The Chichester Grange is everything you want from a care home. Caring, cozy, helpful, warm. It was incredibly hard making the decision to move mum into full time care but whole team team did an amazing job helping both mum and I with the transition. I know she is safe and well looked after. The care
team are so gentle and have endless patience. The cafe downstairs is perfect spot for friends and family to hang out with mum and the garden is lovely to get some fresh air. The activities are a great and I know mum esp. enjoys all the music and singing. Five stars!

My dad and step-mum are currently at Darlington Court. My dad has dementia and my step-mum is now paralysed from her waist down. My dad has flourished since his admission. He looks like a different person. His emotional and physical needs are being tended to with such care and kindness by all the staff.
From the carers and nursing staff to cleaners, chefs, receptionists, entertainment staff and volunteers. It's a fantastic caring environment which feels like home. I wish I was able to name the staff who go above and beyond the call of duty, but you will know who they are if you ever need help with your loved person. Thank you all for your kindness.

On approaching "Skylark" one immediately gets a warm, friendly feeling. The home is secure and one is greeted by warm, friendly reception staff. The reception area, sign in/out book and quality decor and furnishing is homely and welcoming. There are skilled, kind and friendly staff for whom nothing
is too much trouble. The rooms, ensuite allow for personal furniture and pictures, the entire residence is professional, clean, welcoming with an activity team, chefs cooking healthy food and my aunt is very well cared for and happy. We love Skylark. Thank you.

Its my auntie's 3rd week in Mill View. I've seen tremendous change in her from, the 1st week of longing to go home, to the next week of calling her room her 'House'. Staff are warm. My aunties enjoys it when staff stop by for a chat. Room is kept tidy. Food could do a bit better. But overall, its pleasant

I have now been a resident for over a year at Ayton House, and am very happy; am given plentiful good food, with cheerful, happy staff (without exception) and made to feel safe and secure, with help there if needed. I am of sound mind, but worn out physically and appreciate the friendliness of all the

Value for money - not quite at the moment, but I am getting older all the time, and I will still live in Ayton for years to come.

Dad has dementia, and after Mum died, eventually, the time had come to find a care home for him. I looked at 15 in West Sussex, but when I was shown around Ayton House, I knew this was the place for Dad.
The staff are kind and caring, the surroundings are thoughtfully laid out for the residents, the
interior is beautifully decorated, and the food is fantastic. Well done Ayton House.

The King's Lodge staff gave excellent care and support to my mother over the last year.
All staff involved in the home were very generous with their time and support and would go over and above what was required to give residents a safe and caring environment. The activities team went to a great
deal of effort to ensure the residents were provided with a variety of fun events.
Mum was supported by an excellent nursing team and warm and empathetic leadership by Sajila, home Manager.
Every single member of staff worked incredibly hard to provide Mum with the best experience possible at the end of her life. Thank you.

We could not have found a better home for my Aunt after she had a disabling stroke in 2022. For the next three-and-a-half years, she was cared for at Mill View by the most professional and kind team of staff. My Aunt had a particular passion for owls, and a highlight of her time at Mill View was when
the staff arranged a day out for her at Groombridge Place to see and hold some live owls. Many of the Mill View staff went well above the requirements of the job. Towards the end, when my Aunt was in hospital, at least two staff members visited her on their days off. It was my Aunt's wish to get out of hospital and return to Mill View as soon as possible, and this was arranged when there were no more medical options. My Aunt could not have been more delighted to be back home at Mill View, and she died peacefully one afternoon about three weeks later after a normal morning. On behalf of the family, I wish to thank all the staff of Mill View for their wonderful service and care.

Look no further than Mill View if you are looking for a great place for your loved one to live their life to the full in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
In the 18 months since my mother has been there we have seen just how very caring and kind the care staff are; watched residents of all abilities
enjoy the entertainment provided by the marvellous Lifestyle team; and have had any questions answered by the management, admin, reception and medical staff.
The domestic and catering staff are all very friendly too and do an excellent job.
We have been kept informed at all times about any issues that have cropped up with my mum's care, and I do recommend that families be as involved as they are able to so that your loved one feels that their new home and family have all merged together.
Mill View provides a genuinely caring "village" atmosphere. The cafe area is the icing on the cake and a place for residents and families to meet and make friends. No regrets choosing Mill View!

Our experience with Chichester Grange over the past 3 months has been exceptional, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mother has received, since moving in with Alzheimer's. From the outset, mum was welcomed and all the staff handled her transition with sensitivity and compassion. The teams
are so kind attentive and respectful and the Grange is so welcoming to family members at all times and a great cafe too! Activities are well planned, delicious meals, and mum is happy and I know she is extremely well cared for. Thank you.
