I cannot praise Westwood House highly enough and we take comfort that my Mum is getting the support she needs and is well looked after.

He has settled in much quicker than we could have hoped for and this has been due to the excellent, attentive and caring staff. Their attention to detail and patience and understanding has been terrific. We are very confident that he will continue to adjust to his new surroundings and benefit from the various activities that are provided.

I moved into Forefaulds in March this year and was nervous to leave my home and start a new life. I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing to me. My room has everything I need and is tastefully decorated. There are many activities available but no pressure to participate. My needs are met and I feel safe here.

My mum has been a resident since March 2026. The transiton has been a very positive experience for her. The staff have been very supportive in encouraging my mum to participate in activities and outings. This has been wonderful to see mums joy at taking part, staff are very friendly towards the family members visiting. They are approachable when we raise our concerns and do their best to address situations,

After visiting and comparing several residential care homes in the area, we chose Fourfaulds Nursing Home in East Kilbride for my dad, and we haven't regretted that decision.

One of the biggest differences we noticed was the staffing levels. Fourfaulds had noticeably more staff on duty than the other homes we visited, which gave us confidence that residents would receive the time, attention and care they deserve. That was a major factor in our choice.

My dad is looked after extremely well, and it gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is safe, comfortable and treated with dignity and respect. Every member of staff we have met has been kind, caring and approachable. They are always happy to answer questions, keep us updated and make us feel welcome whenever we visit.

The home is clean, well maintained and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and work hard to ensure they are happy and well looked after.

Excellent care home with an amazing team of staff who genuinely care. My gran settled into Forefaulds so well after initially being very apprehensive and is the happiest we have seen her for years. She is so well cared for by the wonderful carers and the home is well maintained, very clean and always making improvements. The activities team do an amazing job and do so much for the residents. I've never known a care home to have so many fun outings and parties. My gran feels safe, happy and loves the food. Management team go above and beyond to help with any concerns. It's a pleasure coming to visit with my young kids as everyone is so welcoming and it's a lovely cheery environment.

We are very happy with the care mum receives at Forefaulds . There are frequent engaging activities and mum is very settled with a good routine. There are also regular opportunities to review care and an up to date social media page . Family are encouraged to attend events which is positive. Any queries are promptly responded to and management is very responsive . Staff are hard working and approachable .

Forefaulds care home is a great care home and my partner George gets the best care ! Im very happy that we chose this home for him the staff are fantastic and very helpful if I have any questions with regards to George in any way .

My mother was previously in another care where she wasnt properly cared for moved her last july to forefaulds and they have been amazing we have saw a big difference in my mother. The staff , nurses everyone work over amd beyong im every aspect of cwre they provide . I would 100% recommend forefaulds we are kept update on everything

My mother in law has been in forefaulds for 1 year and she has been well looked after the staff are amazing and go to great lengths to make sure my mum has everything she needs . Her personal care has been great she always looks clean and tidy and this is great to see as my mother in law always took pride in herself

My mum initially went in for respite but we were so impressed we have now accepted a full time placement. The staff are lovely and genuinely care for the residents. There are meaningful activities every day and my mum loves it. She is thriving and loves the food and the attention. She is respected and well looked after. All members of staff have made this a smooth transition for my mum, my sister and myself.

The care home is good for the price, and the staff and management are good. The activities arranged by the organiser are also handy for myself.

The family carefully reviewed a number of care homes, both from personal recommendations, of which we had a few from Abercorn House. We visited the homes and checked the Care Commission reviews, and concluded that this would be the best place for my mum. This was only 7 weeks ago. Since then, we have not been disappointed. The staff and what they provide are excellent. We have seen a massive improvement in my mum's overall health and, more importantly, her attitude to life. I am so pleased we made this hard decision to place my mum in this care home. It was undoubtedly the correct decision.

Forefaulds is an excellent facility. Staff go above and beyond to make both residents and relatives feel safe and relaxed. Staff always take time to speak with residents and the activities offered ensure that there is plenty of stimulation for residents. When residents are agitated or distressed staff always ensure that they get the extra attention required to assist settle them. Rooms are always kept clean and tidy. Always plenty of food and variety .
