The atmosphere is vibrant, fun and extremely kind. The staff are exceptional and loving. There is a lot of home made food on offer at most meals and always an extra choice of fresh sandwiches for supper. Jubilee House feels like home.

Mum has been in Broadwater Lodge for a year now, and is so settled and content here which is lovely for us as a family to see. This is all down to the hard work and care of the amazing team working there. Everybody shows true care and love to the residents, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
The
residents are highly stimulated through regular activities, which my mum thoroughly enjoys, which range from the local children's nursery visits to pamper sessions, painting, entertainers and much much more.
The care home is always spotless, and there is always a choice at mealtimes (and an amazing cake trolley that appears in the afternoons!)
After being reluctant for mum to have to make this move, she now could not be in a better place, that is filled with wonderful people.

Although there has been lots of changed over the last few months we have been kept informed at all times. A monthly call to ask us if we are happy with everything which I like, it is hard to pleased all of the time but mostly very happy with the care and the staff. All very welcoming and know mum's
ways! Being mum is partially blind it hard to find things for her interests but she does join in some overall very happy. She is always clean and tidy and happy.

I am writing to thank all the staff at Milner House on behalf of myself and father who has been a resident for just over a year.
My mother and I had the difficult task of looking for a suitable home just over a year ago for my father and we immediately felt that Milner House was the right place for
him having seen a number of other places.
The staff made us feel immediately welcome and that nothing was too much trouble but most importantly my fathers needs were discussed in great detail and that all our concerns were answered fully.
The process for my father being welcomed to Milner House was very straight forward and all the administration concerning medical needs, fees etc. was very transparent and clearly explained and this has always been the case throughout the year.
Once again the most important aspect about this past year is how comfortable my father has been and that he really does feel as if Milner House is now his home.

The amazing care my mother in law was given at Norfolk House meant she had 2 years of wonderful care, great activities and events that she was encouraged to join in. We felt she was very safe and secure here, and the staff's encouragement in doing day-to-day activities gave mum a lovely way to pass

Well, what can I say - absolutely lovely.
The residents just love it here. Wonderful social. A fabulous place to visit. I always leave with a big smile on my face, knowing my precious dad is well cared for.

Popped in to see my mum this week and as usual the welcome was warm and atmosphere calm and caring . Always struck by the individual care my mother is given and also the support and advice we are given as a family . Placing Mum in a care home was a massive decision but as soon as we walked in nearly
two years ago, we knew it was the right place.
So a big thank you to the management and team , your home is a real home .

My mother completes 5 years as a resident next month (March 2026). She is happy here and feels at home.
I receive regular phone calls with updates on how she is doing.
The staff put on all kinds of activities and entertainment and mum enjoys them all.
I'm very happy with the care my mother is receiving

Staff at Tiltwood are always so welcoming to family and friends. The care they provide is excellent and my mum settled very quickly. I would say as more like family as they are so supportive and caring towards all the residents.
