Queen's Court

from Vera P (Sister of Resident) published on 30 July 2025
Overall Experience  Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5

Queen's Court is an excellent care home. My sister, who is disabled and has dementia, receives the best of care from all the staff. The manager and her team are extremely compassionate, and always put the residents' needs and welfare first. They are approachable, friendly and go out of their way to
sort problems efficiently and very quickly. The manager, her deputy and the rest of her team have created the feel of a loving, warm-hearted and comfortable home for all residents.. It is a joy to visit my sister and meet with staff who care for her. I have no misgivings about Queen's Court. It is well-run, the staff work extremely hard and are polite, courteous and cheerful. Outstanding.

Our family has been part of Parsons Grange for the last three years. My father received palliative care here. He was cared for with dignity right up until the end. My mother is now a resident receiving care for dementia. Lovely, friendly, caring staff. Always a warm welcome.

My husband of 29 years, had recently gone into quuens court, with a view to placement becoming permanent. Having looked after him for 14 years, it was a very difficult decision to let his care be taken over for us.
The Manager & ALL STAFF have welcomed us so warmly we both feel like part of the family.
Atmosphere, helpfulness, care, activities, cleanliness & exceptional food just makes this decision the right one for us.

My husband has settled well in his new home & I can see other residents smiling, I can only send a million thanks to you all xx

I visited my friend and we had a lovely afternoon listening to a ukulele band outside in the garden. The staff were outside also encouraging all the residents to join in, which they did. A very caring, inclusive residence where all are encouraged to take part in any way possible.

Very friendly welcome when we first visited my mother in Queens court. A bright and airy feel to it.
Lovely room she was able to bring her own chair and photos to put up. Is enjoying the food!
My mother had been in hospital after a fall and was no longer able to look after herself at home she seems
very happy at Queens court.

I am extremely happy with the care shown to my mother during her recent stay. The staff are all lovely, very kind and caring. We are made to feel most welcome when we visit, and the other residents all appear to be very happy and content. I wouldn't hesitate to arrange another visit for my mother when
the opportunity arises.
Thank you to everyone.

Boat trip which was a resident which from my mum was one of 5 residents on the trip. There were some issues getting 4 wheelchair users and their wheelchairs on the minibus, but everything else went smoothly, including getting on and off the boat. The staff were friendly and attentive as were the boat
crew. All the residents including my mum enjoyed themselves. Trip organised by two staff members in particular with another staff member as attending care.

As a family, we are extremely satisfied with the care our sister has been consistently receiving over several years. Although the condition she suffers is progressive we are of the opinion that the excellent care she receives at Parsons Grange has stabilised her illness. We fully recommend Parsons Grange
