We will always be enormously grateful to all the wonderful staff at Perry Manor for their genuine kindness, professionalism and care during the last four months of my father's life, both he as a resident and we as family cherished the very real and supportive relationships that we all developed with individual members of staff. He was always treated with respect and understanding by everyone, and through their love and support he became a valued member of the Perry Manor community.

Mum went in for end of life care. We were a bit apprehensive as we didn't have a good experience with a care home mum went into previous to Perry Manor. All our apprehension disappeared as soon as mum went in. Our family was so happy with absolutely everything from the reception staff, mums carers and the cleaner too. Mum was only in for one week before she passed, it felt like we knew all the staff for much longer. They looked after all of us with care, especially Dad. We as a family cannot express how ALL the staff we met while mum was there helped us through a very difficult and sad time. even after mum passed they invited Dad back to visit which he has on a few occasions.

It is a pleasure to visit my daughter in this wonderful home. The happiness I feel on every visit is amazing. The staff always greet us with a smile and respect. The home is kept beautifully clean and furnishings are excellent and the gardens are lovely. My daughter's face lights up when she see's the staff and that is all I need to tell me she is in the best home ever!!

My mother in law continues to receive fantastic care on the dementia unit at Brook Court. Her needs are well met and communication from the staff is excellent. Food is varied and nutritious and her room is cleaned daily. She enjoys minibus trips with the activity staff and also the namaste sessions offered.

We are lucky to have them all.

And allowing the dog to visit is a really nice touch

Right from the first phone call I made to the recent 6 week review of mum's care, I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful staff at Perry Manor. They manage to be professional, efficient, friendly, kind and caring all at the same time. Nothing is too trivial or too much trouble. Their attention to detail is second to none, and their communication first rate. Mum couldn't be looked after any better. A shout out too for the behind the scenes staff in the housekeeping and catering departments. The food is amazing, and the home is always spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending Perry Manor to anyone.

The staff are what makes the home. They are all welcoming and well led. Staff support the residents and reassure the family members especially when transitioning to care. Knowing my Dad is in a safe place, in safe hands with Perry Manor is very reassuring.

Having been in Chandlers Court for nearly two months, I have settled very well. I love the decor, everywhere is modern and homely. Beautiful sunny lounge and bedroom. Food is very good and staff are wonderful very caring! Annie can't find fault.

Every member of staff at Perry Manor is incredible. The care they provide for my nan is outstanding. Nan is so happy living at Perry Manor, and I cannot thank everyone enough!

Perry Manor is a most friendly and cheerful place where one is always greeted by name. The residents seem to be happy and well looked after - it is unfailingly clean - the food is wonderful. I regularly visit a friend who always confirms that his needs are met. Should I require care at any time, I hope it will be Perry Manor standard.

I'm very happy with the care Mum is receiving at Perry Manor. The staff are very helpful and keep us informed of all Mum's needs. Mum is very happy and cheerful every time we visit, and she enjoys all the company.

Very impressed with reception staff who are very quick to help us. Mum's care staff are exceptional, they don't forget a visitor's face and have in-depth personal knowledge of Mum's care needs and go out of their way to make sure she is well catered for. Regular weekly updates are provided to us and when we visit it is clear that Mum is flourishing and very much enjoys her stay at Pery Manor.

My Mum recently moved to Chandler Court to be near family in Bromsgrove. It was a big change for her but staff have gone above and beyond to get to know her and help her settle. It is a lovely care home with dedicated carers, beautiful decor, a very welcoming coffee shop, excellent food and a brilliant program of activities on offer. Thank you everyone at Chandler Court!

My mother-in-law was a resident at Perry Manor for 5 and a half years. I can't speak highly enough of the care she received there. M.I.L was nursed through COVID and many other episodes of ill health, always with respect and empathy. It was a great comfort to see her become a valued member of the Perry Manor family with a much better quality of life than if we had continued to try and keep her at home as her dementia progressed. During her last week we witnessed excellent nursing care delivered professionally with respect, compassion and love, which was also extended to my husband and me. Thank you.

My Mother has been cared for by the team at Chandler Court now for 5 weeks. Nothing has been to much trouble.

The level of care and attention has been excellent and overall communication and feedback faultless.

Now mum has settled in we can really see that she is calm and content to be at Chandler Court.

Before moving mum to Perry Manor in May 2025 she had a red line that she did not want to move to a Care Home. So I was very surprised that she suggested she may be better off in one rather than remaining in her own home, but even more surprised that it lasted more than 2 weeks. This I feel is down to the excellence, professionalism, kindness and caring approach adopted by all staff. It is always spotless and immaculately maintained at all times. All staff are extremely accommodating to both residents and visitors alike and I always feel welcome. I have joined my mum on several occasions to dine with her and find the meals both tasty and filling. If there is not an option on the menu mum likes this is always replaced with an alternative. The home provides stimulating activities, company when needed and transported excursions that my mother really enjoys. Oh and then there is the cake! I would honestly recommend Perry Manor, otherwise I would have moved her.

The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The home is clean, welcoming, and well-run, and our loved one is treated with dignity and respect at all times. I feel very reassured and would highly recommend this care home.

From the very first day, the care and compassion shown by the staff have been outstanding. Everyone treats the residents with dignity, kindness and genuine warmth, which makes a huge difference not only to those living there but also to the families.

From our first contact with Brook Court we were met with kindness, consideration and reassurance. The decision to place a loved one in residential care is one of the most difficult experiences in life. Everyone at Brook Court has helped us through this, showing empathy and care. Walking into Brook Court now feels like coming home. The bright, positive atmosphere and lovely surroundings lift the spirit. Every single member of staff are amazing and professional. We know that our loved one is so well looked after. A five star experience.
