Collingwood Court is a wonderful care home. All the management and staff are so caring, helpful, polite & fantastic at their role. My mam & all resident's are really treated with care, support & love. I personally can't thank them enough. Keep up the fantastic work you all achieve &

My mother went to Collingwood from being on her own and has never looked back I can honestly say that she gets the best treatment and there's always something happening wether that be baking/quiz/bingo/trips out and ALWAYS a friendly face.

I ve just picked my mam from her stay after hospital at Armstrong House Care Home and I can say that she has been wonderfully looked after by caring, compassionate staff who are professional, kind and compassionate. They interact with the residents and have a lovely bond with them all. They treat the
residents like family. The home is warm, clean and has nice decor and furnishings. Mam was upset at first, then really settled in, laughing all the time and she participated in a couple of the activities - they have various activities most days. All in all I would recommend Armstrong house to anyone looking for fantastic care for their loved ones, well done all the staff at Armstrong house !!!

Staff are amazing. So much attention and care. Staff are genuinely interested and invested in the resident they they look after. Very friendly throughout the entire home, everyone feels part of the extended family.

I'm very happy about all the staff who work here. They treat me like part of the family everytime I come to visit, especially after mum passed away. I visit a couple of times a week just to support them. They are very hard workers and I certainly would recommend anyone.

My mam stayed in Armstrong house for 6 weeks while recovering from a fall. The staff on her corridor were welcoming on arrival and settled her in making me feel comfortable leaving her. During her stay staff were always cheerful, helpful and friendly . My mam was always well looked after and there
were plenty of activities to join in . The bedroom was large and bright with a private bathroom. There is a large lounge for residents to sit together and a dining room . I was sad in a way that she was leaving to go home .

After an agonising decision that Mam needed to go into care then the responsibility of finding somewhere I hoped she'd be happy I decided on Cheviot Court. It was an extremely difficult time but since being there Mam is safe, well and happier than she was at home. The Care staff are extremely hard working
but always greet us visitors with a smile, friendly face and welcoming words no matter how busy they are. They are patient with her and kind and I'm pleased I made the decision for Mam to go to Cheviot Court.

My husband has been at Armstrong house for just under a year and I can't rate the place any higher if I tried! All staff are amazing and they make me feel like part of the family too. I love to come and visit and be part of all the wonderful activities that are provided in a day to day basis.

Management and staff really good any problems we have encountered have been sorted straight away. A special thanks to the two coordinators who go to great lengths to ensure the residence have activities on a daily basis. The place has a lovely feel about it on entry like home from home.

Our mam moved to Cheviot Court a few months ago and what a difference. She's interacting more with us when visiting or taking her out. She's eating much better, more mobile as there's always something going on entertainment-wise and we can't say enough good things about the caring and brilliant staff.

The facility is amazing, very clean, with very friendly and professional staff from the warden to the managers, carers, cleaning staff and not forgetting the handyman. My mam never wanted to go into care but went in for respite and has decided to stay as it is so well run and she is so well looked after.
She loves her accommodation, the staff, the events and the food. All in all, a truly great place, and she is thriving. Well done and thank you.

My mam has been in Cheviot Court for 6 weeks now and finds it a lovely, secure place to live. The staff are absolutely brilliant with her.
