My mum has been a resident at Maple Lodge for over 2 years now. She has had a lot of health and emotional issues to contend with during this time, as have my brother and myself, on her journey. We have always found staff helpful and considerate, and willing to listen and advise.

My mum has been here for two weeks she has come I leaps n bounds with the help of the nursing staff , carers , activities , and other staff. If I had to choose this as her permanent place I would be happy to do so , although I wish she could come home . My mum enjoyed her country n western night out
(daytime activity) the bar is fantastic, the garden is big , the manager Tracey says use it as your own home. The rooms are big
And cleaned daily when you enter the building you don't get nasty smells like some homes , they have 3 courses for lunch n dinner , the whole team are just brilliant, thank from us all x

My Dad entered Harbour View from hospital for end of life care. He was a resident for two weeks. During this time he was treated with care and dignity. The staff were excellent and made his time with them very comfortable. On the day of dad's passing we were also treated with love and care. I can't
that he staff at Harbour View enough.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Mum has been in Harbour View for a year now and we are very happy with her care. I live a long distance from the home and therefore visit monthly. I have had consistent, excellent communication with the Office and Care staff regarding my mothers condition, as and when it changes. I feel able to contact
the home with any concerns and all situations have been fully resolved in a timely manner. This means a great deal to us because of the distance. When I visit I am always made welcome and allowed to stay as long as I wish in mum's room. I have found the actual inside of the building to be consistently spotless and mum's room is wonderfully neat and homely. Her laundry is done daily and to a high standard. We speak daily and she is always talking about the warm and friendly staff. She loves the food too! The high level of Duty of Care mum receives has been evident to me throughout her stay and I feel sure it will continue. The warm bonds she has forged with the staff there are a delight.

Absolutely adore this place, all the staff go above and beyond and are all amazing. My father is very happy here, extremely cared for and well looked after. They work hard at keeping his mind very active with varied activities, daily games, quizzes, outdoor activities, singing and discussion's. There
is also a huge range of entertainment which is always exceptional. I would highly recommend the care home to any family looking for a home for their loved ones. Ty Gwynno is clean, warm and welcoming, making it feel like home from home.

Due to various medical conditions my husband was allocated a place at Bright Meadows Care Home, on discharge from hospital, and I was very distraught at the idea, also we have been married 63 years and always looked after each other. He has been resident now for 6 weeks and settling in. I am very impressed
with the relaxed atmosphere (and only strict rule of no visiting during mealtimes) the staff are very pleasant and are professional, they always answer any questions I have, and keep me informed of everything, so I dont get worried now, I can visit every day, we can also sit in the gardens.

Everyone has a smile on their face and a warm greeting as soon as you entre from reception through to the lounge which is were I normally visit. I have a laugh and a joke with the other residents who are there as well as the staff. The staff make sure everyone is involved with any ativities they do
and no one is left out. I have seen staff mend a walking frame to just holding someone's hand, I think this makes all the difference to the residents and me a visitor.

My partners auntie is a resident at Ty Eirin and I could not be happier with the care that she receives. The staff clearly know her well and have taken the time to do so. She recently lost her husband and the support she received at the time and is continuing to recieve has been incredible. Staff members
even attended the funeral on their day off to show support. Managers ensured that she was able to attend the funeral. It is incredibly reassuring to know how well cared for she is.

My Father is in the home and is very well looked after in terms of health and well being.
The Staff remain constant with their attention and care to all the residents and offer excellent mental stimulation with a variety of activities.
As personal requirements change, staff flex individual needs easily
and seamlessly.
Dad is certainly a happier person knowing there is always someone close by to checkin on him and also to communicate with.
The home is always clean and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere, a credit to Florin and team concerned with the day to day running of the home.
