We sincerely apologise for the occasions when housekeeping did not meet the standards you and we expect. Recently, essential fire safety works required additional contractors onsite, which unfortunately caused some disruption and delayed our usual housekeeping turnaround times. While we have addressed these issues promptly when brought to our attention, we understand that this should not have impacted your mother’s experience, and we are committed to restoring and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. Regarding the misplacement of named laundry items, we completely understand how frustrating this can be for both residents and families. We are actively reviewing our laundry procedures to minimise such occurrences and ensure all personal belongings are managed carefully and respectfully.

We're pleased to hear your mum feels respected and well cared for, and that our reception team and activity programme have made a positive impact.We are sorry to hear about your concerns, particularly around response times, maintenance delays, and communication. These are important issues and ones we are actively addressing. Recent essential fire safety works brought additional contractors onsite, which unfortunately caused some disruption and delayed our usual turnaround on maintenance and housekeeping. We fully acknowledge the impact this had and are working hard to restore our high standards.Communication among staff is also being improved through clearer handovers and ongoing training. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback regarding Seacroft Grange. We are so pleased to hear that your mother enjoyed her stay with us and your kind words regarding our staff are greatly appreciated. We are sorry to hear that your mother struggled to dry her hair in the room due to there not being a mirror. We always aim to ensure resident's rooms are comfortable and fully equipped for all residents needs. Please be assured that the Home Manager would have been happy to order a mirror for the room if this was raised to them, however we apologise for any inconvenience caused, nevertheless.
