I am there to see my brother Harry most days of the week. I find the home very 'secure', very friendly people that work there, and very helpful if I need to know anything that goes on there.

I have always been horrified at the costs charged by care homes but since becoming involved with Paisley Court I understand why they are so high. The level of care that Mick receives is exemplary, the home is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to providing something a resident might ask for, and the carers are warm and friendly, and very patient with the residents especially those who may be particularly challenging due to their health issues. Any new medical issues are identified and addressed promptly and I find it very comforting that Mick is being so well cared for.

Friendly staff always happy to help with any queries. Approachable and very easy to chat to. Fantastic entertainment in the gardens when the weather is nice and relaxing music in the lounge when its not too good.

We visited our family member today to celebrate her 80th birthday. Other residents were welcomed to the party. I can only say that ALL the staff members at this home are amazing. They all go above and beyond for their people. It's a beautiful place inside and out. If I ever had to go in a care home I would want it to be like this one. 100 stars given.

I am so grateful to the staff at Paisley Court for their care of my dad who has vascular dementia as well as heart and kidney failure. He has been at Paisley Court for about 18 months now and while we know his condition is deteriorating, we are continually amazed at the kindness and love shown to my dad. The care workers genuinely care for him in the way we would do. He has been on end of life care (and recovered) numerous times now, amazing us all. And while this has been heartbreaking, we know that when the end comes, he will be at peace and surrounded by love. Our concerns about his health are always responded to positively when we raise them with the nursing staff. But it's not just my dad. It's the whole family who are cared for. We have lost count of the number of times we have been hugged, had our tears wiped away, been comforted. We can't thank you enough.

First thing is a big, THANK YOU for putting my faith back in a care home, from the bottom of my heart I am so happy how my brother has settled in just over a week he is like a different person and telling me it's a good choice living here, the staff are amazing always there to help and always have a smile on their face they make it so welcoming, the cleaning staff do a great job, the washing is always done to perfection and smells lovely, the odd job men are always there ready to put pictures on the walls, the food looks fantastic, I feel so relaxed leaving my brother after a visit because I know he is getting well looked after you get a 10 out of 10 from me and feel lucky to have my brother with you thanks again.

I cannot praise the staff enough for the care they gave my wife for the 17 months she was on Jubilee Ward before she sadly passed away on the 10th of July 2024, I would also like to thank the team leader at the time for all the help she gave me and my wife and all who made my wife's stay as comfortable as possible, thanks to you all.

Lovely home, the staff are lovely. Safer environment for residents. Always keep me up to date on Dad's progress and health.

My dad was in the home for four years and he received the very best of care from all the staff. They always went above and beyond for him, their kindness was always there and their compassion also. I could not fault them on anything, they were always there for our family's needs too. Thank you for everything you did for him and us.

I have been visiting my dad for 3 and a half years at Paisley Court, the staff have been so helpful towards my family, he’s in the best place and couldn’t wish for a better place for him to be, I really get on well with management and staff.

It's a bit difficult to give a true review because of the pandemic as my husband only arrived at Paisley Court in February 2020. Then visiting stopped in March. From what I have been able to see, he has been looked after very well but it has been really hard not being able to see him until recently as an essential carer, which I have been thankful for.

Everyone has been very kind and very supportive. My husband is well looked after. The staff have all got a sense of humour. By staff I mean everyone. No complaints whatsoever.

Paisley Court is excellent, all staff and management go out of their way to help residents and their families. They give excellent care.

I am not concerned or worried about my relative. He is so very well looked after by all the staff. They are very professional and it's obvious that they are genuine carers.

The staff are very caring and friendly. They have kept me up to date with everything going on during the pandemic. I have no problems with leaving him with the staff whom he loves and he is very well cared for.

Limited experience due to lockdown but very positive so far!

The care my mum has received since joining Paisley Court is amazing. We have never seen mum smile this much in six months since her diagnosis with dementia. The support she is given and interaction is really unbelievably amazing. The staff are all so lovely. She was given an amazing welcome from the minute she walked through the door.

The manager is trying her best to accomadate relatives with visits from the relatives, but she has to follow the guidance.

I find Paisley Court welcoming. The staff are very caring and supportive and I can't thank them enough.
