Care is excellent, staff are friendly and caring; there is a wide variety of food options and portion sizes are varied according to appetite, there are activities available to interact but residents can spend time in their own rooms which are well decorated, I would fully recommend.

My friend Peter came to St Catherine's Care Home in March 2025 from hospital and whilst only there for 7 or 8 months, I could not have wished for better care and treatment for what was a particularly challenging period in his life. The staff at all levels were absolutely wonderful. The communication
with myself was impeccable, I was never in doubt that he was receiving the best possible care.

From the first day mum moved into Ty Eirin instantly you get a homely feeling I cannot praise all the staff enough. Mum is very happy she now tells me she is well cared for safe, warm and well fed. Mum joins in the activities especially boxercise at 97 I think this is wonderful.
What a difference
in mum now she has people around her 24 hours a day.
The care home always has time to speak to me and keeps me updated; amazing Ty Eirin and all the staff there.

Generally satisfactory
Do not like the policy of switching on the T.V. at all times
Could promote discussion amongst residents especially when doing a quiz

Dad is happy, settled and safe at Belle Vue. He enjoys singing and dancing and he is often the life and soul of such activities. I am now struggling to take Dad out of the care home because of his needs. However when the weather gets better Dad will thrive on getting out more as mentioned by one of
the carers who Dad gets on very well with, as he is from up north too!

The most beautiful care/nursing home aswell as the most beautiful views. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure family and loved ones are very well looked after aswell as us as as a family. After pulling my nan out of a dreadful residential care home and visiting Gotton Manor, I
new we had made the right decision. The home its self is warm, very clean and feels like home from home. The bedrooms are beautiful and well equiped for all needs and they all have lovely views of the countryside. We visit weekly and my nan is always full of smiles, always looks clean and fresh, hair and nails done beautifuly and always dressed lovely. The food is freshly cooked and served beautifully and tastes great. Weve had meals there for special occasions. I used to be a hca at a nursing home so ive seen some sights but I cant fault Gotton manor and the amazing staff who really work so hard and care so deeply .
