Having been in Chandlers Court for nearly two months, I have settled very well. I love the decor, everywhere is modern and homely. Beautiful sunny lounge and bedroom. Food is very good and staff are wonderful very caring! Annie can't find fault.

Our beloved Dad recently passed away, having spent a significant number of years with Team Perry. His care has always been exemplary, and it was a huge comfort during his final days to witness their love and tenderness for him, and the dignity they so diligently afforded him. We are also incredibly
grateful for the support to us as his family.
Team members from all roles in the building shared anecdotes, made sure they spent time with him both before and after his passing, and made it clear just how much he was valued on a personal level. The culture at Perry, fostered by a stellar manager and nurtured by all levels, is to be applauded.
To the whole Team, Thank-you, so much, for everything.

Perry Manor is a most friendly and cheerful place where one is always greeted by name. The residents seem to be happy and well looked after - it is unfailingly clean - the food is wonderful. I regularly visit a friend who always confirms that his needs are met. Should I require care at any time, I hope
it will be Perry Manor standard.

I'm very happy with the care Mum is receiving at Perry Manor. The staff are very helpful and keep us informed of all Mum's needs. Mum is very happy and cheerful every time we visit, and she enjoys all the company.

Very impressed with reception staff who are very quick to help us. Mum's care staff are exceptional, they don't forget a visitor's face and have in-depth personal knowledge of Mum's care needs and go out of their way to make sure she is well catered for. Regular weekly updates are provided to us and
when we visit it is clear that Mum is flourishing and very much enjoys her stay at Pery Manor.

My Mum recently moved to Chandler Court to be near family in Bromsgrove. It was a big change for her but staff have gone above and beyond to get to know her and help her settle. It is a lovely care home with dedicated carers, beautiful decor, a very welcoming coffee shop, excellent food and a brilliant

My mother-in-law was a resident at Perry Manor for 5 and a half years. I can't speak highly enough of the care she received there. M.I.L was nursed through COVID and many other episodes of ill health, always with respect and empathy. It was a great comfort to see her become a valued member of the Perry
Manor family with a much better quality of life than if we had continued to try and keep her at home as her dementia progressed. During her last week we witnessed excellent nursing care delivered professionally with respect, compassion and love, which was also extended to my husband and me. Thank you.

My Mother has been cared for by the team at Chandler Court now for 5 weeks. Nothing has been to much trouble.


The level of care and attention has been excellent and overall communication and feedback faultless.


Now mum has settled in we can really see that she is calm and content to be at Chandler

Court.


Big thanks to the whole team in delivering considerate and attentive care every day.

Before moving mum to Perry Manor in May 2025 she had a red line that she did not want to move to a Care Home. So I was very surprised that she suggested she may be better off in one rather than remaining in her own home, but even more surprised that it lasted more than 2 weeks. This I feel is down
to the excellence, professionalism, kindness and caring approach adopted by all staff. It is always spotless and immaculately maintained at all times. All staff are extremely accommodating to both residents and visitors alike and I always feel welcome. I have joined my mum on several occasions to dine with her and find the meals both tasty and filling. If there is not an option on the menu mum likes this is always replaced with an alternative. The home provides stimulating activities, company when needed and transported excursions that my mother really enjoys. Oh and then there is the cake! I would honestly recommend Perry Manor, otherwise I would have moved her.

From our first contact with Brook Court we were met with kindness, consideration and reassurance. The decision to place a loved one in residential care is one of the most difficult experiences in life. Everyone at Brook Court has helped us through this, showing empathy and care. Walking into Brook Court

Well Chandler Court, what a wonderful place you have and service you provide. Kind, caring, respectful and compassionate always. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Dad loved the café, especially Alex's cakes. The activities team arranged some great things. He loved the birds of prey and varied
animal visits. With your help, we even got him to Bromsgrove panto last Christmas. But, most importantly, the care he received, it was just fabulous, liason with the homes GP was great too. You are a fabulous group of people and I will never be able to thank you enough. Finally thank you for the support shown to me in Dads final few days. You will always be remembered.

My Mom has been living in Chandler Ct for 7 weeks. We are very happy with the standard of care she has received. The staff are so kind and always keep us informed of any changes in Mom's condition. We get regular updates on what activities she has been attended the team organise many different events
for the residents and Mom has enjoyed joining some of these. We all feel happy knowing she is safe and being cared for by a dedicated team who would contact us if they have concerns.

When I recently visited as soon as I went in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. I waited for my friend to arrive in the coffee shop where I noticed other residents engaging with eachother and fun activities. The staff were all lovely and I was made to feel very welcome.

Have nothing but praise for this care home. Mom moved in this year and we felt supported the whole journey from looking around to settling in. As soon as you walk in the door you are met with friendly faces and a real sense of belonging. The care has been excellent and it's allowed family to not worry
about mom. There is attention to detail from getting to know someone, learning their likes and dislikes, communicating with the team any needs and all in a clean and beautiful environment. Family/friends/visitors are made to feel as welcome as any resident. Staff are approachable and supportive. It's not been an easy change however it's been so reassuring that it was the right decision to have chosen Perry Manor. I advise anyone to go and look around, ask questions and see for yourself. Staff love what they do and take pride in what they do.

I find the staff (including management) all to be extremely friendly, whilst at the same time professional in their approach. The activities are excellent, varied and fun to participate in. The building is kept in an excellent, clean manner. The food is also of a very high standard, however on occasion
the main meals can lack variety ie Chinese/curry at the same time with no choice on meat and two veg. However sandwiches are available on request at any time which helps.
