My father has been in Rowenweald for over 2 years. I have been very impressed throughout the time with the staff, accommodation, food, and level of care. All the staff, including manager Tomas, office staff and Sharon are super helpful and welcoming.

I frequently visit my aunt at Aashna House. The home always looks nice and tidy, The staff are helpful and friendly and caring as my aunt always looks happy and content. My experience has always been pleasant.

My husband was reviewed + admitted within 24 hours after leaving hospital in poor health Staff have done everything possible to make him feel safe, comfortable and welcomed, despite significant initial difficulties, and have facilitated longer term residence subsequently. The home has a very warm pleasant and open style, with understated care and attention to personal and individual needs, I feel my husband is in very safe hands.

We've been happy with the care given, and the staff are good humoured and patient. It's great that we can visit anytime, and the communal food, snacks and general activities make it less lonely for the residents. The rooms are spacious and clean, and our concerns/requests have always been addressed in a timely manner.

We have been helped in all manner to settling our grandmother as well as made comfortable in every way possible. As a family we are at ease with the way my grandmother has been looked after. It has given us peace of mind that our grandmother is in the best place possible and handled with care and compassion. Thank you.

This really is a caring home. Mum has been a resident for 3 years and has been extremely well cared for by the lovely staff. She is happy and settled - it is a friendly environment. Riverlee may not have the extra facilities of some homes, but as she has Alzheimer's she wouldn't be able to use them. The most important thing is the excellent care she receives.

Our experience with Aashna house residential care home has been exceptional. We have used the home in the past for respite care and again last month. I would not use any other home for my father-in-law who is 92 years old. Smita and her team are exceptional in making sure all the residents are very well looked after and they all go out of their way to provide good care and service to all the residents. No ask to the staff is a big ask. They would do anything happily and with a big smile on their face. I can say that because whenever I had been to visit my father-in-law while he was staying at the home, I had observed that myself. My father-in-law was very happy to be there, and he cannot praise enough about how good and helpful the staff are. My father-in-law was bit apprehensive a couple of years ago when he had to go there for the first time but since then he is so happy to stay there, this gives us peace of mind, that he is happy and well looked after while we are away.

My father is now in his 90's and a little unsteady on his feet and though independent needs to have care around him. So he lives at home with us but when we are away we need to have some care provided for him. Smitaben and her team have done this now for a few times and each time the care and his stay have been wonderful, so much so that Dad calls it his home from home. All the staff are so friendly and caring and the food provided is wholesome and tasty. When he is there he attends the daily exercise classes and often there are outsiders who come in with different things and he has thoroughly enjoyed those as well. This is a care home that is truly a home and a safe and caring place to leave your loved ones.

Shaftsbury Court provides a comfortable, safe, clean, happy and person-centred environment for my mother-in-law. She can relax in her own space, see her friends in the lounge, cinema room or gardens and take part in the many activities- she especially enjoys karaoke, sing-alongs and the fete tombola! The management and staff at Shaftesbury Court listen, care and go above and beyond- thank you!

Overall we were very satisfied with the care and facilities provided. The food was good. It was just unfortunate that she was not well enough to participate in the various activities.

Mum has been really happy since being at Shaftesbury Court. She settled in really well with the support of the attentive staff and management team. We are very confident as a family that Mum is well looked after and cared for.

Care and support very good and client feels safe and secure. Activities are there and encouraged but not forced. Overall client is happy in his surroundings, in particular the unit he is on and the staff that attend to his needs.

The food here is amazing!

It must add that the food is excellent, my dad enjoys both veg & non veg options daily.

My mother developed a nasty cough quite quickly. I am so grateful to the Haven staff for spotting the seriousness of this cough and contacting emergency services so quickly. Thankfully, mum is fine now, but without the speed and professionalism of the Haven staff. The consequences could have been far worse.

She would definitely go back for another stay.

Fantastic support when moving Jill in which was a difficult time as Jill has dementia. The staff were wonderful, Reena, Anna and the team have made Jill feel welcome and she is very happy here. We have had great support when difficulties arose, not sleeping in bed, pressures sores, water retention have all been addressed and resolved. Even welcome visits from our Cockerpoos (Harvey).
