We chose Ridley Manor for my mum after she could no longer be cared for at home due to her dementia and risk of falling after suffering a broken hip. She moved there in May 2025 and it was the best thing we could have done. The staff have been absolutely wonderful and I feel have really got to know
her, they always try to engage her in activities they know she'll enjoy and are so kind and patient with her. They have made sure she has the right medical care and always treat her with dignity and respect. Family and friends are always made to feel welcome when they visit and I appreciate that they are encouraged to get involved with events at Ridley Manor. The recent garden party was a joyful event.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience. At Ridley Manor it is extremely important for us to get to know each and everyone of the residents for the individual and unique person that they are, knowing the residents life story is a huge part of getting to know them so we can support them at whatever stage of their dementia journey they are on, by doing this it can also help us identify which activities they may enjoy or might even like to try. Dignity and respect is also very important to each and everyone of us by putting ourselves in the residents shoes allows us to ensure that this is always adhered to. Hearing your wonderful comments truly makes us feel extremely proud to know that you also see all the hard work that the team put in to ensure the residents get the highest standard of care they truly deserve.

My father moved to the residential unit of the home in September 2023 which enabled him to continue to enjoy a good quality of life still following his dementia diagnosis. He really enjoyed it there and always had a cheeky smile and a joke with the lovely care staff who catered to his needs very well.
Sadly his health deteriorated even more and he was moved onto the nursing unit in June 25 for his end of life care.
The amazing nurse's and care staff made sure that Dads end of life care was with the utmost compassion, care and dignity. I could not have asked for anymore and they also made sure Dads family were kept informed and well supported at such a difficult time.
I will never forget this wonderful team of people that looked after my Dad over the 2 Years he was there. Truly outstanding care
Reply from Andrea Bullen, Reviews Team at Maids Moreton Hall

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such heartfelt words about your dad's time with us. It was truly a privilege for our team to care for him over the past two years and to get to know his warm personality, cheeky smile, and sense of humour.
We are deeply touched by your kind comments about the care team, both in the residential and nursing units. Ensuring that residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy right through to the end of life is at the heart of what we do, and it means so much to know that you and your family felt supported during such a difficult time.
Your dad will be fondly remembered by us all, and we send you and your family our sincere condolences. Thank you once again for trusting us with his care.
With warm regards,
Andrea

My gran has been under the care of Catherine Court for nearly two years now. As a family we are so thankful that we chose Catherine Court. It is clear this is a vocation for the staff, their kindness and efficient communication has put our family at ease, knowing she is in well-trained hands! The home
is well-equipped, it is clean and most importantly safe for my gran. It felt like a fortunate turn of events when my gran was moved to Catherine Court and as a care home, they continue to excel themselves!

I cannot recommend Catherine Court enough. Excellent building and equipment, prompt & efficient communication, plentiful & caring staff, and committed & compassionate manager. The food is even very presentable !
Mum has been here for 18 months, and the whole experience has been a breath of fresh air
after the trials & tribulations of the last dementia home. Even the transition was managed well, with the absolute minimum of drama.

My brother and I had to move our Mum in Feb 24 to a new care home, as the previous home had closed. Mum was 96 then, so we were really concerned about a move of home. I am so grateful to Catherine Court for their care and kindness and for removing those fears. Catherine Court is so much better than
the previous home, in terms of care for Mum, kindness, efficiency, communication and visiting.
I could not wish for a better place for Mum to be. My (ongoing) sincere thanks to all the staff and management for their love and care.

Like most families there is always an element of doubt that you are doing the right thing when you place a loved one into a care home. I needn't have worried as the staff and facilities at this home are second to none. My mum is getting the best of care and the staff are kind and compassionate. Knowing
that she is safe and happy is such a blessing.

Mum is 101yrs & moved into Catherine Court 6 months ago, it is an excellent care home. All the team are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them. Myself & my family felt this from the first time we stepped inside the door & the communication is constant. Mum has Vascular Dementia which has been
hard on the family but the staff deal with it so wonderfully, they have taken the pressure off of my shoulders & given me that precious time back with mum.

Visited a friend who has been a resident for 5 months. Physical ability is very limited - bed/wheelchair bound. Mental ability excellent, highly intelligent, academic, and excellent recall. Some very slight confusion. I was very impressed with the efficient, helpful staff. Airy, bright, exceptionally
tidy and clean. The resident is very comfortable, accepting of the situation and warmly appreciative of the staff. Seems an appropriate exceptional placement for them.

My 91-year-old father moved into Ridley Manor in March 2025. He lost his wife in September 2024 and was struggling to cope on his own.
He was made to feel very welcome from day one and soon settled in and began to make friends. There were plenty of activities going on and he was encouraged to join
in with whatever appealed to him. He enjoyed having people around to chat and have a laugh with.
However, just prior to moving into Ridley Manor he was diagnosed with a terminal condition, and his health deteriorated rapidly. So, sadly his time there was cut short. The care that he received during those final weeks and days was excellent. The staff could not do enough for him and looked after him with kindness and compassion.
We will be forever grateful that we chose Ridley Manor to take care of my dad at this difficult time.
Reply from Hayley Devereaux, Reviews Team at Ridley Manor

Hi Dawn thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience.
It is lovely to hear that your father was made welcome from day one and settled in, making new friends after sadly losing his wife and struggling to cope at home on his own, the lifestyle team work hard to try and ensure that they offer something for everyone, with all of us being available for a chat and a laugh as and when needed. We were all just deeply saddened we didn't get to spend as much time with him as we would have liked due to his terminal condition, but take comfort in knowing that we were able to provide him with excellent care, kindness and compassion in his final weeks and he is now at peace with his beloved wife.
Thank you for your time, please don't be strangers you are welcome here anytime.
Many thanks the Ridley Manor team

My Dad (91) has recently become a resident at Ridley Manor and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and support my Dad has received. From the first day, the staff have created a warm, welcoming, and truly homely environment. The team are attentive and kind, treating residents with the dignity and
respect. The facilities are very clean and comfortable. There's a strong emphasis on keeping residents engaged with a wide variety of activities, which has had a noticeably positive effect on my Dad's wellbeing. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing my Dad is in safe hands. Communication from the home is excellent and they keep us regularly updated.
