Care Homes Owned by MHA in Leicestershire

Absolutely amazing staff, the care & support they have given to my dad is really appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble & even though he struggles to communicate, they make lots of effort to understand what he wants. I'm so glad that my dad lives there, we don't have to worry about his care at all.

Mum arrived at Aigburth nearly a year ago. I have observed acts of kindness from different staff towards my mother. Irrespective of their role, I have seen a variety of staff engage with service users in a gentle and supportive manner. Staff are always welcoming and available to speak to me. When talking to staff, I have confidence they know my mother and offer supportive and informed opinions about her. Staff are always willing to answer any questions I have about my mother. Senior staff are very prompt in contacting me to inform me of any changes in my mother's wellbeing. My experience is that the environment created by staff is one of care and kindness.

Mum went for respite care and she was incredibly well looked after from staff in all departments. Care was attentive, professional, caring and supportive. Mum was made to feel at ease the moment she entered the care home.

You are looking after my mother very well. She is happy. Some of the family visit about once a week so keeping her interested and doing things is up to you. All the things happening, music, going out to places, going around the garden she really likes.

Mum was having some problems taking her tablets - the care staff contacted me and explained the situation and also asked the nurse to call in . Mum had a full health review and has been referred to a specialist team to offer help and support with her sleeping patterns. She is now taking her tablets and we are reassured once again that the team are fully aware of mums needs and take immediate action if her situation changes.

There's always a lot going on for residents and the grounds are lovely.

All of the care team go about their supporting work with great care and consideration for the residents and their visiting family and friends. I never feel like I'm intruding, and am always welcomed.

The home runs very efficiently in the background. My mother is certainly thriving there and reports she is happy. Most important to me to know that. There are plenty of activities mum gets involved in or not as she wishes.

are all ensuite and residents are encouraged to make them their own. The whole building is very bright and airy with a communal.dining room, two lounges and even a hair salon. I'm always made to feel welcome when I go to visit.

I live in cheshire and to know that mum is being cared for in the way that she cared for us as children means the absolute world to us all. Thank you

My aunt is content and well looked after. There are so many activities that my aunt can't find the time to participate in them all! I don't live locally and so it is reassuring to know that the staff will call to let me know of any changes to my Aunt's medical condition. The home is very clean and all of the staff are lovely.

All the staff are very caring. My mother's mental physical and emotional needs have been cared for very well. Also I have been contacted regularly about her on going needs and any problems. a very friendly home.

These are just a few of the many ways in which quality of care at Aigburth remains ( after over 10 years of my Mums residency), exceptional .

Mum initially moved to Aigburth for two weeks respite care, but within three days of being there she made the decision she wanted to stay.

Over the past two years my Dad has received the most wonderful care from the staff and volunteers at Aigburth. The care and support he is given is second to none and he loves the company. It has been a joy to see all the enrichment activities that are provided for Dad and the other residents including music therapy, outings to a member of staffs allotment, visits from John the animal man and concerts. Very quickly Aigburth has become a home from home, not just for Dad but our family and friends when we visit.

Mum is so happy and content at The Aigburth. Her room is perfect, her care is second to none. Love seeing the photos of her enjoying the activities. She loves the garden and we walk around it every time visit. I feel she is totally safe and looked after. I don't worry at all about her. It is always clean, tidy and very welcoming. I am so glad we found this care home for mum I cannot praise it enough. Thank you everyone for being so caring and looking after my mum. X

I have been pleased with the care my Dad has received. Aigburth provides the human touch that makes living there enjoyable. It provides a range of interesting activities across a wide range of topics. On top of all that the food is really good.

My auntie moved to Aigburth in February. She was with drawn and wouldn't leave her bed. But with support from a grate care team they have brought her back eating drinking and being part of the Aigburth family. It's all down to the care and support she has been given over the past 7 months. I am very grateful for the work they have done with my auntie. Thank you.
