My mother has been in the care home coming up 2 years now. I can't fault any of the staff; they are respectful and always ready with a smile. They do their very best for the residents but they are over-stretched in their duties, however they still manage to keep residents clean and fed and occupied with different activities going on. They deserve a pay rise and could do with more staff so please take heed.

I can only commend the home for looking after my mother. In particular the care and attention to detail when she had an incident. They where quick to respond and very reassuring that follow up action would be taken the next day.

The meals could be better in here as they don't look great and portions can bd poor. Other than this I can't complain.

My mam has been here just over a year now and the family couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are always welcoming and friendly with we come to visit mam. We couldn't be happier with the result from CQC they received as they definitely deserve it! X

Different groups that come in to do activities with the residents.

My mom has been here for a while now . All the communal areas are very well decorated and welcoming. 99% of the staff are amazing always very chatty and helpful nothing is ever a problem they are very hard working.They are encouraging and empathic. The wellness programme is fabulous at the beginning of each week residents are given a sheet with all the activities of which there are many, morning, noon, and night. Sometimes bringing in outside people for singing, sports exercises. The wellness lady always goes above and beyond is extremely patient and caring. The floor leader of my mams floor is always ready to help and deal with any queries or concerns. From the domestics right up to management, they have always got a friendly smile and approachability about them. I would highly recommend this home to any relation looking to put their lived ones in a home.

My Aunt has been living in Collingwood court for a while now Not something as a family we ever thought we would do .Collingwood court is amazing Our Aunt is looked after to the highest level All the staff are happy .Collingwood is like our home from home My Uncle can go home after visiting Knowing she is looked after happy content The staff are very caring professional The home is nipping clean

My Mother went into Collingwood near the end of April. Her room is cozy and she has a nice view of the street like she had at home. I was worried because she was unable to settle in a previous home but the staff have done a great job getting her settled and keeping her engaged with activities. They are very friendly, catering to the needs of visitors as well as the residents.

We are pleased we picked Collingwood for her.

Very happy with the home, mam is fairly new and has settled well. Lots of activities to keep her busy as she's very sociable, enjoys being with other residents. The staff are lovely with the her and nothing is too much bother. They took mam to the grand hotel for coffee when she'd only been there a couple of days. Im pleased mam is at Collingwood Court as she's happy.

The care and love shown to my father from the staff at Collingwood court is outstanding. They go above & beyond to keep him happy & we are so grateful to everyone. In particular the activities and sing-a-longs are fantastic. Thank you so much x

Collingwood Court and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I cannot praise them highly enough.My mother's spirit and outlook on life is so much improved since becoming a resident. The general care, medical care and activities are all expertly handled. Thanks for everything.

My nana is well cared and looked after in the home , staff go above and beyond to meet all my nana needs .

All staff are excellent but special mention to Josh, Rhianan, Emma, Jenn , Goodswill, Joanne and not forgetting Lynne on reception.

The home is so clean you can eat your food from the floor

My beautiful wife has been living her since November'.I couldn't have found a better nicer care home the cleanness is of the highest standard. The care my wife gets is above and beyond all the staff are lovely. They go out there way to help Nothing is a bother All the family have commented on how nice this home is

Since my Sister went into Collingwood Court two and a half years ago she has been looked after by an excellent team of carers, all of which do their utmost to keep the residents happy and occupied by lots of activities and outings, special thanks to Joanne who helped her settle into the home and still helps when needed, the home is always immaculate and all the staff keep the home running perfectly, the food is extremely good from the home made biscuits to the dinners
