I visit John on a Monday and Wednesday, but sometimes just once a week not two. John is treated very very well. I usually visit at lunchtime and like to feed him. John has never not eaten his lunch and is always complimentary. The food provided to John is excellent. Thankyou. John's room is always very clean.
John always is in good order, hair cut, shaved and all good. John is happy at Frindsbury Hall.

My mother was transferred from hospital for respite care in Wallace House. From the very outset the carers were outstanding in their care for the resident and their support of the family. My mam has been a resident in Aycliffe Care Home for over 3 years and from day one has always been treat with dignity and respect by all staff from all departments, she receives excellent care sometimes under very difficult circumstances she is always happy when I visit and enjoys all the activities going on , the home is always clean and tidy, if I do have any concerns it is always dealt with promptly, I have peace of mind knowing my mam is getting excellent care from excellent staff doing a fantastic job .

The care home is always clean and presentable. There isn't a smell of urine when you enter, unlike some care homes I have visited. The staff are very caring, friendly and professional. The staff appear to be happy in their jobs and this shows in the quality of care they give to the residents. My aunt was very anxious about going into a care home. However the friendly caring staff have made my aunt very happy to be in their care. They have a variety of activities during the week and my aunt has enjoyed many of the activities on offer. There is always someone to answer questions or queries when I need them.
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and happy place for their relative

Our mum is 84, severely sight-impaired and living with dementia, so finding the right care home for her D2A placement was very important to our family. After visiting several homes, we chose Seale Pastures House in Acresford. The bright environment, comfortable en-suite rooms and outdoor areas immediately stood out. From the moment Mum arrived, the staff helped her settle in with patience, kindness and genuine care. The carers, nursing staff and management team took time to understand her needs and have supported her with dignity and respect throughout. In just five weeks, Mum's wellbeing has improved significantly. She has regained weight, her confidence has grown and she has made new friends. Most importantly, Mum feels safe, happy and cared for. After completing her D2A placement, she chose to remain at Seale Pastures House as her permanent home. That says everything about how comfortable and supported she feels there.
We would highly recommend.

Following a visit I was very impressed on how involved my Grandma was with the activities and how she was helped to interact. It was also good to hear that she had been out to the Legion Club to meet friends and play bingo. Really happy with the care provided at Redbrick House. 10/10. Thank you! :)
