The most essential aspect is naturally the excellent patience, friendliness and understanding shown to Mum by Cromwell House staff, especially in relation to dementia moments. twice a week. My mum herself always looks well dressed, clean and tidy. The food is amazing. It is fresh, balanced, interesting and presented well. I always feel welcome when I call in, I can visit any time at all with no notice. There is always a member of staff to see with any questions. Now for the staff. I can't say enough about how absolutely amazing they all are, they treat my mum like she is part of a big family and show her great respect, always smiling and making her laugh.
