Not only are all the staff welcoming and friendly but they know all the residents and their family members by sight so are able to make all feel part of a big family. We are all happy to have our father here and the smiles we see when staff interact with him is wonderful to see. Thank you.

Having had the shock of my mother in law having a stroke in Jan 25, we as a family have had a fairly torrid 6 months. Having completed the hospital merry go round and reaching the end of her treatment cycle, we then had to make tough decisions re her future care. We visited 6 homes before selecting
Chandler Court, and to be honest it was the stand out candidate. The customer relations manager was very clear about the home's ethos and benefits during our guided tour and made the whole process pretty seamless from a selection perspective. Now being realistic, no movement of a loved one into care is easy and there is a bedding in period, but I have to say this has also gone a lot better than we ever thought it might and she is now settled and happy in her new surroundings. Any issues we had or have are quickly sorted (as I said it's a bedding in process from both sides) and we feel more than comfortable raising issues if and when they come along. Great room, caring staff and well managed.

My dear father has been in Chandler Court for a year this week and we have been so happy and grateful for all the love and care from all the caring and lifestyle teams he has received. In particular, an exceptional team of committed and genuine people. He has had so many health challenges and we know
he is so cared for, treated as family and truly loved and respected.
This week they made him the most beautiful cake and trays of sandwiches for his family and friends celebrating his birthday. Far exceeding the call of duty and we appreciate it so much.
Thanks to everyone.

Brook Court Care Home is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you step through the doors, there's a true sense of calm and kindness. The staff are not only experienced but incredibly compassionate-they go above and beyond every single day. The home itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained
gardens that bring so much joy and peace to residents and visitors alike. It really feels like a community, full of heart and dignity. We couldn't ask for better care.

My mother has been at Perry Manor for almost 1 year, she is so much more happy than being on her own in her own home. The care and attention she receives here is exemplary. The room is very clean and bright, her laundry is done very well and returned efficiently, the events she is able to attend have
given her a new zest for life. She and her family have made the best choice here and would fully recommend Perry Manor to any visitor.

Mum has been at Perry Manor for almost 12 months. In that time the home has always been bright , clean, well maintained ,modern and welcoming.
The staff are always visible and extremely approachable, kind and helpful. They include mum in any discussions and always encourage her to take part in all
the activities, some of which she has never done before but has engaged with it in part due to the encouragement of the staff.
The standard of food is excellent and nothing seems to be too much trouble. In fact staff seem to go out of their way to provide any requests made and make mum feel included at all times.
Out of several homes I visited before choosing the one for mum Perry Manor stood out above the rest and continues to impress me whenever I visit. I would not want my mother living anywhere else.

I need round the clock care and attention. So that my full time carer/wife can have a break we decided I needed to go to a care home for 2 weeks respite. From the time we first enquired, through assessment, to arriving and my stay the staff we came across were all kind and caring. Nothing was too
much trouble. And the medication I require at specific times during the day was always ready'

I will be quite happy to recommend this care home.

My nan became a resident here a few months ago, I am very impressed with the exceptional quality of care shown from all members of the Perry Manor staff, right down to the maintenance team and the housekeepers. The home is spotlessly clean, welcoming and all the staff are committed, patient, passionate
and work extremely hard to meet all the needs of the residents, from personal care to meals, activities and beyond. Not only do they care and look after the residents but also their families, making us all feel at ease that nan is being well cared for. I highly recommend Perry Manor above anyone else.

My mother stayed at Chandler Court for 18 days on a respite stay. All the staff we came into contact with were kind, polite and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything she needed. The activities put on each day were varied and enjoyed by all the residents. It was lovely to have
the coffee shop there with an array of drinks and cakes, available to residents and visitors free of charge. She said that all the food was delicious with a good choice of starters, main courses and deserts throughout the week. Although she experienced a fall on her last day, the staff were fantastic in coming to her aid and keeping her calm until the ambulance came. Fortunately the injury was not as bad as it looked and she was back home later that day.

A friendly, and understanding, initial conversation about needs and processes. The room allocated was clean and well lit ( my wife has partial sight and is living with dementia). My wife was in respite care for 18days whilst I was on holiday. Reports from friends and family who visited were always complimentary
(though one mentioned that they had to wait while my wife finished one of the activities in which she had become engrossed! ). The welcoming and helpful atmosphere ran throughout the home. All staff were helpful and respectful to the client and visitors.

Sadly, dad passed this year aged 94. He lived a full, active, and, until recently, healthy life and was fiercely independent. But, in January his health began to fail and he could no longer live safely at home. Mum was already a resident at Perry Manor so it made sense for dad to join her, despite his
intense dislike of care homes.

It would have to be something special for him to agree moving to a home, but that's what Perry Manor is. The team and facilities are excellent. There is a real sense of community, with staff truly invested in the welfare of residents and the quality of care they provide. Whether it's catering, nursing and care, activity and entertainment, management or maintenance; all actively contribute to positive interaction with residents and families.

Our family is forever grateful for the diligence given to facilitating dad's final return from hospital so he could pass peacefully, with dignity, and mum by his side. The love and care he received was exceptional.

My Step mum was admitted to a palliative care bed a few weeks ago. So far, I have only positive things to say about Brook Court and the whole team.
The Manager clearly leads her team in a very positive way and upholds a caring and person centred philosophy. The Care staff and Nurses are attentive and
thoughtful, seeming to value people as individuals, they are always happy to help, stay positive and with good humour even though they are busy.
The chefs cook brilliant food, including cakes and pastries always available in the cafe area. My Step mum loves her meals, and this is very special for her and us, as she hasn't properly enjoyed food for nearly 7 years.
All involved acknowledge and support individual choice. Well done team, you're genuinely doing a great job.

In April this year my mother required a period of respite due to a infection impacting her underlying condition of dementia. After frantically trying to obtain help from her GP and other services, Brook Court came to the rescue. All the staff and care have been exceptional. Would highly recommend. Unfortunately
it was not financially viable to keep mom there permanently in long term care due to the high fees.

My wife was a resident at Perry Manor from October 2023 until her death in April 2025. During her stay I visited every day, initially my wife was slow to settle but the staff created a positive atmosphere which she enjoyed. Although she was selective in her choice of activities she enjoyed all of them
which she attended. Her room was rather cramped when 3 or more visitors arrived. She received excellent attention and support from all management and staff.

Driving up the quiet, tree lined, leafy road that leads to Brook Court puts you in a peaceful place to visit your loved ones x Pulling onto the car park you see the well tended garden areas and the well looked after building that puts the care of your loved one in the centre of it's heart x Inside the
building you are greeted with smiles from staff, colleagues and from residents alike and the welcoming aroma of proper coffee and freshly baked cake x. Sit outside in the gardens and enjoy the sunshine, or in the cafe area, there's always someone around to talk to as the outside is always buzzing with laughter, chatting, activities and smiles x.
Brook court looked after my sister in her final days, which because of their care, love and companionship was actually 4weeks. Her care was second to none and nothing was too much trouble x My only regret is not finding this place sooner for her x Thank you so much to all involved in my sisters care and to the love that was shown us both x
