My mum has been at the Brambles care home for two years now. The staff are amazing. It is not an easy decision putting your mom into a care home, but over the past two years my mom has settled in well. This is due to the caring environment she is in. I am so glad we chose the Brambles care home for
my mom. It has made my life better knowing she is happy and content. Thank you.

The Christmas tree in the ground floor dining area was the most beautifully dressed tree I have ever seen. As well as the room, which was so wonderfully decorated. The atmosphere was made to be so magical, and more so as it was done for the residents by one of the staff. Janine has a magical eye for
making Christmas as amazing as she could. Sending my best to her and all the staff that care so much for not only my mum but all the residents.

Was lovely to see Dad chatting, so really helped with Dad's social skills. When it comes to Dad needing a permanent place, it would be wonderful for him to have a placement here.
The team were really friendly and communicative. Dad had his ups and down days. Maybe the only thing would of been to have
organised garden time for Dad as he loves the outdoors, so I think that's the only thing he really struggled with.

Amazing all the care and attention also thoughfulness that goes into making christmas celebrations happy for the residence. Special praise for the person who co-ordinates all the activities and the chef for the wonderful food he and his team serve.

My mother has had the most wonderful care at the Brambles. She loved her room looking out on the garden so she could enjoy watching the squirrels, birds and kitten peeping through the window. There was nothing too much trouble for the staff to ensure she was comfortable and so well cared for. Fiona
was so caring and helpful and always there when I needed advice. Mummy was also very fond of V who always treated her with respect and gentle care. They have a very good system of regularly checking residents are safe and if my mother moved around at night they were there to check she was alright and reassure her. It is such a shame that she now needs full time nursing care so she cannot return to the Brambles but we will be always grateful for such kindness shown to both of us.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at Brambles Residential Care HomeThank you for sharing such lovely feedback. My mother was a resident at Heathlands for almost two years. Her time in the care there was excellent. Staff very friendly and always very attentive and cheerful. Each and every staff member had a wonderful quality of care with all residents. For Mum, Shaun was always one of her favourites, he would
make her laugh and make her smile, always going that extra mile even when she had her pensioner moments. Thank you to all the staff, this became her home. She passed away on 04/12/2025. She would have been 100 in June.

I cannot recommend this home highly enough. The staff are amazing, they are so caring, happy and nothing is too much trouble. The activities for the residents are fantastic so much effort and thought is put into making sure the residents are happy and engaged. The home is kept incredibly clean and the
food is really good and varied. It's like being part of a family for both my mum and I. Massive thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Mum was adament she would never go into a care home but when she could no longer live safely at home and had been neglecting herself there was no other choice. She was really unwell when she first became a resident and we thought she had given up. In just over a week of moving in she began to perk up,
put on weight and got her sparkle back. All the staff from receptionists, clinical leads and manager are outstanding, kind and caring and always professional. Sadly mum's illness progressed and in the last months she needed more care. The staff did everything to keep her pain free and comfortable, they always found time to reassure us, as we all live some distance away this helped us cope with mum's decline. I would not hesitate to recommend this home, mum really became part of the family and never complained about anything ...... and she was the kind of lady who would have if there had been any problems.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
I was recommended the Sanctuary group by a friend, whose auntie had been residing in one for some years. I chose Juniper House being the newest built one in the Worcestershire area. The manager Jana was extremely helpful and approachable, providing a wealth of information, prior to attending our home
to assess Mum for respite. The rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, with en-suite wet rooms. The home benefits from being purpose built, which for my mother, who is living with Alzheimer's, is essential so as to assist her navigating around the building. All of the staff were extremely friendly and caring. And nothing was too much trouble for the maintenance guy. All of Mum's clothes were freshly laundered upon my collecting and she looked very well turned out. I have now booked in Mum for some further respite. THANK YOU to all of the team. 'Long term' financially the Sanctuary Group offers the stability, other fully privately funded care homes lack.
