My partner, though here for only a few weeks, was exceptionally well cared for, until his passing on 20/08/26.

As a family we are so pleased to have chose Long Stone Manor. The support and openness of both the management and wider team is exceptional. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed making the entire situation family like, which our dad is a key part of a wider family - thank you to all for the way in which a safe, secure, and caring environment has been established.

My Dad has been treated with the utmost care and kindness by all the staff. Everyone I've met, all the nursing staff, the maintenance man and cleaners all work together and care about the residents. They have a lovely lounge for visitors and garden. My dad's room looked into the pond. I cannot thank them all enough.

I will never forget them and thank them for their amazing work.

The home is also clean, the food is good, and visits are pleasant. My husband has been to a few homes in the Macclesfield area and Hollins Park is strides above the others!

My mum has now had the fortunate opportunity to be in Cranford Grange for just two weeks now.

From the moment I started researching surrounding Care homes in Cheshire the moment that I stepped through the door at Cranford I knew that I really wanted to be able to bring Mum into one of the most beautiful and calm homes for her needs.

Luckily, we were able to get a room thanks to Dawn and her team at literally the last minute which enabled me to have real peace.

The team have made my mum felt so cared for, at home and a ease in what has been a really challenging moment as a daughter. ,

The bedroom, the lounge, the beautiful gardens and all her care needs are way beyond anything that we had expected and it actually gives me real solace to know that she is taken care of by a lovely team of human beings.

My mum has been at Deewater Grange for a couple of years, and on the whole we've been happy. Yesterday at my visit I was particularly impressed, as my interactions with all staff were very positive. All staff are friendly, professional and go above and beyond. Staff who I had positive interactions with yesterday included: Jamie, Emma, Lizzie, Ruth, Alison (activities), Karolina + Sue (cleaning), Jordan (maintenance) and Liz, Rob, Jodie, Cathy (management) and Jasmine (reception).

The quality of communications from the staff and management team has been exemplary throughout. Again, many thanks.

I urgently required a care home for my mother for 6wks respite care and was lucky enough to get her in Longstone Manor..I met the manager and her team and found them all extremely kind caring and very approachable they would go above and beyond to be helpful. They were welcoming and kept me fully informed on how my mum was settling into the home.Longstone is outstanding the accommodation is very clean large rooms and lovely modern en suite facilities in each room. It's light airy and decorated to a high standard. The food menu is amazing with lots of choice. I highly recommend Longstone Manor

I try and visit my mum at least twice a week. I always find her clean and presentable usually in her room. The staff are very welcoming and are open and honest about how Irene is. I'm contacted if any health issues arise and staff freely accompany mum on her visits to the hospital including her most recent appointment. Activity staff also accompanied mum on external outing to nearby Prestbury at the end of July

Thank you to everyone-the staff we got to know, and all the people in the background who made her final days so comfortable.

I forgot to mention how amazing Cecile was! Another wonderful member of the team who cared for my father during his final weeks with so much kindness and dignity. Cecile would speak French to my father which he loved! Thank you

Mum was admitted to Station House after a hip replacement in hospital. On admittance myself and my sister met Mum there. We were all told that in no circumstances should Mum press the emergency or assistance bell. Just press the call bell! Also told Mum could have whatever she wanted for meals. Every occasion Mum pressed the call bell it was at least an hour for someone to come. One day I was there she had waited over an hour so I found someone, too late, she had messed herself (dignity!). Four days later she still had not had a shower (basic human right). And the meals were disgusting. There is more, we as a family, would like you to know!

Cranford Grange is an Excellent care home and I know that my Mum is being very well looked after and she enjoys living there. All of the Care UK team are very friendly and helpful to both my Mum and her family.

My husband had his first experience of respite care in Long Stone Manor. Although he found the first few days hard, he settled down and used his time to relax and read. He found the carers very helpful and friendly. He really liked the food! It was good to have all his care needs met and to have his laundry done. We would love to use Long Stone Manor again.

As I live abroad it's not as easy to visit and follow up Mum's care and needs as much as I wiuld like, but having her as a resident at Cranford Grange has always given me total peace of mind that she is in the absolute best place she could be now.

My dad Thomas who is 93 arrived at Pinetum in January following the death of his wife also in January and also 93 .Dad has been admitted to the countess with Sepsis and pneumonia but by a miracle recovered massively. Dad has been at Pinetum now for nearly 6 months and all I say is what a fabulous place with wonderful staff who do a very challenging job but always have a smile on their faces. Dad is on the 2nd floor where although his age is against him also has nothing but praise for the attentive care that he receives. It is a very modern home and really doesn't feel like a home but like a really nice hotel. The special staff on his floor always have time to put a smile on his face.We all get older and if by some chance I was lucky enough to be in Pinetum I would count myself very lucky . WELL DONE PINETUM

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hollins Park Nursing Home
