  • Care Homes Owned by Healthcare Homes Group Ltd
At Healthcare Homes staff are compassionate, committed and caring. They are selected for these values and the management team do everything they can to support staff to help them to fulfil their promises to you.

The team treat everyone they care for just as they would a member of their own family; every member of staff is treated as a family member too.

The homes are warm, friendly places. They range from rural Vicarages and Manor Houses to urban modern builds. Healthcare Homes doesn't do cookie cutter!

Once you have decided that a move into one of their care homes is the right decision for you, they do everything they can to get to know you well so that they can design a care plan that is completely bespoke and unique.

They take the time to find out about your care needs and preferences: the types of hobbies and activities you would enjoy; what you have done in your lifetime and what routines you are used to; what you do and don’t like to eat; and much more. They then design and document a care plan so that everybody involved in your care knows exactly how you would like to be cared for.

And they provide much more than care homes. They also offer wrap-around 24-hour live-in care; homecare packages that adapt to your needs; and specialist care for people with more complex needs. And when your needs change, their care can change to meet your needs.

I am very grateful for the exceptional care my mum receives at Hillcroft House. Knowing she is happy as she can be, safe, well-fed and lovingly looked after brings our family great comfort. As her condition gradually worsens, we deeply appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by staff ever single

The team are friendly, attentive and approachable. No task is ever too much trouble. Their support makes a world of difference to families like ours during such a challenging time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Hillcroft House to anyone seeking a caring environment for their loved one, when home care is no longer possible.

My wife, Janet, had to move here from another care-home about 4 weeks ago. She was pleased with the room they gave her and with the staffs general acceptance of her and their willingness to make her happy and welcome. I would like to thank the staff for making my mother's 98th birthday a very special day for her. A big thank you especially to Amber who made an absolutely delicious cake after casually asking her what her favourite cake was and the result was a carrot, walnut and ginger! My Mum moved into The Grange recently and the move was sudden and unplanned, a discharge from hospital. I was dreading the move as mum has always been so independent, but the staff have been amazing. I see them tend to mum with care and consideration. Nothing is too much trouble, they are all so kind,
I see this, and my mother tells me this all the time. She cannot praise them enough. My Mum loves her tea and we would always make a brew as soon as I would arrive at her house. Delighted to say things haven't changed at The Grange, I can make tea at anytime in their kitchen, and I do! I just want to sign off and say thank you to the staff and Manager at The Grange for their hard work and dedication.

Harold was asked to leave his previous home because of his challenging behaviour, and I was getting worried, thinking no other home would accommodate him. However, Overbury House accepted and made adjustments to manage his nighttime wanderings. Overbury puts the needs of the residents first and gives
them time to adjust. My husband is settling in, and I have some peace of mind for the first time in five months.

My mum recently passed away. She was in The Hillings about five years. Always well cared for by the staff. Her room was always clean. Staff were friendly and well trained.
We were allowed to visit any time and felt welcome. In the covid years we had visiting in cabin/ window visits, open air for which
we were very grateful.

A massive thank you to all at Avon Lodge. We are very grateful and appreciative of the excellent, continued care and attention from each member of staff. We are very pleased with the efficiency of being promptly informed when the situation calls, and for the very kind and quick responses when situations
arise that require a fast response. Wishing you all the very best from all of my mum's family and myself.
