All very good. My Father is being treated with respect and kindness. The activities are extremely good and help to stimulate him. He is very fond of gardening and the outside areas are really well maintained. Food and staff are excellent and he is enjoying his time in the Care Home.

My sister really needed some respite. 2 weeks at Cavell Court has made a huge difference to her wellbeing and demeanour. Staff were absolutely wonderful. Judy really enjoyed the wonderful meals.

My mum has been a residence at Broadlands Lodge for over three years. She loves it there, and is very popular with her friends and the staff.
I did a lot of research and visits to care homes before I decided on Broadlands Lodge, and I have never regretted that decision. The facilities are excellent,
the care faultless, the staff compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend every aspect of the care home

I visited several Care Homes before visiting Cavell. Sam met me on my visit, showed me around, explained things and answered my many questions. I already knew because it felt right. Like walking into someone's home and feeling so welcome. Cavell staff gave us the chance to become a family again and
not just dad's carer's. They where kind, thoughtful, patient, calm, kind and dad felt loved. He was never lonley. He was entertained. He made new friends. He loved the food and we often got him downstairs to the cafe', where there was always cake! My dad was treated with respect and although he had his moments of frustration the staff understood and were always very forgiving. Cavell always kept me informed of things I needed to know and, at the end of dad's life, they were so supportive of me and my mum.
Cavell is such a special place. The staff are very special people too. Dad would want me to mention Brandon, Tara and Cheryl. Thank you Cavell, for everything. X

The staff and management are excellent in every way, and I could not be happier with the care my husband receives.
The facilities are great, and he now very much enjoys his nutritious meals and activities provided.
The happy and caring staff always have time to answer any queries and keep me informed
of any changes.
In his words, "This is a lovely plave and everyone likes me", which says it all.

After a difficult transition from hospital into residential care Dad was made to feel extreamly welcome and settled in very well. I cannot fault the management & staff enough for making a very difficult time in our lives as stress free as possible.

Heath Lodge has been such a positive experience for myself and Mum since day 1, but more importantly for my Dad. The whole team are so friendly, loving, caring, kind and professional.
The Heath Lodge team under the leadership of Hazel, and management of Sue (would name everyone!) are great. The team

I think that Heath Lodge provides a very good standard of care and help. The staff are always polite and will help in many and varied kinds of ways. My room is warm and comfortable and kept clean. The bathroom is also very well maintained and clean.

Everyone was very friendly especially Pedro and Sam who we mainly dealt with. The carers were helpful and the setting nice. The coffee shop setting was really nice, would benefit from a few more higher backed chairs as when we went down there were lots of short chairs but I couldnt get comfy in. Parking
was a bit limited for visitors but was very handy having a shop over the road.

I was dreading the day my mum had to go into a care home, as a nurse of many years I had seen and heard horror stories, however Heath Lodge is AMAZING. The love and care given to my mum, and in turn my dad when he visited has been first class. All members of the team work so well togther, they have
a smile and fun at work, which leads to a happy home enviroment for the residents. Every day there was a different activity happening, the food was wonderful, and the facilities were always clean.
All staff interected with Mum and got to know her well whilst she was there, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication in making this facility a happy home for the residents.

The moment I came through the doors at Cavell Court I was treated with care and respect. The customer care manager has gone above and beyond to make my respite stay as smooth as possible. Every member of staff is friendly and will help with anything. I would highly recommend Cavell Court to anybody

After 58 years of marriage the prospect of putting my wife into a care home was a terrible experience. But from the first day the professional care and understanding of the staff was second to none .Both my wife and I were treated with care and consideration by the management and ALL the staff. I
could not fault anyone from the care home , everyone showed love and care for the residents and their relatives. This caring attitude of all the staff starts with manager and is practiced by all the staff ,something which they can all be proud of.

Very patient with the family, and the trauma involved in moving a 93 yr old to a new residential home and meeting new people, it has taken 10 weeks - "Thank you everyone".
Apart from being at home (obviously!) (she) they have said "I', warm and comfortable".

Since my dad has been in the care of broadlands his physical & mental condition has gone from strength to strength. There has been a constant challenge to find a balance with my dads medication which the staff have been constantly pro active to a point where I can now spend quality time with my dad
which I never thought was possible due to his condition. There have been certain instances where inderviduals (staff) have shown exceptional compassion towards my dad which I will never forget.

I highly recommend Broadlands Lodge Care Home. The staff are so caring and patient to my mum, who has advanced dementia. The management are fantastic and have been very supportive in making sure my mum has the right care.
The home itself has lovely facilities and the food is brilliant.
