Both my parents came in Jan 2024. Unfortunately my dad died March 2025. The care and attention he received was excellent and very professional but what was also outstanding was the care we received as a family for all staff. His death was an experience made so much easier by the level of care we all
experienced. From maintenance to kitchen not only main carers. Mum's care is still outstanding plus the help she has to cope with dad's death. Thank you.

Love the home, have company when needed, privacy in my own room which is fabulous. Can come and go as I please as I am mobile and still drive. The garden is my domain which I love. Support if I need it. The staff are brilliant and the home runs smoothly with the manager at the helm. Food is boring same
old, same old, well cooked but need more variety. Activities are more catered to the more non mobile residents but I enjoy what is aimed at us more mobile.

Mum seems to be well looked after. Sometimes she doesn't have her glasses on, she needs to be wearing them to be able to see at all. She is well fed and hydrated. Her hair seems to be done every week unless she is on bed rest for a sore on her bottom, which is looked after well.

My uncle was discharged from hospital to Dalby Court 3 years ago quite poorly but with the support and encouragement of the staff he quickly settled spent over 3 happy years at Dalby Court. Myself and my family have always been welcomed warmly by the staff at the home and felt part of the family. I
have nothing but praise and admiration for the work that is done at Dalby Court and on behalf of my family, thank you .

We did a lot of research choosing the right care home for a family member. Dalby Court was the chosen one and we hoped that a room would be available. The first time we left him there he looked a little bit confused. The next morning we went to visit him and we felt that this is his home. Within a few
weeks his health and well-being have improved, he is happy and content. You are always welcomed cheerfully and politely. The staff and management are caring and very friendly. The building and grounds are kept up to a high standard and there is a daily programme of activities. The food and menus are excellent.

My first contact with Dalby Court was on the phone and it was so friendly, professional and informative. That phone contact assured me that it was a caring care home and encouraged the initial visit. From the moment we walked through the door and were greeted, we got the feeling of warmth. Each staff
member showed kindness, smiles, compassion and genuine interest. We were shown around the full home, absolutely everything felt good. The home was clean, the residents looked happy and looked after, TVs were on, music, it was very homely, hence we chose Dalby Court. Our family member settled in straightaway and that became his safe, happy home.

My mother loves the decor and room size and is happy that she has her own ensuite toilet. The office staff and support personnel have been really nice and have made my mother feel very welcome.

Pleasantly surprised to find that the care home is very clean and appears to have been nicely decorated recently. My mother-in-law's room is large with its own en-suite toilet, and she loves the views from the large windows. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have made my mother-in-law feel

I only have praise for this care home, the staff (I can't single one out) are all fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, and they treat every resident with kindness and dignity. The home is always clean and tidy. The food is fantastic, and the rooms are lovely.
I always recommend this home when anyone
asks - the main plus is the staff, absolutely lovely, all of them.

Overall I was happy with the facilities and the care shown by the staff towards my father. The only negative to spoil the experience is the access and egress to the building. Sometimes this was far longer than I felt it needed to be. Other family members agree. This conversation also took place with
other visitors queuing to enter the building.

A pleasant experience throughout my father's 3-week stay at Dalby Court. All of the staff were great, with a few being exceptional. Between us as a family, we requested a couple of items/changes. The staff listened to us and accommodated our needs. Accessing the home's front door was a challenge after
16:00 hours. Following a discussion with the team leaders, the concern was rectified. Well done to all the staff.

Staff seemed friendly and supportive. Pleasant surroundings, comforable room with bathroom and TV. As I was only a visitor cannot comment on facilities/activities etc. From my point of view the experience seems good. Food seemed of a superior quality.
