Can't praise this home enough, the whole team are amazing! The manager is lovely, she always makes time to speak to me and mum no matter how busy she is! The food is lovely and everyone is just so caring.

I feel that Sandygate has good care and good management. Always clean in her room and surrounding areas. when there are any issues They are quickly rectified. My wife is well fed and loved by most of the staff, who dress her well and in clean clothing

I have had the experience of 3 care homes over the years. Visiting loved family. MHA Sandygate is by far the best. The care, cleanliness, food, comfort, furnitue, staff's kindness are outstanding. The residents are treated with dignity, warmth and respect. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice, and visitors are always made welcome and can enjoy refreshments while spending time with their loved ones. Since moving to MHA my sister has improved dramatically. She is much happier, can walk a little and has even been dancing. Thank you for your care and kindness.

I am happy with the overall care my father receives, he gets on famously with the team on his floor and the residents he lives with.

Mum was still independent at 89 years and despite failing health had managed at home until that age. She was not at all wanting to enter residential care but her health and my circumstance meant there was no option, initially resistant to moving in staff treated her with dignity and genuine friendship, mum's view changed 180 degrees she now says there isn't anywhere better to live. Staff help her maintain her independence and care for her with great kindness

First visit to see Mother-in-law. Really impressed with all facilities. Staff are superb, great home and M-I-L very happy.

Entrance and exit to Mapplewell Manor are difficult on a weekend when there is no one in the office opposite. Ward Green Lodge has a perfect system for entrances and exits. A camera for regular visitors. Works very well and saves man-hours.

I was in Mapplewell Manor today and I was so impressed with the staff in the home, a long time resident had died this morning. The staff all treated mum and I with compassion and love. Mum had lived across from this person and had come to know her very well. The ambience in the home today was dignified, respectful and somber. I have witnessed the outstanding care this lady received. She was always comfortable and happy despite being bed bound for many months. The staff at Mapplewell Manor go above and beyond for all residents their care is outstanding and they deserve this review.

Mapplewell Manor has a wonderful atmosphere, the care is excellent, but most of all, the staff are amazing. The admission team couldn't work harder if they tried; they put in over and above, and it is all filled with knowledge and compassion. Can't thank them enough, thank you xxx

My mum has received excellent care at the home, and I am extremely grateful for the support, kindness and professionalism shown by the entire team. The facilities are superb and always clean, welcoming and well-maintained. Every member of staff has treated my mum with genuine dignity and respect, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing she is safe and well-cared-for at all times.

The food and drink are of a very high standard, and the staff are always happy to accommodate individual preferences. My mum enjoys the friendly atmosphere, and the activities offered help create a warm sense of community. The management team are approachable, proactive and clearly dedicated to maintaining excellent standards throughout the home.

Her room is comfortable, spotless and feels like a personal, homely space. Considering the level of care, the environment and the support provided, I feel the home offers exceptional value for money.

Overall, I am truly appreciative of the care my mum receives.

All care homes should provide the care and surroundings Mapplewell Manor offers. My sister has enjoyed her 2 weeks respite here. She would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for the care and reassurance we had while having a holiday break.

My husband was transferred into Mapplewell Manor from hospital following treatment for a chest infection. Although suffering from advanced Alzheimer's he had never previously experienced care other than at his own home and from me, his wife. Consequently he was a reluctant and often uncooperative resident. To make matters worse, the four months he spent there were punctuated by visits to A&E and hospital stays, all of which made it even more difficult for him to settle. The amazing staff recognised and responded to the situation, never faltering in their attempts to integrate him into the community and establishing strong personal bonds. The standard of care was exceptional. It was also genuine. These wonderful people not only care for their residents they also care about them, making it a warm and safe environment.

I was in Mapplewell Manor for care following an ankle replacement operation and unable to put my foot to the floor. I received excellent help and support during my 2 weeks stay and would recommend the care home to others.

My Mother has received excellent care at Mapplewell Manor Care Home, we are very grateful to the Care Workers and friendly Staff for their care and attention they have given my 104 year old Mother who is planning to spend her remaining days at the Home.

My auntie as been a resident 4 2 years from day 1 very satisfied indeed with the home always being very clean from the manager 2 the staff nothing is 2 much trouble any concerns r always sorted straight away cannot praise them enough 4 doing a fantastic job the food provided is always very good indeed as I said earlier b4 cannot praise every 1 concerned in the running of the beeches keep doing a fantastic job cheers everyone much appreciated

Mum has been a resident of Sandygate Care Home for around 6 months. On admission her behaviour could sometimes be quite challenging however Jodi and her team reassured me that they would work with the other medical health teams to balance mum's medication and things would settle down. To be honest I was sceptical as I felt dementia had taken mum away from myself and my family. However Jodi was right. They have a personal approach, tailoring treatment to the needs of each resident. I can't praise the team highly enough. There are times I can see my mum as I remember her and she remembers me as a loving daughter . We still have some challenging moments however these are now minimal. Mum enjoys the outings and is proving to be quite a character with her singing. Thank you to the everyone at Sandygate Care Home who are looking after mum so well.

Mum is now settled and is much better in the beeches than at home . Has a family we feel more comfortable with mum getting good care and attention . Thanks to all the staff for there care and compassion.

My mother is currently at the Beeches Care Home and I feel that she is getting the best care and attention at a point in her life whereby she needs to have good and thorough personal care for her current needs. I can highly recommend the Management of this care home.
