I want to thank the staff at Oak House for the incredible care they provided for my mum. They didn't just look after her, they welcomed her into their family. The compassion and kindness they demonstrated during a challenging time, particularly in her final days brought my mum and I so much comfort.
The
genuine friendships my mum formed with the team were a true blessing and seeing her so happy has given me a great peace of mind. The help and support they have given me throughout has been invaluable. Thank you for everything.

Dad needed some respite care after losing our mum, I can honestly say the staff at Mountbatten have been absolutely fantastic and their care and kindness has helped him get through a difficult time.
It was a great relief to know that dad was being well looked after and had company if and when he wanted.
He
actually extended his stay as he felt so at home.
You can really tell the staff are genuine and they made us and my dad feel so welcome.
if dad ever needs to go into respite again, he would definitely be very happy to go back to Mountbatten Grange.
All the other residents that I spoke to all seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves, it has such a good atmosphere and my initial gut instinct when I was shown round was spot on.
The facilities on each floor are excellent with a lounge, restaurant, cinema room, hairdressers and a coffee lounge which has fresh coffee and cakes and savoury treats that the residents and visitors are encouraged to help themselves to.
Thanks to all the staff

Attended a get together on 23 Rd August at Clara Court for friends and relatives. It was yet another excellent function put on by Clara Court and all who attended appeared to have a good time seeing both their loved ones and the staff. It is another case of how the manager and her team really know how
to arrange these events...I am sure that many of the staff got involved in making this a successful morning but just to mention 2 of them who are involved in several events ..
Well done to the two members of staff and any others who did the hard work
..luck and love and thanks to all.

My nan stayed at Oak House for a couple of weeks in July. At first, we weren't sure how she would settle in, but the staff were so kind and welcoming that she absolutely loved it. Every time we visited, she was smiling, and it was clear how well she was being cared for.

The home itself has such a

friendly, warm atmosphere. My daughter and I came almost every day, and each visit was the same-lovely staff, plenty of activities, and a real sense of community. Nan especially enjoyed the knitting, chats with other residents, and taking part in activities like tennis and exercise sessions.

Thank you so much for looking after her so wonderfully. We truly appreciate the care you gave, and we promise to come back and visit soon!

When Dad got dementia, we were determined to look after him at home and dreaded the idea of a care home. However how wrong we were! When we couldn't manage at home anymore, Dad moved into Queen's Court. What an incredible place it is. Not at all what we were expecting. The staff are so kind and the
care they give is exceptional. They care so much that when Dad was nearing the end, they even came in on their days off to make sure he was comfortable and was with familiar people. Not only did they look after dad, they were continually supporting and caring for us! Spending time in Queens was a time we looked forward to, as it's such a warm happy place to be. Our family are forever in your debt.

She enjoys participating in a wide range of activities that are well tailored to her capabilities. Some issues do occur but these are discussed and addressed
by experienced staff with prompt effective remedies utilised. Good review system in place. My wife is comfortable and content.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
For over six years, my mother was a resident at Newbury Grove, and the experience was always excellent and on the odd occasions it fell short they remedied quickly . The care she received was warm, personal, and genuinely centred around her individual needs, making her feel valued and respected every
day. The food was consistently delicious and well-presented, with attention given to both nutrition and personal preferences - something she always looked forward to. Activities were exceptionally thoughtfully designed on a person-centric basis, ensuring she could engage in things she enjoyed, keeping her mind and spirit active. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always went the extra mile to create a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Underpinning it all was a strong, hands-on leadership team who not only set high standards but also got things done promptly and effectively. I will always be grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism that made my mother's years there so happy

My father has been living in this home for a short time. Moved from another home into Parsons Grange. The staff are the first and most wonderful thing about Parsons Grange. Very caring and actually spend time with the residents. The home has a lovely warm atmosphere, the decor is homely and the rooms
bright and spacious. The addition of family and cinema rooms is wonderful, the gardens offer a generous outside space which is quiet and peaceful, with a shared beautiful pergola. My father is well cared for, clean and happy. The staff are professional and the management present and approachable. Even the maintenance team and reception know who you are and who your relatives are. A wonderful home from home.

My mother in law recently celebrated her 100th year at Queen's Court.
The staff and management prepared for her the most wonderful Birthday party. Even though my MIL was a bit unsure if she wanted a party, she ended up having a great day celebrating with friends and family and even the mayor.
But
more importantly it was obvious to all of us there how much the staff care about the residents of Queen's Court.
