Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Dad came to Maple Dene from this family home of 50 + as part of a relocation to be near family and to have more support with day-to-day living. Dad is happy in his lovely flat. Staff are kind and respect his autonomy/privacy while ensuring his needs are met. It's been a big change for dad, but we have
felt so reassured that the staff are looking after him well. Thank you!

Recently visited an old friend at Trinity Lodge, Coventry, and was pleasantly surprised. My friend was in high spirits and expressed happiness at being well looked after by a lovely team. The facilities are clean and well maintained, demonstrating the care taken by staff to provide a comfortable and
homely atmosphere. The staff members I met were all extremely warm and friendly, happy to accommodate all requests, and even joke with residents and visitors. Overall I was very impressed, and happy to see my old friend being so well taken care of.

After visiting many homes for our mom to staying we found Bloomfield Court to be by far the most suitable. It is very clean, pleasant staff, food is suitable for mom who is 99. We feel she is being looked after very well which gives us peace of mind. We could definitely recommend to others seeking a
care home.

The care that our Great Grandmother received was absolutely outstanding.
As she deteriorated in her mental capacity the love and care remained constant.
You can FEEL the warmth when you step in to Kerria Court
Every single member of staff has been friendly with us and all visitors whenever we have
been there.
I think there is a very playful vibe where the residents are encouraged to laugh and have as much fun as possible - we LOVE to see this !!!!
The Manager is the kindness lady I think I have ever known - she goes above and beyond her role, she ensures her staff are as committed as she is and it shows through the mutual respect her team have with her.
I have never known such an airy bright, in touch with nature, environment offering this kind of facility - it really is unique!
I will be using Kerria Court in future if an elderly relative needs this service - I wouldn't mind travelling - I can HIGHLY recommend.

My mum moved into Bloomfield Court back in October 2023 and is very happy living here. She enjoys being on the go and the staff always helped and encouraged Mum to have a good day and be part of whats going on.
The activities are a big part from dancing, singing and different events throughout the
year, Mum really enjoys these and this helps with Mums well being very happy with the support and care given to Mum, from all the staff.

My nan has become much happier since moving to Trinty Lodge. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. The staff don't only support residents, their door is open for relatives too. There is always activities and stuff for the residents to do and keep busy. The meals are well balanced
and varied, you can also have dinner with your relative if you let the staff know.

My father has dementia and mobility issues after months of worry and dispair
Bloomfield Court, its carers and administration came as a breathe of fresh air, his transition was seamless and the kindness and understanding are in abundance. Needless to say we now view all staff as friends and can call
on them at any time. 24/7. We have no concerns and would recommend Bloomfield day in day out.

Harden Hall provided exceptional care for our nan from 2018 onwards, and we will always be grateful for everything they did for her. The staff were kind, compassionate, and treated her with dignity and respect at all times. They truly took the time to know her as a person, amd even treated her like
part of their own family at times, which gave our family great comfort and peace of mind. We couldn't have asked for better care and would highly recommend Harden Hall and all its staff to everyone.

My mother was reassigned to Godiva Lodge when her last care home closed in late 2025, despite the very short notice the transfer was smooth and the team at Godiva have been superb and welcoming. My mothers care is exemplary, physically she looks the best, regrettably her dementia inevitably progresses
but the team at Godiva are compassionate and expertly look after her mental health needs as well as her physical.
I live about 4 hours away from Coventry so am unable to visit as frequently as I would like but the team at Godiva are great communicators and keep me updated. I trust the team at Godiva Lodge and feel reassured that my mother is in receipt of the best care 24/7.
