Amy woodgate staff went above and beyond to help us get my Nan some respite care and she has been able to remain safe and settled since she has been there. The home is very clean and the staff are very friendly my Nan is fortunate to already have a close connection to another resident and the staff
always ensure they are together which really helps my Nan settle and remain happy! My nan regularly says how delicious the food is and how kind the people are to her which is great to hear! My children visit regularly with me and the home is always brilliantly decorated for Halloween and Christmas and special events which is lovely to see , We will be forever grateful for their help and kindness and I can't recommend the home enough it's such a lovely place.

The staff and management have been excellent in my dad's 6 weeks tenure. It felt as though they were all caring for both him and the rest of us as a family as we watched him for his last 6 weeks. Thank you so much. There are names I would like to mention but obviously won't here. My only complaint would
be the lack of a decent sized lift - Dad has to be put in a wheelchair to be got upstairs, that was 2 days before he passed. Keep up the great care.

My father has been living at Kingston Care Home for just over a year and I could not be happier with the care he receives there. The manager and all the staff are exceptional. They are warm, professional and truly care for the residents. There are interesting and varied daily activities, from music,
quizzes, trips out, films, craft etc. My father has dementia but he is never spoken down to; he is treated with respect, kindness and dignity, and included in as many of the activities as he can safely participate in. He is very content there.

I came here in mid September for nursing and rehab after six months stay In the hospital.
I found the care and service somewhat lacking. However, after discussions with the carers and the management we are at the required level.
Currently I am satisfied with the care and services provided, although
there is room for improvement and discussions are ongoing and there is cooperation from the management, both, executive and middle levels. Middle managers are mainly very helpful and competent..

Our family cannot praise Hatfield Nursing Home and Nicol highly enough for the incredible support they have given my mum since she moved in. She was recently taken into care due to dementia, and from the very first day the staff have shown genuine compassion, patience and understanding. They take the
time to get to know her as a person, not just as a resident, and their kindness has brought real comfort to both her and us as a family. The home is always clean, calm and welcoming, and we feel reassured knowing she is safe, well looked after and treated with dignity. We are truly grateful for the outstanding care she receives every day.

I always find everybody to be very kind and helpful. They look after my brother very well and take care of him in a kind and friendly way.

He seems to get along with the staff and enjoy their company.

When I visit they are always very helpful and knowledgeable about his condition.i am very happy

to leave him in their care.

They are happy to take any suggestions I make and take them on board.

I can't think of suggestions that I could make for any improvements to the care my brother receives.

Reply from Emmanuel Torsoo, Home Manager at Alan Morkill HouseThank you for your kind review. It is our pleasure to care for your brother and ensure he feels comfortable, happy, and supported each day. Best wishes, Emmanuel
