Westmead staff are so kind and caring. Kate, who is in charge of entertaining the residents, works so hard to make everyone happy and make sure she does something that is of special interest to each person. I receive pictures and videos of my husband joining in and having a really good time. All the
care staff, including those in the kitchen, are all very special people, the way they interact with all residents.

My mother reached a point where she was unable to cope at home alone. So we began to search for a care home which was a daunting prospect as we had never had anything to do with care homes before. I am delighted to review and report that Juniper house has been fantastic. The staff have been very approachable
communicating and explaining everything that we need to do and the process of moving my mother into the care home was simple and stress free. My mother's experience ,although it takes time to adjust to the new surroundings, has been fantastic. The care home is very clean and all of the staff are very attentive and my mother has been extremely well looked after. I would highly recommend Juniper House as a residential care home for a relative. It is such a relief for all of our family to know that our mother is well looked after here.

My father had been very ill in August and we placed him for 12 days Respite care at Beechwood, Holly Green, Upton on Severn.
The staff were all very kind & friendly and professional. They welcomed us all, made my dad feel very at home and quickly they learnt all his needs.
The care was outstanding.
The food wonderful and the homely atmosphere a joy. After 12 days my dad was walking with his frame to go for coffee and for lunch where at home he was unable to walk. Fabulous care and attention from all staff.

Mum is now 100 years and 8 months! Has been in Regent since 2018. I have never regretted the home Mum moved into Regent, it was home from home for her and peace of mind for me. She has had some health issues, understandable at her age, and I have had regular updates from the team. The Manager and Deputy

We are extremely happy with the care provided here. All staff are helpful, caring and supportive. The rooms are always cleaned and feel nice and homely - thanks to being able to bring personal belongings and pictures to put on the wall. The only criticism would be that she says the food menu could do
with being changed up a bit more often with different things - as she gets bored with the same meals. The chips, in particular, are very dry!!

We arranged for my mother to reside in Beechwood for respite care after having a fractured hip.
Her stay there was 12 weeks in total.
Mother loved the staff she found them kind and considerate and the meals they provided were excellent.
There are a vast amount of activities, Mother enjoyed the trips
out in the mini bus the most and said that Dee who organised and encouraged the residents to participate in these outings was amazing.
Although Mother wanted to return to her own home she was sad to leave as she had felt 'at home' at Beechwood and said she would miss the lovely staff.

I have visited my aunt at the care home since she moved there at its opening ten years ago. The combination of compassion and professional ability that the home provides has always been clearly on display. The happiness and friendliness that my aunt has experienced, and herself spoken of, is very easy
to appreciate and be thankful for. Now that my aunt withdraws into herself and faces the changes of her later days, it is a relief to know that this compassion and professional care continue. I have full trust in this from the time that my mother was in the same care home and experienced the same excellent level of care before she passed away.

My father was in Juniper House for one week's respite care. From the receptionist to the senior manager(s), I cannot fault any staff members - they really did care, not only for the residents, but for relatives as well. My husband attends Beechwood as a Day Care User once a week. I was a bit anxious as to how he would react to this but it is working out much better than I could have expected. My husband asks each day if he is going. He clearly enjoys himself. From the moment we enter the doors we are greeted
and my husband is immediately engaged in conversation about what he is having for lunch which distracts him from worrying about leaving me. He goes off happily which sets my mind at rest. When I collect him he is always quite content and the staff give me a brief outline of what he has been doing. There seems to be a variety of activities on offer and he especially welcomes the chance to chat with other people. I am so confident the my husband will be well looked after that we have booked some respite care for him later this year.

Our dad stayed with Regent for around 5 weeks for respite care.  It's always an anxious period leaving your loved ones in the care of others.  Dad settled in quicky and any apprehensions we had as a family were very quickly dismissed.  The care shown by all the care and admin staff was wonderful and
respectful.  During his stay he was taken out on a trip, out for drinks, out for restaurant meal, and as a celebratory leaving meal, an Italian dinner was delivered for him and some of the residents joined him. The thoughts behind the excursions and outing were personally chosen to suit dad.  The home is like one big family, and has a lovely feel and atmosphere.  We would not hesitate to recommend Regent, as our experience was so positive and beyond our expectations.  Thank you to everyone for looking after our cheeky lovely dad !

When Regent say they are a family, they are 100% correct! The genuine love and care the staff showed Dad during his respite stay was outstanding; each and every staff member takes the time to get to know the residents on a truly personal level and interact with warmth and love. This welcome is extended
to family members, who are kept informed and also shown care and understanding.
The enrichment activities and trips out were a particularly point that sets Regency apart from other care homes as they were personal to Dad. They are carefully considered and planned and was like going out with a treasured friend.
If you're looking for a home from home, with a built in family that will give outstanding and professional specialised care, then I would not hesitate to recommend Regent. Management took the time to chat to me about looking after Dad once he leaves with the offer of being able to call for advice, as well as signposting me to useful resources.
Thank you Regent for being AMAZING!!

My mother in law has been a resident at Heathlands since 2019. I visit her regularly and have seen how staff are proactive in adapting to her changing needs. She is respected as an individual and often comments on how happy she is. Staff, in every role, are very professional, supportive and approachable.
They manage to be efficient whilst always friendly and caring. My mother in law loves her room, her meals and the wide range of activities which she is encouraged to join in.
We are so grateful that she is safe and content, retaining some independence in her en-suite room, whilst receiving the levels of care that she now needs. From the Coronavirus pandemic to this year's extreme heat, staff continue to be remarkable in their ability to cope with additional pressures and still ensure the wellbeing of residents. They have also got to know us very well, as her son and daughter in law, and always show us kindness and consideration. They're never too busy too listen. Thank you!
