My father has been at Barony Lodge for a month now. It took him a couple of weeks to settle in, but thanks to the support and kindness of all the staff, he has adjusted well. We visit most days and are always made to feel welcome, which gives us great peace of mind knowing that Dad is safe and being
well cared for.

The environment is consistently clean and tidy, and there are activities tailored to the residents most days, which helps create a positive and engaging atmosphere. I am really pleased with the care and community here, and I hope this will be the place my father continues to call home. I would happily recommend Barony Lodge to others looking for a supportive and caring environment for their loved ones.

My sister is very frail and has advanced dementia, she is very well cared for by skilful compassionate staff. She is encouraged to join in with the Christmas activities which she enjoys, apparently she loved the handball ringers that came to entertain residents earlier this week,
Although she is confused
she loves to sing and especially loves Christmas songs.
The staff are always on hand to answer any questions regarding how she is and keep me informed of anything involving her care, I am her only relative and next of kin, they are very perceptive of how I feel and so I am very grateful.

My husband has been a permanent resident of Bradwell Court for over 18 months now, and enough praise cannot be heaped on
the home. It is always clean and bright, and there is a lovely homely atmosphere as soon as you walk in. It was not an easy decision
to place my husband there permanently, but
it is the best decision I have ever made. He is kept clean and tidy, and the staff could not
be more loving and caring towards all the residents. Not only do the staff care for my husband, but I am awarded the same compassionate thoughtfulness too. They have been a pillar of strength to me throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The food is excellent, and there is always a varied menu to choose from and special dietary requirements are well met.
If you are looking for a placement for your loved one, honestly look no further, you will not regret it.

It's been just over 3 weeks since Dad joined you now and it feels like he's always been there (in a nice way for us not sure about everyone else!). We visited my Mum during the care home's (first) bonfire night party. It was so good to see the effort that all the staff had gone to to enable as many residents (and family and friends) as possible to enjoy the event with lots of chairs in the entrance area to watch the fireworks from. Every time
we have visited I have been so impressed with the care and attention that all of the staff display to all of the residents. My Mum has a dementia diagnosis and as I live away I am so pleased to know that she is being looked after and kept stimulated by activities and visits out, for example they recently took her to the ponds in Nantwich to feed the ducks which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Thanks to everyone at Barony Lodge.

Bradwell court was recommended for the exceptional care given , and we saw this first hand when my mother spent the last 7 months of her life there. We thank the management and staff so much for the everyday care and friendly atmosphere within the home. This was down to every staff member employed there.
We cannot thank each member of staff enough for their everyday efforts . We would highly recommend the care home .

We needed somewhere safe for my brother whilst his siblings went on holiday, this care home was recommended to us. Hannah came to visit him and quickly put our minds to rest that the Barony would be a safe environment for him. On arrival was a couple of thoughtful gifts to welcome him, thank you Hannah.
Dave came to stay for 3 weeks, on the first day he went to the cinema and was smiling when I checked in on him. On our return from our holidays , he informed us he loved it and wanted to stay permanently which speaks volumes
It is wonderful to see him involved in activities and smiling, he looks happy at home which he hasn't done for a while.
All of the staff are brilliant, Dave can't remember names and I live miles away so don't regularly see people to name them.
Not only is Dave happy but his siblings are as well to know he is looked after with care, compassion and dignity.
Huge thank you to everyone At the Barony for all you do for your residents.

We were lucky to find this room available at such short notice and we were not disappointed. The staff & management could not be more helpful & friendly, always welcoming and asking if we needed anything. They made my cousin feel happy and secure in there and we are sad her stay was so short as she
passed away, after a long illness, only 2 1/2 weeks in there. The decor is very good, carpets and rooms clean and tidy and the social areas very well maintained. The out look onto small but very tidy gardens are delightful and well maintained. It was a pleasure, even though a short one. Highly recommend to anyone.

Overall, very happy for my husband being in your care.
I think sometimes understanding can cause issues, not just for the resident but the staff too.
Ongoing niggle is the car parking. Just a simple remedy of some white lines would improve this. One area needs careful thought on the while lines to
give maximum parking.

I have selected good for all questions except activities, where I have placed it as satisfactory. This in no way reflects on the activities coordinator, who is very good. My relative would like to see more external activities, eg visits out, which may be cost prohibited.
I am very happy overall with
