I am very pleased with the care my Dad has at the Care Home. I took family to visit recently and the staff had prepared him for our visit. He was chirpy and glad to see us. I have only admiration and thanks for the staff. Thank you

I am very happy with the care my Mother has received at Magna. She has settled in well and they look after her well.

The staff are lovely and provide for all her needs socially, medically and supportively.

Mum has been at Anning House for a few years now. Without exception she has been cared for by kind and understanding people. I have complete confidence in the care she receives and the people that look after her. I am kept fully informed of anything of concern or any treatment required. I would not consider anywhere else for mum's care and wellbeing. Well done everyone!

When I went to visit Dudley everyone was so lovely and kind. The room was very clean and Dudley looked very happy and cared for.

My mother has been resident for 14 months. I did not think she would be happy in a residential setting but factors had made it necessary. I was wrong!! She is happy at Anning House. Every time I visit she tells me the staff are kind caring and she wants for nothing care wise. The food is excellent and the activities varied. It is such a relief to know she is happy there. The staff are welcoming to visitors. Mum says the other residents are good company and she has made friends there. I can't recommend it enough

The staff couldn't do enough for him and for all the family. We could visit any time day or night. The family were so pleased with the standards and the beautiful surroundings and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is choosing care for someone they love.

My partner has been a resident at The Potteries since January. I could not find anywhere for him to be, all the staff are loving and very caring to him and also me.

The home is well set out, with open comfortable sitting areas and wide corridors, it doesn't feel confined. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and amenities. It is all well managed, well kept, very clean, well furnished/maintained and the quality of food and the menu variety is excellent.

My husband stayed at Magna Care Home for twelve days. He was looked after extremely well by the wonderful staff who work there. I was away on holiday and my family and friends visited frequently and told me every day how happy my husband was. I am so grateful for the care he received in a dignified and professional manner.

The Anning House team has made the transition of my sister into a care home smooth. All queries were addressed and the move organised quickly at my sister's request. She has settled into the routine, attending the many varied activities and also trying new things, this is due to the supportive, encouraging and caring staff. As a visitor I have always felt welcome, communication and information to me from all staff since she became a resident has been excellent.

My parents moved in to The Potteries in July and we could not be happier with the care they have received. It has been a difficult transition for them after living independently for so long but all the staff at the home do their best every day to make life easier for them. The rooms are lovely and the cafe is amazing. Wonderful home made cakes! The daily menus make us jealous. We are always made to feel welcome.

All of the staff & management are always extremely kind, freindly & professional at all times. They are caring & compassionate towards my mum and all residents & always go above and beyond in making people feel safe & comfortable within a "homely" environment.

Beautiful room over looking rear garden. Staff very friendly and co-operative. They made mum's stay a happy way. However, food was not up to standard and it was felt they could have done more to bring it up to standard and appetising. since this we understand they didn't have enough staff or cook.

The care home was clean, calm, warm and welcoming. Our friend was in his room, happily installed and looking at home and comfortable in his surroundings. Every member of staff went out of their way to engage both us and our friend. I was so impressed by the breadth of activities and possibilities, and the warm open and reassuring manner that everyone we encountered had. It's such a comfort to know he has been cared about as well as well cared for.

Could not have asked for a better home for my Granny. The staff are so kind, helpful and clearly care about their residents. Honestly 10/10 in every way! My Granny is content and happy and that's all we could ever have asked for with the transition. My Grandads always made welcome when he visits daily and he couldn't speak anymore highly about Ferndown Manor himself.

My Mother-in-Law Sara Weber has only recently become a resident, the onboarding process and communications with Sarah Kennedy was excellent, Sarah provided all the documentation and support we needed to ensure the arrival was stress free on the first day. All staff we met on the first day were very helpful and cheerful, I am confident that my Mother-in-Law will be happy and content living at Anning House. Thanks for all your help Sarah, much appreciated.
