her respite experience such a positive one.

Finding the right care home for my dad, who has dementia, was incredibly important to me, and I truly feel relieved to have found Westmead. What stands out most is how genuinely caring and attentive the staff are-they go above and beyond every day to ensure residents feel valued, included, and comfortable.
I
especially appreciate the wide range of activities offered, many of which are thoughtfully tailored to reflect the residents' interests and past lives. It's clear that there's a real effort to maintain a sense of identity and joy for everyone living there.
Knowing that my dad is happy, safe, and so well cared for gives me enormous peace of mind. I'm very grateful for everything the team at Westmead does.

My dad was a resident at Hastings from October 2025 until his death on 14 March 2026.
All the staff from the cleaners to the management were amazing and treated my dad with respect and dignity.
When the staff knew he was near the end of his life, the care was second to none.
My sister and I cannot
thank them enough.

Everyone at Westmead is friendly, and they are very caring. My husband has been a resident for more than two years, and I have a regular update on him, which is reassuring. He has several issues, but if there is a problem, it is dealt with and if he needs help, they are always there. There are lots
of activities which the residents are encouraged to join in with, and I would highly recommend this care home with its family atmosphere.

The staff at Westmead are such wonderful, caring people. They treat each person as a special individual and do everything they can to meet their individual needs. I cannot express enough how happy I am that I chose Westmead for my husband to reside. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make
but it was definitely the right one. Christmas was hard without him but he had a wonderful time in Westmead, thanks to all the staff making that possible.

My father moved to Regent in Oct'25 - firstly for respite care. It soon became apparent that his care needs were such that he would need to become permanent. His time at Regent has been a happy time and it became clear very quickly that he had settled. Sadly for the last three weeks of his life he was
quite confused at times and became quite ill. The care given to him and to us as a family was fantastic - so caring of us all. I'll be grateful forever. Thank you.

Mum has become a permanent resident at Juniper. This was following two recent respites. I find myself saying I have nothing but praise for the wonderful care staff looking after Mum, as they get to know her specific needs. There is an excellent team at this care home, including the wonderful ladies
on reception. Nicky in particular helped clinch the deal, so to speak, while I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life, entrusting my loved one to more capable and professional hands. The fantastic 'nothing is too much' maintenance guy is an absolute star! The home has a great housekeeping and kitchen team too. I would describe the carers as nothing short of being guardian angels, so thank you! My advice to anyone placing or having a loved one in respite or permanent care, is to communicate any concerns you may have. I have found the staff very quick to respond in addressing the issues, whilst prioritising the resident's needs & safety.

From the moment I walked through the door at Ravenhurst, I knew my mom was going to be happy and well cared for, and I was not wrong. You are greeted by welcoming reception staff, and this welcome carries on throughout with all staff and management. My mom is receiving outstanding care and empathy.
There is nothing any member of staff will not do to help if any is needed. The support to myself at this difficult time has been amazing. There is always someone there who will listen and make me feel better if I'm having a hard day with it all. I cannot express how truly grateful I am. My mom is part of the Ravenhurst family.

My mum has been at the Brambles care home for two years now. The staff are amazing. It is not an easy decision putting your mom into a care home, but over the past two years my mom has settled in well. This is due to the caring environment she is in. I am so glad we chose the Brambles care home for
my mom. It has made my life better knowing she is happy and content. Thank you.

The Christmas tree in the ground floor dining area was the most beautifully dressed tree I have ever seen. As well as the room, which was so wonderfully decorated. The atmosphere was made to be so magical, and more so as it was done for the residents by one of the staff. Janine has a magical eye for
making Christmas as amazing as she could. Sending my best to her and all the staff that care so much for not only my mum but all the residents.

Was lovely to see Dad chatting, so really helped with Dad's social skills. When it comes to Dad needing a permanent place, it would be wonderful for him to have a placement here.
The team were really friendly and communicative. Dad had his ups and down days. Maybe the only thing would of been to have
organised garden time for Dad as he loves the outdoors, so I think that's the only thing he really struggled with.

My mother has had the most wonderful care at the Brambles. She loved her room looking out on the garden so she could enjoy watching the squirrels, birds and kitten peeping through the window. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff to ensure she was comfortable and so well cared for. Fiona
was so caring and helpful and always there when I needed advice. Mummy was also very fond of V who always treated her with respect and gentle care. They have a very good system of regularly checking residents are safe and if my mother moved around at night they were there to check she was alright and reassure her. It is such a shame that she now needs full time nursing care so she cannot return to the Brambles but we will be always grateful for such kindness shown to both of us.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at Brambles Residential Care HomeThank you for sharing such lovely feedback. We're so pleased your mother felt comfortable and cared for, and that she enjoyed her garden view. It means a lot to know our team provided the support and reassurance you both needed.
