Our team, including night staff and floor managers, are trained extensively to always provide attentive and professional care and we take pride in the dedication our staff consistently show.
Furthermore, regarding your concerns on our call response times, we would like to assure you that these are tracked and monitored closely. Unfortunately, these can fluctuate depending on circumstances in the home however our staff always aim to respond as quickly as they can to ensure all residents are supported.
