The admissions manager and her team were extremely helpful and did everything they could to ensure my Dad was safe and comfortable during his stay at Cranford.
The admissions manager in particular went out of her way in helping both my Dad and myself.

Overall Experience

The staff are really great, friendly, well trained and caring. Although facilities are limited (shared bathrooms, small rooms) the place is clean and welcoming at all times. Our friend is very well cared for, but it would be good if we were able to phone her for a chat, as she feels a bit cut off. All

in all, a nice place to convalesce.

My Husband was admitted to Station House Nursing Home from Leighton Hospital, he was there for 3weeks and he was looked after by very kind caring helpful staff from the minute we walked through the door, nothing was ever to much trouble for them, they were all feed with nice food, it is a lovely homely

place to be, there was just one problem it was the distance I was having to travel every day so we have moved him nearer home, I can't thank them enough for the care he received and would recommend this Home.

Overall Experience

Pinetum is just amazing. The staff care so much about their people and are so genuinely caring and patient.

The food always seems brilliant, and there are always activities on for the residents; music, zoo trips etc.

It is such a happy environment, and you can tell the staff work incredibly hard

to make it a positive experience for residents.

Overall Experience

My mom stayed in Station House for her rehab was an experience I never expected. Having had a fall and fracture in her 90s made me lose hope that she would ever walk again but was sent to Station House from Leighton for rehab.
The physios were really great and very patient with her and the bed manager

kept us updated every step of the way. She is so full of life and energy and will always brighten up your day.
The nurses were brilliant as well and there were so many nice activities residents could participate in with their families
If I could rate Station House I'll give them 10 out of 5 stars.
Thank you Station House for giving my mom a sense of purpose again

I can't say enough about Station House. My Dad has been in for an eight week stay and he has been looked after so well by carers, Nurses, OTs ,physios and management. His stay with them made it so that he could go home . Dad settled well knowing everyone was there for him.
Station House is very

clean and well equipped with lovely day rooms and a great outdoor area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. .

Overall Experience

After the loss of our mum we tried to looked after dad (who has Alzheimer's) for 10 months but he was increasing anxious and sad all the time.
We had to make the tough decision that dad needed professional help as we could no longer keep him safe. Long Stone Manor was recommended to us and we are

very, very happy with the care he now receives.
He does different activities each day and enjoys taking part in everything available! I would like to say what a lovely idea the app is as we can see what he has been doing each day. It is so nice to see him smiling again :-)
You have helped dad and in doing that you have also helped me and my sister knowing that he is happy and being well cared for.
The home is a warm and friendly place and the bedrooms are clean and welcoming. The reception area is beautifully decorated, the gardens are perfect on a sunny day and this means it's a really nice place for visitors too.
Long Stone Manor is definitely a home we would recommend.

Overall Experience

I have visited Long Stone Manor on several occasions in my role. The home is beautiful, well designed, with attentive and caring staff to ensure that residents receive the best care possible.
Considerable thought has been given to what residents will want, so rooms are large with modern en suite facilities,

some having their own private patio area, going out to the garden.
I was impressed with the communal areas which are so welcoming. Everything from a bar, to a coffee shop, to a salon and cinema room.
On an open day, I was able to experience some of the freshly cooked food made by the chef and some of the activities that they offer. The food was delicious, so much so that I went back for seconds! The activities offered are varied and a lot of thought has gone into engaging with outside organisations to facilitate the options so there is so much choice.
If I was looking for a care home for a member of my family it would certainly be at the top of my list!

Overall Experience

Dad moved to Long Stone Manor as the previous home were struggling with him. The move to this new home was absolutely seamless and he settled in straight away. Within the first couple of hours he had been for a beer in the bar and had coffee and cake in the lovely gardens with his fellow residents.
The

home is welcoming and is so beautifully decorated my dad thinks he's in a five star hotel!
Since arriving he made many friends. He has taken part in physiofit sessions, done yoga, played ball games, danced, played golf, had french lessons and been entertained by the wonderful singers who visit the home. He's even had cocktails and played dominoes with his new friends in the bar.
They have a bus so he has been on trips to the garden centre and even Sea Life Centre which he really enjoys.
All the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure he is happy and comfortable.
I would 100% recommend Longstone Manor! Thank you to all the kind and caring staff.

Overall Experience

My mother has been a resident for almost 2 months. The property and standard of care are both excellent. So much so that my father is moving in also. The home provided a fabulous meal for their 64th wedding anniversary which included my wife and I in a private dining room.

Overall Experience

At very short notice we had to find care where my husband could stay for 2 weeks. As a first experience for both of us, finding a suitable home was looking daunting. The first homes we visited weren't what we were hoping to see. We called into Long Stone Manor unannounced (it hadn't yet opened).

The final touches still being put in place.
We were immediately made to feel very much at home, given a tour of the building and met several members of staff.
We were both very impressed with the building, the staff and the general ambiance. It is definitely 5 star hotel quality and service.
My husband's stay in Long Stone was very enjoyable. He reported that every resident is treated as an individual and the care he received was second to none.
My husband has checked into Long Stone today for another 2 weeks. He will receive excellent care and have a very enjoyable time I am confident which, takes worry from me.
Absolute no reservation in recommending Long Stone as first class.

The staff have always been very helpful and
caring towards my husband and to me. They are always smiling and seem happy which makes for a very good atmosphere in the home. They organise events for them like the VE Day celebrations. Sing alongs painting and various activities. I was very apprehensive

I can not praise this care home enough my dad is in the nursing part all the staff including manager and cleaners have gone out of their way to make him as comfortable as ever my dad has settled in so quick he has been there 3 weeks and already been on a trip which he really enjoyed unfortunately on

Sunday the 18th may he ended up in hospital but even tho he's not been in pinetum they have made him sandwiches so he would eat something as he doesn't like hospital food (who does) and asking when he is back as they have missed him I no it is a care and nursing home but each and everyone of them do care about the residents best decision ever for him to go there a big 10/10 from my dad me and rest of the family thank you so so much pinetum

Overall Experience

In Crewe Station House has a bad reputation, so I was not happy when my mother was placed there, we never got to see the home before she was moved, so i had intentions of moving her out as soon as possible. But after meeting with staff about her care needs, likes and dislikes I have changed my mind,

she is now a very happy resident. I visit the home several times a week and watch all the staff as they work with the other residents, and see how wonderful they interact with them all. Family are welcome anytime and can join in any of the activities that take place. I would recommend station house to anyone who is looking for a care home. The only problem is the building, it is showing its age.

Overall Experience

The decision to put mum into a care home was a traumatic one for all the family. After dad died mum struggled with early dementia but overall was really sad and lonely. Long Stone Manor was the 4th home we looked at and instantly we knew it was the palacial home that mum would be comfortable settling

into. With home from home comforts, dog friendly visits allowed, endless opportunities to participate in activities and the most passionate, caring and dedicated team of staff it proved to be the case. Nothing is ever too much trouble and as guests we are made to feel a very welcome and integral part of the team. Thank you so much for making such a difficult time such an enjoyable one.

Top marks in every category for Cranford Grange. It's so difficult when a parent has to go into residential dementia care, but every aspect has been incredibly well done by the magnificent management and staff.

Pinetum Care home is the best place for residents. My mum has been cared for by the staff and nurses for several months. The staff are very professional, very attentive, caring and loving to not just my mum, but I have observed to every resident within the home, this home from management down to staff

on the floor are wonderful and very welcoming towards residents and their families. The home provides a hair salon room and a daily menu showing food choices from breakfast, lunch and tea. The home also provides many different activities on a daily basis by an amazing carer. There are so many wonderful staff that work here, each and everyone of the staff go above and beyond for both the residents and family members. The quality of the staff is immense with the likes of four members of staff in particular this is a few names to list but everyone of you staff who know me , I have total respect for you all, you are an amazing team, including the cleaning staff, kitchen staff .

Overall Experience

We considered other care options but someone recommended Deewater Grange. As soon as we visited we knew it was the right option for Mum. The staff are all so lovely and she has settled so well. She enjoys the privacy of her own room balanced with the opportunity to mix during, meal times and activities.

She particularly enjoys the coffee shop and the outdoor space. We have peace of mind that Mum is safe and, most importantly, happy.
