Outstanding. Every member of staff is fantastic, bar none. My mum has been cared for by a home I 100% trust. She was in another home, so I can compare & that adds to my decision that I would recommend this home to anybody that needs this sort of care. The food is also excellent & staff prepare it eg cut up & will feed people if required. Staff are also there for family when times are difficult or just for a chat. Thank you Cedar Lodge you have been wonderful.

My mother became a resident at your care home in Leamington Spa in May. She is very happy in her new surroundings. All the care staff and management and housekeeping team have made my mum feel at home in new home. All the staff inform us of any changes in care and medication - How my mum has been each time we visit eg: with meals and mobility etc.

I have been visiting Susie for 18 months since Dec 2024. I visit about 3/4 times a week. I have always found staff to be polite, caring, professional and very patient. The food is plentiful and excellent. The chefs are also very imaginative, producing new and different extras. The nurses are first class & caring. There are also interesting activities for the residents including music & singing & keep fit. The rooms are also full of residents personal extras. Also weekly service excellent

In early August my mother in law had been very ill. During this time all staff members were fantastic in the care and attention they gave her whilst they nursed her back to good health. I'm not going to single out any 1 person as they were all incredible. They all deserve a medal for their work and dedication.

Mum has been very ill, thanks to all the staff at Cedar Lodge, she is now much better. The amazing care she has received from everyone has helped her recover. She is treated with gentle, kind. care.

Service has been generally excellent. Staff friendly and good at what they do.

Mum moved to Homewood in October 2025 following her Alzheimer's diagnosis. The staff are caring and friendly and Mum has settled in well. I visit most days and the staff are always so welcoming. They do not have set visiting times which is great. The programme of activities that Jackie organises for the residents in vast and caters for everyone's interests. Mum enjoys the musical performances especially. The food is very good and varied. They are given a choice of meals each day. Putting Mum into a carehome was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make but she is so settled and happy. Thank you Homewood!

A real gem with the most wonderful caring staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they welcomed us both into their family. They supported and cared for me as much as my husband. I was encouraged to spend as much time in the home with my husband whilst he got to know and trust the staff and they got to know my husbands complex needs.

My Dad has been cared for by Homewood since last August. He is very well looked after by all the staff. Ivy and Leighanne always go above and beyond to help Dad. He can be challenging at times due to his medical issues, and always treated with dignity, patience and respect. The room is bright and sunny with hygiene always excellent especially the bathroom.

Our mother went to Cedar Lodge for end of life care. The home has a lovely feel about it, all staff members actively engaged and caring. Mum was treated with warmth, attention and dignity and there was always someone on hand to attend to her needs. A particular mention to Mihaela, Deputy Manager and head nurse, whose professionalism and kindness will stay with us. It was comforting to know that our mum was in such safe hands. For anyone considering short or long term care we can wholeheartedly recommend Cedar Lodge.

Cedar Lodge has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The staff are kind and caring with a wonderful home manager.

We always found the atmosphere at Cedar Lodge very calm and pleasant. The staff were all very helpful, from the management to the carers and kitchen staff and always cheerful. My husband was always treated with dignity and the food was very good. He was there for 3 weeks respite and did not join many activities, but was very happy to attend the church services on 2 occasions. On returning home he said he had enjoyed his visit and would be happy to go again.

My mum was in Homewood for 4 months, and I cannot rate it highly enough. She was fully supported by the staff, who are like family. Nothing was too much trouble, and Mum was able to be as independent as she was able. As her health went downhill, coordination between medical staff and senior carers was excellent, as was the system of disseminating any changes in her treatment. The activities on offer are amazing and varied - from keep fit to board games, musicians, movies and outings, something for everybody. There are good choices of food, and room cleaning and laundry is seamless. Thank you, team.

My recent stay at Cedar Lodge for three weeks was really enjoyable. My husband is always happy when I am with him. Everyone is very caring and make me most welcome. It is very comfortable and the food is excellent. Thank you all very much. Fondest wishes.

A happy friendly atmosphere in the home. Staff very helpful to visitors. They are doing a great caring job with the residents who respond well in their company.

My dad was very unwell when he came to Cedar Lodge just before Christmas. He was also frightened, and as a result of that, quite difficult to work with. Cedar Lodge were AMAZING, monitoring his health and caring for him generally. Thank you.

Cedar Lodge always looks clean, bright & friendly. The staff are always cheerful and we are happy that Dad lives here. Some of the residents can be loud & aggressive, but the staff always treat them with humour, dignity & kindness.
