My mother has been at Bradbury Grange for about 20 months. In this time I have observed her being treated with kindness and respect. Staff really know her personality and her likes and dislikes, and endeavour to meet them when possible. They always contact a member of the family with any updates immediately such as a fall. I would highly recommend Bradbury Grange.

The home is always clean and tidy. If I was not so busy I would be willing to assist them as a volunteer.hg

Any issues I bring to their attention is dealt with swiftly.

My Dad is very happy in his Care Home and is very settled he likes the staff and enjoys his food he enjoys sitting in the lounge with other residents. The Care staff are very friendly and enjoy chatting to my Dad he seems very settled there

I cannot fault the care that my mother receives at Bradbury Grange. From the management and care team to the housekeeping staff, there is always a warm welcome and sense of belonging. Retention of staff appears to be excellent and this promotes positive relationships between residents and those looking after them. I have witnessed real heartfelt emotion towards my mother, particularly at times when she has been unwell, and this is very reassuring for me, particularly on those occasions when I have not been able to be present. Mum's room is always spotlessly clean and she feels very much at home. Regular meetings keep family and friends up to speed with proceedings and welcome feedback.

Angela has been brilliantly looked after. The carers and staff and just the nicest people. And the management are always very approachable and responsive.

Staff are hard working, friendly and kind. They do a difficult job well. The home environment is pleasant and I particularly like the garden. Recently I had the chance to sing for residents with my group and I think residents benefit greatly from diversions such as this.

My father moved into BG in May and very rapidly spoke of feeling 'at home'. At every step of the way he has felt fully supported and cared for. This is primarily because the facilities and staff have met his and our family's every expectation. We are incredibly grateful for the physical and spiritual care that he is receiving which has made the last few months a genuine joy for him.

My husband and I are very impressed how the Care Home is run and the thoughtful way our friend is looked after in all aspects of the care provided. She is kept safe 24 hours a day, has lovely meals, is given help when needed, has access to a Podiatrist and a Hairdresser and is treated with dignity at all times.

My father moved into Bradbury Grange from living independently just over three months ago and describes it as a'wonderful and remarkable retreat'. The staff are extraordinary; professional, efficient, caring, patient, respectful and cheerful. The home is clearly well managed and staff at this level are approachable and open. There is a genuine homely feel and staff are attentive to residents, showing real care and knowledge of each individual. Any medical attention for my father has been immediate and liaison with any NHS care, seamless. His spiritual welfare is very well looked after by the chaplain. We thought Bradbury Grange was amazing when we visited but could not have expected my father's move to be such a wholehearted success, he is safe, well looked after in every way and content.

This is on behalf of my husband who has been here with dementia since September last year. I visit twice a week and he seems ok but has lost a lot of weight. The staff are marvelous but feel he could have more one-to-one care.

The family would like to see more activities on a daily basis - for stimulation and enjoyment of their father, who is resident with dementia - such a cruel disease at such a young age. (79 years)

My husband has been expertly cared for during the last two years. Management and staff listen to requests and always respond according to the needs of the resident. Every aspect of care is geared to the residents personal needs. Food is excellent, as is accommodation, and the carers are very helpful. There is respect for each resident, who get opportunity to discuss their situation at the residents meeting. Singing, services and other entertainment with the Chaplain are enjoyed by all.

I really love Bradbury Grange and am so glad I was able to get a place there for my lovely sister!

The home feels like a home. It is very clean and freshly decorated. It feels safe and warm. The staff do a great job and they care for the residents. My mum is very happy there.

Not for the first time, my wife, who is severely disabled, entered Bradbury Grange (BG) for a fortnight's respite care in September 2025. The sudden onset of a serious health condition meant that I couldn't resume my role as her carer and Kim and her team at BG could not have done more to welcome my wife and help her settle into her newly decorated, light and well appointed room. Clearly, this has been a life changing experience for both me and my wife of over fifty years, but regular visits from family and friends and the care and understanding of Kim and her team are helping us to adjust, for which I take this opportunity to record my sincere thanks.

I fell, fractured a vertebra, lost control of my bladder and bowels. I decided I needed respite care. A friend recommended Bradbury Grange. I was surprised at how friendly, jolly and constructive the staff were. They were positive and thoughtful and I felt supported and much less anxious. They were happy to check if they were uncertain about something which was reassuring. I was expecting bland food. I was so impressed by the range choice and variety. The food was delicious and satisfying. The menu was creative and interesting. The room was comfortable well furnished and appropriate. The home as a whole was exceedingly attractive and in immaculate condition.

I came into Bradbury Grange for two weeks following a knee replacement operation. Everyday, by every member of staff I met, I was treated with care, friendliness and profesional consideration. The support I have been given has been excellent and I believe has really made my recovery much quicker and less painful. I cannot thank everyone enough and hope they will have me back in a few months time after my second knee replacement. Thankyou so much.
