The staff are fantastic. My mum has settled in so well and everyone has been so kind. I am so pleased that there are numerous activities for the residents and they are encouraged to participate rather than being left to sit inactive. The family quiz evenings are great fun and it is lovely to be invited
to join in. Special mention to Jaime in the main office at Invicta Court and Jenny, Angela and Phoebe who are on the William Hazlitt Floor

My mother came to the home as she could no longer look after herself. Having always said she would hate to go into a home we were a bit concerned. The staff welcomed her and all of them have made her feel very comfortable, like a home from home. We are very happy with the home and all the kind caring

My father has been in Weald Heights Care Home for two years now and really couldn't be happier with the all-around care that he receives. The staff in particular are extremely attentive and patient and staff turnover seems to be almost non-existent which is usually a sign of a well run institution.
Reply from Amelia Moore, Reviews Team at Weald HeightsThank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review. We are absolutely delighted to hear that your father has been so happy during his two years with us at Weald Heights. Our team works hard to provide attentive, personalised care, so your kind words mean the world to us. We also appreciate you highlighting our low staff turnover; we firmly believe that consistency brings comfort to our residents, and maintaining a stable, supportive environment for both our staff and residents is always our top priority. We will be sure to pass your lovely feedback along to the entire team. Thank you for trusting us with your father's care.

Wonderful, caring and kind people - I couldn't have wished for a better environment for my Dad's elder years. It's expensive but so worth it. We tried looking after him at his own home for a while, but moving him here was the best decision we could have made.
Reply from Amelia Moore, Reviews Team at Weald HeightsThank you so much for your review. We understand that transitioning from home care to a residential home is a deeply emotional decision, and we are incredibly glad to hear that it has been the best choice for both you and your father. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cost; we are fully committed to ensuring our high standards of care, facilities, and daily activities for our residents and their families. We will proudly share your lovely comments with the entire team. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident since January 2020. The staff took great care of her throughout Covid and did everything to help maintain contact during Lockdown. They have always helped to keep her as mobile and involvesd as possible although, aged 102, she is now mainly bedbound. On her good days my
mother is out of bed and has been taken outside when the weather is good. The staff are all exceptionally kind and always treat my mother with the greatest of respect. I have full confidence in Weald Heights.
The receptionists are always kind, helpful and welcoming and the management and office staff have always been helpful and responsive. Weald Heights is first class.

Hearing that our efforts during the challenging lockdown periods kept you connected brings us immense comfort. Our dedicated team always strives to maximize mobility and engagement for our residents, and it is a privilege to help your mother enjoy the fresh air and sunshine outside on her good days, even at her remarkable age of 102. We are also delighted that you highlighted the exceptional kindness of our care staff, alongside the welcoming nature of our reception and management teams. We will be sure to share your praise with everyone in the home. Thank you for your continued trust in us.

I am so grateful for the exceptional care my mother receives at Weald Heights Care Home. She is on the nursing floor, where the friendly nurses monitor her health closely, and in the six months since she arrived, we have seen a dramatic improvement in her well-being.
The care staff consistently go above
and beyond to ensure her comfort and happiness. The home is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food is great too. My mother clearly enjoys spending time with her main carers, and there are plenty of smiles and laughter. All the staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. My brother, sister and I have welcome peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.
From the moment we first toured Weald Heights, we were impressed, and our experience since then has only strengthened that view. I would highly recommend Weald Heights to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, and professional environment for someone they care about.

I am completely impressed with the quality of care and the amount of care given. Every aspect of the home is superior and I would not consider having my husband in another facility. The food is delicious with meaningful choices. The garden is inviting with beautiful and seasonal plantings.

I'm delighted to leave a review for Invicta Court. My mum moved there in January 2026 as her dementia was advancing and she really needed more support than we could provide in her own home. From day one all the staff have been amazing, everyone is so cheerful and helpful - not only with the residents,
but their families as well. The care and attention they provide is second to none, and the facilities are spotless. I'm so glad we chose Invicta and would highly recommend them to others.
Reply from Jaime Jukes, Reviews Team at Invicta CourtHi Alison, thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. We are delighted to hear that your mum has settled in well at Invicta Court and that you have felt supported throughout her journey with us.

My husband was admitted to Harrier Lodge with generalised frailty and disorientation after his condition deteriorated such that I could no longer care for him safely at home.
The staff gave him a lovely welcome as he arrived (he had received respite care at the home a few months previously). He
responded well to this as he was settled into his room.
Sadly, he continued to deteriorate. He had been suffering the effects of frailty for many months, and it became evident that he would need end of life care. During the last week of his life, he was cared for with kindness and compassion as, indeed, was I. He always appeared peaceful, comfortably supported with pillows, and as he was by then unable to take fluids, his mouth was kept moist and fresh.
I have a nursing background, so I know good care when I see it.
The care I witnessed was a great solace for me during a very sad time jn our lives.
Reply from Kyran Chalmers, Reviews Team at Harrier LodgeThank you for taking the time to leave such a heartfelt review, during what I am sure, is a very difficult time for yourself, and your loved ones.
It has been a privilege to not only support with Don's care during his last few weeks, but also to have the opportunity to get to know the two of you as people - it means so much you were able to take some solace from the care Don received, in his final few weeks.
I will ensure that your comments are passed on directly to the individuals that looked after Don.
