The staff at Kenilworth Grange are friendly and caring. There is always a drink and something to eat on hand for visitors. The food is cooked on the premises and is tasty and wholesome. The environs are clean as are the residents. Nursing care is constant and issues are addressed immediately when brought
up.

Mum has been in Ambleside for 6weeks now, has really settled in well. I am so pleased to see a real change in her, she has had a very difficult year especially the last 6months. Loosing her husband of 74years dealing with ill health and numerous trips to hospital. At last she can relax and let all
the very kind staff look after her, which they do right from management, all carers, kitchen staff, and of course the kind maintenance man and gardener man who waves to her when he passes her window. She participates in the activities which the home put on again by very hard working staff.
She has had a change of room, now in a lovely newly decorated and all new furniture, the staff concern moved all her possessions, the family did not have to worry about anything.
Finally I would really recommend their coffee and cake station a lovely touch.

My husband has been in Kenilworth Grange for the last 3 yrs and is very settled there. The Carers are always on call and treat him with dignity. The Nurses are excellent and are very patient and chatty with him. He has a very healthy appetite and enjoys the food there, especially the full breakfast
every morning. There are lots of activities each day and they are very varied.

My Mother moved to Priors House from hospital this week and their efficiency made the move very easy and straight forward. She stayed at Priors House for respite several years ago and we were impressed by the care and facilities provided which is why my Mother was delighted to be able to now find a
permeant place there. She has moved into a refurbished room with brand new fittings and furnishings

My mum stayed here for a month in respite care following a fall and some time in hospital. The staff were wonderful - friendly, caring and attentive. The food and cleanliness were excellent and activities were plentiful. She was made welcome to join in everything from singing, dominoes, and church services
to arts and crafts. Boris the house cat also made a wonderful addition! I know she'll be welcome to visit her friends she made there again. Thank you all

Generally my husband has been happy here, sometimes find him wet or dirty. Weekend staff a bit thin on the ground, but mostly good. He can not feed himself so needs help so I come as much as possible - he is not losing weight as food is good.

Mum has recently become a resident of Priors House and they couldn't have been more welcoming to her. She has settled in really well and is enjoying living there. I am pleased with the way my mum-in-law is looked after. She is clean and tidy whenever I visit. Everyone is friendly. The food looks good and it is nice to have the selection of meals. She appears to be happy.

Mum has just moved to Priors House this week. During our tours, Sarah did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and showing us all of the facilities to help inform and reassure us. Once we decided that this would be the perfect home for Mum, her assessment was booked in within 24 hours and
Mum was transferred within three days of this decision. Mum was not stressed on arrival and was greeted with positivity and a friendly smile. They had even provided a welcome basket of goodies for her,which was a lovely touch. Our Mum is genuinely excited to enjoy the facilities and all that Priors House has to offer

My mother has been a resident at Kenilworth Grange for about 10 years. The nursing care she has received has fully met her complex needs. Sadly, I cannot comment on the activities etc. offered by the home.
Kenilworth Grange has a new manager, and the changes being made by her are having a positive
impact.

This was the first time we had to use Respite care for my mum. When I first made enquiries, Ambleside was recommended to me, the information and support from the home was excellent!
It was very much a rollercoaster of emotions on the run up to mum staying with her saying she didn't want to go. However,
she was welcomed when she arrived and was immediately looked after.
After two weeks my mum loved her stay and said she would happily go there again and even live there if it came to it.
I cannot fault the care and support mum was given. Ambleside is excellent!
The one downside is that the communication while mum was there could be improved. I was told about the App which I didn't receive for updates. This is a minor issue and I would absolutely recommend Ambleside and will continue to use going forward.
Thank you to all your amazing staff for the excellent care you gave my mum.

As a family we have been very happy with the care and attention that my mum has received at Kenilworth Grange- we particularly like that my mum gets taken out into Kenilworth. Mum enjoys the regularity of the meals. As visitors we feel welcomed and comfortable when we visit mum.

Just moved my mum-in-law into Priors House today. We had high hopes, having had previous experience with the team here, and we were not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming to mum, and efficiently professional with all the checking-in procedures and paperwork. Looking forward to watching
