The care my uncle has received has been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of activities and the food is excellent.

Dashwood Manor is the best care home! Every single staff member is attentive, warm, compassionate, and happy to be working there. There were lots of comforting cuddles, hot chocolate, words of encouragement, and fears allayed in a kind yet professional way. They all work so hard, but always find time to listen. The atmosphere is like one big happy family. The building is like a five star hotel. Meticulously clean. Extremely well run establishment. So very grateful to all.

Mum initially moved in Ancasta Grove to complete her rehabilitation after a fall & decided to stay. Since then over time as she got older and more frail she needed more of the services available. This week the staff noted that she was not doing so well and after discussion with her & us she decided to go to hospital by ambulance for more "active treatment". That was facilitated. She passed away comfortably in the hospital approximately a day later.

The care was outstanding at carpathia grange for our dear mum. Sadly she wasn't there for long but during her stay the staff were so kind, caring and understanding both Fi mum and to me, my sister and family.

I highly recommend the management team and carers staff, who consistently deliver an exceptional service that goes above and beyond expectations. The management team are professional, supportive, responsive, and demonstrate strong leadership, while the carers are compassionate, reliable, respectful, and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of those they support. Their dedication, teamwork, and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

Throughout mums stay I was kept fully informed about changes to mums health or medications. Many of the staff who were at Parker Meadows when mum moved in were still there when she passed away. This gave a feeling that they really knew &cared for mum. Thank you to all the staff for the care you gave my mum. I would strongly recommend Parker Meadows.

If you love your family and close ones DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.The management staff are lowest form of a human being you will see in terms of compassion and empathy towards residents and family.They are happy to take the money from the resident when funds run out they cast them a side like a dog. They literally threw my Father out on the street when he was admitted to A&E and refused to let him back as a resident.All of his clothes and personal possessions were still in the building,We experienced carers sitting in my Dads arm chair and falling asleep on more than one occasion. His clothes belongings and even his teeth.Residents are left calling out for help and left to soil themselves with no assistance.The kitchen/food areas are absolutely filthy. Residents rooms never have any towels, loo roll or soap.The bedding is always dirty&stained. When you raise concerns with the management and in particular the Registered Home Manager who lies through her teeth.

There is a family home feel to Pear Tree Court and the staff go to great lengths to care for Dad. They adept to his medical and mental needs quickly and are always willing to listen to our worries and views. The most important thing for us is he feels very safety at Pear Tree Court.

Great service from start to finish. Found the registration very straight forward and staff were very helpful in showing me the home and had two rooms to choose from.

Unfortunately my friends time was there brief but would not hesitate in recommending the care home.

My Father has been with the Wickets just over 2 weeks now and already we all feel like part of the family. Dad has settled and is loving his new home, he looks forward to the plentiful activities. The care manager is lovelly and the team that support her are all wonderful, the maintenance man even sits down to do jigsaws and support the residents. I honestly have not found a single fault to date. The team totally understand dementia and how it can present. Dad has improved immensely since leaving hospital and is a different person. Food is of a high quality and served hot and fresh. There is a lovely coffee shop, cinema, plenty of social rooms and a beautiful and well tended garden. We visited too many care homes looking for the perfect setting for Dad, only The Wickets stood out from the crowd. We are very pleased with our decision.

What a find! A newly built care home on the old cricket grounds which provides a supportive and caring environment for my mother. There's always a buzz about the place when I visit and staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Mum has settled in nicely and we no longer worry so much about her.

Our family is very pleased with the care which my Dad Terry is receiving. All of the staff are very helpful and caring. A lot of thought goes in to how my Dad is looked after. They really cant do enough. We know he is in safe hands

Very happy with home. Suits John's needs. Staff caring plus helpful. food plus activities very good! Rooms are good but could do with a chair for visitors rather than having to sit on the bed.

I came in for a chat as Mum was resident of the day. The health care professional went through her care plan in great detail. They explained everything and answered any questions I had. They also explained what the next steps would be for Mum's care.

Steep house is very well run and is secure too.

I cannot fault the friendly, professional care given to my Mother-in-law during her year at Carpathia Grange. It really is home from home for the residents and for us as visitors. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Carpathia Grange
