my Grandad moved in 2 weeks ago, I moved him from another care home for saftey and dignity So far Elwick Grange has excelled in keeping him safe the staff are approachable and are always willing to take on board Whats best for grandad, A couple of teething problems which have been addressed at once No complaints I will review again in 6 months when I hope I can upgrade to excellent

My wife marjorie is a resident at the willows the care is exerlent i can not fault any of staff from julie manageress 2 all the staff they all so helpful and go the extra mile there is nothing they wont do for my wife and all other reidents

Mum has been at the Willows since early 2023. The standard of care she has received from the whole team there is extraordinary. All the staff in all the different roles that make a care home work are deeply caring and form strong bonds with those they care for and their families. It is a special thing to be absolutely confident that mum is safe and being well cared for by such a talented team. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere in the home, a real family vibe. Outstanding!

The Willows really is an excellent specialist care home for dementia patients and I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving a relative into this facility to jump at the opportunity, you will not be disappointed, once again I want to express my deep thanks to all at the Willows for the future,

Mam has settled really well in home. Staff are friendly and very caring. Tracy and team make every day fun with lots of activities. She would be bored and asleep in chair without this. Really happy with care provided.

Mam went into care home for two weeks respite before deciding on were she feels safe to live. She is now a permanent resident. This is due to the excellent care and support she has received both mentally and physically. I cannot praise all the staff enough for making her stay there such a positive experience.

I always feel very welcome when I visit. The staff are excellent, friendly, caring and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. There's activities everyday which my mam really enjoys attending. The activity programme is very well organised, staff always have a well planned programme.

I am very grateful that mum has the dignity she deserves at this stage of her illness.

We have found staff to be extremely caring, kind and understanding with my dad and us as a family. The standard of care is truly outstanding, and every day, consistently, we find this. Barbara, Kath, Emma, Chelsea and Noel and all staff have been so supportive of my dad. Patient and truly genuine. Julie organising activities is another credit to the team. My dad feels well looked after and respected. It must be a hard job with long hours. We couldn't be any more grateful. I couldn't praise them enough! We are very grateful.

My husband has been in the home 1 week and so far he has been very well looked after. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is very good and plenty of cups of tea.

The staff are really friendly, nothing is a bother. The food is very tasty and plenty of it. When I first arrived from hospital I needed a hair cut - shave - shower which was done as soon as they could that day.

When my mam came into this home she was not doing anything apart from sleeping and waiting for her carers which although were good but 1/4 hour call 4 times a day left her lonely. Mam now loves where she is, participates in all activities and is really happy thanks to all the friendly staff were nothing is too much bother. Thank you all x

Brilliant care staff are amazing they really help my mam and encourage her to eat even when she doesnt want to if she's in pain pain relief is give straight away cant thank them enough for what they do they are so lovely with her

Staff are friendly and very caring and always respond to requests. A range of activities is on offer most days. My mother's needs are well met and she is encouraged to be involved in things happening in the home. The staff know my mother well and have identified when her needs have changed and kept me updated.

I would love to live here myself, they look after my husband so well. I would not wish for a better place.

Managers and carers are very approachable regarding any concerns that may arise. In the eight months my wife has been a resident she has been treated with respect and good humour. Visiting times are flexible and visitors are not made to feel unwelcome. I feel comfortable in leaving my wife in their care
