My mum moved in permanently in march 2026 Our experience has been excellent. The Staff are friendly & extremely supportive, we both were anxious about how she would settle in but with the continued reassurance from the Staff my mum has flourished. She enjoys participating in the various wonderful activities and trips out. This has been wonderful to see her interact & the smiles & laughs she has. Massive Thank you to each & every team member.

Very impressed with the care and kindness of the staff. Attention to my dad's needs very thorough. Day activities varied and engaging. Communication and support from care home staff to my family is excellent. I can't praise this home highly enough.

From the day we went to visit the home, when Pauline & Katie came to visit dad at his house to the week long stay we could not fault Forefaulds. Your staff have been amazing! The empathy they show when dealing with the residents is wonderful. The support they give is just lovely to watch. The food has been wonderful, the home clean and just has a fab vibe. Music playing in the background. My dad, Harry, doesn't sleep well at home but was fine at Forefaulds. The gardens are lovely to sit out in. We can't fault anything. The staff are a credit to Forefaulds..just wonderful! Thank you .. dad will be back!

No faults at all

My mum receives care which is above and beyond which i expected.She has been in Westwood House for roughly two and a half years now and i have found both Management and ALL of the staff extremely pleasant and courteous.As my mum has dementia i can imagine she could sometimes be difficult to handle (I have been on the receiving end quite often) but ALL the staff are truly wonderful with her,nothing is any trouble to them.In my view they are ALL "Angels in Disguise" and truly very,very very special people,each and every one of them. They also keep me fully updated with any issues regarding my mum.I truly don't know how I could get on with my life without ALL of them..Where do they get such patience with all of the residents????.It's beyond me.

This home is very good for my mum as it has brought her out of her element, as she anticapates in activities as she would not do in her own house. It is very good as she interacts with other residents, and loves to dance, which she would never get up and do in her own house. There are also oppertunities where they also take her out to different places.

However, it is the quality of the care provided as well as the overarching drive of the staff to give the residents "their best life at that moment in time", coupled by their boundless kindness and compassion that stands out. I cannot praise Westwood House highly enough and we take comfort that my Mum is getting the support she needs and is well looked after.

He has settled in much quicker than we could have hoped for and this has been due to the excellent, attentive and caring staff. Their attention to detail and patience and understanding has been terrific. We are very confident that he will continue to adjust to his new surroundings and benefit from the various activities that are provided.

Mum is very happy in herself and in much better health since her residency in the care home. She loves the care and attention provided. Social activities are way beyond what the family could provide on a day to day basis

Management are 'hands on' and there is a warm, caring ethos

I moved into Forefaulds in March this year and was nervous to leave my home and start a new life. I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing to me. My room has everything I need and is tastefully decorated. There are many activities available but no pressure to participate. My needs are met and I feel safe here.

My mum has been a resident since March 2026. The transiton has been a very positive experience for her. The staff have been very supportive in encouraging my mum to participate in activities and outings. This has been wonderful to see mums joy at taking part, staff are very friendly towards the family members visiting. They are approachable when we raise our concerns and do their best to address situations,

After visiting and comparing several residential care homes in the area, we chose Fourfaulds Nursing Home in East Kilbride for my dad, and we haven't regretted that decision.

One of the biggest differences we noticed was the staffing levels. Fourfaulds had noticeably more staff on duty than the other homes we visited, which gave us confidence that residents would receive the time, attention and care they deserve. That was a major factor in our choice.

My dad is looked after extremely well, and it gives our family great peace of mind knowing he is safe, comfortable and treated with dignity and respect. Every member of staff we have met has been kind, caring and approachable. They are always happy to answer questions, keep us updated and make us feel welcome whenever we visit.

The home is clean, well maintained and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and work hard to ensure they are happy and well looked after.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for the outstanding care and support they provide. The kindness, compassion, and respect they show every resident is truly exceptional. It is reassuring to know that our loved one is cared for with such dignity, patience, and genuine warmth.

The nursing home is always clean, welcoming, and well run, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They keep families informed and go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, happy, and well looked after.

Excellent care home with an amazing team of staff who genuinely care. My gran settled into Forefaulds so well after initially being very apprehensive and is the happiest we have seen her for years. She is so well cared for by the wonderful carers and the home is well maintained, very clean and always making improvements. The activities team do an amazing job and do so much for the residents. I've never known a care home to have so many fun outings and parties. My gran feels safe, happy and loves the food. Management team go above and beyond to help with any concerns. It's a pleasure coming to visit with my young kids as everyone is so welcoming and it's a lovely cheery environment.

We are very happy with the care mum receives at Forefaulds . There are frequent engaging activities and mum is very settled with a good routine. There are also regular opportunities to review care and an up to date social media page . Family are encouraged to attend events which is positive. Any queries are promptly responded to and management is very responsive . Staff are hard working and approachable .

Forefaulds care home is a great care home and my partner George gets the best care ! Im very happy that we chose this home for him the staff are fantastic and very helpful if I have any questions with regards to George in any way .

My mother was previously in another care where she wasnt properly cared for moved her last july to forefaulds and they have been amazing we have saw a big difference in my mother. The staff , nurses everyone work over amd beyong im every aspect of cwre they provide . I would 100% recommend forefaulds we are kept update on everything
