We visited my brother-in-law, John, at Tall Trees on Monday 31st August. We were, once again, in awe of the incredible standard of care and attention. We were greeted by the wonderful, friendly, Emma who offered us tea, coffee and cake! We sat with John and were also really impressed by the patient care and attention shown by everyone - particularly Nikita and Eduardo. Thank you so much for everything you all do to care for people in challenging circumstances. Your humanity, respect and attention is faultless and anyone entrusting a loved one to your home can be certain they will receive simply the best care available.

The entire team at Manor Lodge could not have been kinder and any more attentive than they were - right through from liaising with the booking for respite care to the maintenance chaps and absolutely everyone on the team. Friends and family were always welcomed and there was a very happy vibe. Well done Manor Lodge for helping get my Mum back on the road to recovery in order to get home. If Mum ever needed permanent residential care, there really is no where else we would want to go.

We have been so very happy with bailey lodge. It had been a huge worry as to where our mum, Maureen should be, if we were doing the right thing. But we soon relaxed, knowing that Mum is being well cared for, treated with such kindness and care, surrounded by such a wonderful group of kind, patient and caring staff. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, not just to Mum but to us as well. Meaning that our time spent there with Mum is relaxed, and rather than worrying, we can simply enjoy our time with her. It doesn't feel like your traditional 'carehome' it feels more like an actual 'home' The building itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. And as time goes on it's only improving with more activities, and outings, and new chef on the horizon, for everyone to look forward to. Any concerns raised have always been listened to, understood, and dealt with in the way they should be. Thank you all at Bailey Lodge! For everything you do.

I had looked at many care homes in the area for my mother and was beginning to lose faith that I would find one that I was completely happy with until I was shown around Colne View by Kim. Kim gave me her undivided attention for over an hour, showing me all the areas of the home and talking about my mothers needs and how Colne View would be able to meet them. And it felt like a 'home'. My mother, who lost mobility after a long hospital stay and who suffers with early Alzheimers has been resident for a month now and I have not been disappointed. All the staff are so kind and caring and I have already seen improvements in Mum's mental and physical health. She arrived essentially bed bound, but they have been able to move her into a wheelchair which means she can take part in the activities which she enjoys and even get her hair done in their little salon. It gives me peace of mind that she is beginning to settle and being so well looked after and supported.

I have no reservations in recommending Colne View, its management and staff to anyone seeking a safe, homely environment for short- or long-term care.

The summer fayre was great, the staff went above and beyond to make sure the residents had a lovely day. Sue and Corrina in particular but a lot of time and effort in to make the day a success. I was a little disappointed to hear that a couple of people had entered the grounds without signing the consent for photos, meaning they could not be put on the website (surely they could have put on the ones of people who had given consent). My family who had not been able to attend where looking forward to seeing mum having a good day. Food - there is an awful lot of pasta, rice and fancy sauces which does not suit everyone. Not a lot of fresh veg which I believe is frozen. My mum often has a sandwich or egg and chips as probably 5 out of 7 days there is nothing on the menu she likes. On a positive note she likes Sunday's roast and Friday's fish and chips.

She is a amazing lady and the resident are lucky to have her at Haven Lodge.

The staff all are helpful and show great empathy, sometimes clothes get mixed up, despite labelling which means that mum can be wearing other residents clothes which is not always ideal. Overall view is this is a great place for her.

Colne View have been brilliant with my mother, who spent 10 months with them whilst recovering from an injury. The team were kind, and thoughtful - and I definitely felt very comfortable that she was being well looked after. Would recommend to anyone considering care for a loved one.

Very good. The place is spotless. The staff are excellent. The garden's very nice and Ken loves it. He gets a menu for his food which is very good and he enjoys it. We are Ken's nephew and niece and we like it here. It's a pleasure to visit Ken.

Fete day 8th August, lovely afternoon organised by Sue. Good food prepared by the chef too and we loved the singer. Good turn out of people attending, everyone seemed to enjoy it. Nice shady spots available for those who needed it. Tombola and raffle prizes really good

Rooms and decor are second to none, as are the staff and facilities.

Me and my partner have been visiting her dad from Australia for the past 3 years. We are more than pleased with the staff and care that is provided. Their care of dad has been exceptional. The staff are such beautiful human beings and we couldn't be more appreciative on how much they care for their patients.

Sue the activity manager was outstanding in relation of organising our party. She made us all very welcome and made my cousin extremely happy. Beautiful lady, we cant thank her enough.

Patients personally greeted and valued throughout with a real care shown to them.

It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is safe well supported and well looked after The communication from the team is excellent and I truly appreciate the dedication compassion and professionalism shown by everyone at Tall Trees
