We are eternally grateful for the excellent care that is provided for my mum. It is second to none. My mum is happy here. The staff? I have no words for them! They are excellent.. If I can name but a few. Maria, Kiran, Radhika, Shivam. I could go on. Kalpesh is always at hand to help too. Never too busy to advise. Ruth, the manager is absolutely brilliant. Very approachable and happy to help. The food, the snacks, the day care, the activities. Every single thing. Months back, my heart was breaking to put my mum in a 'home'! Today, I feel that it was the best decision that we made. The care has added happy years to my mums life. Asra House.. It's simply the best!

My mother is so well cared for here at Asra house. Since being at Asra she is so well settled, I like how much happier she is, she has so many stimulating activities to keep her occupied. She is looking so healthy and eating such nutritional food. The manager Ruth is exceptional and so caring. The staff are all so kind and loving towards my mum. This home is meeting my mums cultural, health and diversity needs, and it is a place of excellence, with high professional standards.

We recently looked into respite care for my mum at Asra House and had such a positive experience from the moment we arrived.

Ruth, the manager, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. She made everything feel much easier and was very reassuring.

A special mention also to Suni, one of the carers, who showed my mum and our family around. He was so respectful towards my mum and made a real effort to include her in every conversation, which meant a lot to us. He made her feel comfortable, valued and involved at all times.

All of the care workers we met were welcoming and friendly, and the environment itself was lovely - bright, clean and cheerful. It felt warm and caring from the start.

My room is always clean with my laundry twice a week. All my clothes are neatly ironed. The food is very varied and tasty. The staff are always very friendly and talkative. The activities are good with exercises regularly.

My six years experience is very good. I treat this home as my retired residential home. Carers are doing very good job. Overall is excellent. I recommend that Asra Residential Care Home is one of the best homes.

Whenever me and my wife comes we are welcome with smile. All staff are very helpful. What can I say about manager, always has time for us. Always welcome without appointment. Keep it up. Well done.

Excellent care home staff. All staff are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. It is very reassuring that the resident has found a home where he genuinely feels and looks happy. Food is excellent, as well as the various activities. We are so happy that the resident is settled well.

Mum is getting more confused due to her mental condition and we're reassured and can see she is getting the best care.

They report any health concerns and staff are vigilant with care needs, which reassures us that she is being looked after well. Mum seems content whenever we see her which makes us feel this was the best place we could have put our mum.

Our experience has been excellent. My grandma stayed at Asra House in January 2024 and she had an amazing time. Everyone is so welcoming and caring. Since then we have managed to book my Grandma for 2 weeks in January 2025. The service we received from the initial phone call to enquire, assessing my grandma and quick and fast communication with the social services has been handled extremely well and professionally. We are so grateful for the staff at Asra House and their support. This has allowed my parents to go away on holiday in peace knowing my grandma will be looked after really well. We really appreciate everyone at Asra House and their support. It's a very friendly environment and I would rate it being one of the best care homes in the region.
