My Mother has been in Mull Hall for 6 years. I have nothing but praise for the manager and all the staff, they are very kind and attentive to Mam and nothing is to much trouble. When I go to visit they are very kind and easy to talk too and put my mind at ease. Always a cup of tea on the go too. I
would highly recommend this care home to anyone that has the difficult decision to put a loved one into care.

My mother is a long term resident @ The Meadows following on from a stroke. The staff are excellent and thankfully the facilities are now getting the time and money spent on them. Unfortunately the bedrooms could do with more space with ensuite facilities but appreciate this is probably a longterm wish.
My main concern now is the withdrawel of the home bus - my mother is wheelchair dependant but loved her trips out in the bus for some unknown reason the bus has been removed from service though a 'shared' bus has been purposed. Taking this vital asset from the home needs to be rethinked please for the sake of the residents.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at The Meadows Nursing HomeThank you for taking the time to leave a review and we really appreciate your kind comments about our members of staff. Regarding your comments about the bedrooms and home bus, your feedback is very important to us, and we take concerns like yours seriously. Please reach out to us directly so we can address your issues and work towards improving our services.

I am overall pleased with my mums care. However I am disappointed to see that the minibus has been withdrawn. The activities staff do well with the resources they have, but not being able to attend or visit local and further afield events will have a negative impact on the residents welfare. I would
like to see the minibus being returned.

My sister moved into Mull Hall after a 6 months period in Hospital.
With no family near to Invergordon, coupled with the fact that I live overseas, I was very concerned that my sister should be safe and secure in comfortable surroundings. My concerns have all disappeared and I can say that I am now
completely at ease with the environment that my sister is now in. The staff at Mull Hall are very capable and show empathy for all the residents that they have to care for.
Reply from Jacob Hardie, Design and Marketing Assistant at Mull Hall Care HomeThank you for sharing such reassuring feedback. My father is a long term resident st Kintyre House. Although our overall experience in the past has not always been good, with the most recent change of Management we have seen a huge improvement in the way the home is run. Nicola is exteemely approachable, very caring and clearly focused on providing
an excellent service for all residents. The current area manager is very supportive. Some improvements are still required with the building itself but there are moves afoot to resolve these issue.
On the whole the staff are lovely and most give their all to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the residents.
The current chef is doing great and the meals are much better than they were given that he uses fresh produce rather than processed.

I just want to share how happy I am with the care and support my mother is getting since moving in on 14th July 2025. The staff are all amazing I visit a lot and see what they do, it could be trying to settle residents when they are unsettled by sitting with them making tea playing games out for a walk
it's just amazing they are always so busy. They make you feel so welcome and ask me how I am coping etc the managers are great and always willing to help me no matter what. I love the games they put on for them in the afternoons and taking them out in the van. I love the news letters and get up to date with everything
I really like the social media photos they are great as if I am ill and can't get along for a couple of days they settle me. You should be so proud of this care home as they all really do care Lorna and Leanne are amazing as well as Steph, Gemma Susie Donna and everyone else thank you so much Lynn xxxx

My father has been a resident for five years and during that time I have been happy with the way all the staff have contributed to looking after dad from helping him to settle in and continuing to adapt to dad's needs as they change. The staff all treat dad with dignity and kindness. I am pleased to
say that a lot of improvements have recently been put in place at Kintyre, including higher levels of staff, improvements to the building and garden and better communication between management and relatives all of which have made a positive difference. I feel welcomed by all the staff and enjoy chatting to the other residents and since our new activities co ordinator started a few months ago dad and I have enjoyed taking part in the fun activities.
