It's well run like comforts of an en suite bathroom and the comfortable lounge and excellent food in a well-appointed dining room. The outstanding care and consideration of the staff at all levels including the activities that were planned for each day and a programme set and their interest and attention was outstanding. I enjoyed so many coffees and teas.

My 89 year old Mother had 2 weeks respite care following a broken arm. She was cared for wonderfully well. The room was a lovely space with access to pretty garden, all on the same level. The staff were very kind and considerate. Mum especially enjoyed the very tasty meals. As a family we were always welcomed and appreciated the lovely cafe to meet up.

The home has been a marked step up from our previous experience with caring staff, a lovely room, and everyone working really hard to ensure that both resident and the family are being well supported. My father has gone from being bed bound to walking along the corridor with a walker. The facilities are perfect with the cafe downstairs for visits with my Dad, a garden where we can talk and look at the surroundings, and lounges and a library so we don't just have to be in Dad's room. Makes all the difference and has made his world so much bigger. There are activities and a buzz about the place. All the staff are kind and caring and cannot do enough to help. We feel really lucky to have got Dad into this wonderful home where just don't have the same constant worry about the quality of his care.

Hanna was treated with respect from all the Staff. Her needs were attended to efficiently. Hanna will probably return at some point and I can (Hannas partner) rest easy that she is being well cared for.

Skylark reception is always very welcoming. My husband is well cared for by staff who seem to really want to be at work & genuinely care for the residents. The cafe area is a lovely touch & it gives the resident somewhere different to be for an hour or so. The entertainment is excellent & very much appreciated.

My aunt has been a resident at Ayton House for nearly two years now. When we came to look round before she moved in we were told that it would be the beginning of the next stage of her life. I have to admit to being slightly sceptical about that claim although we were in no doubt that this was an exceptional care home and that we would never need to worry that she wasn't being cared for to the highest standards. However, I can now say that this was absolutely true. My aunt's cares have been lifted, her health has improved remarkably and she has found a new purpose in life as part of the stimulating, caring community that is Ayton House. The last two years have been a joy.

I moved my parents into Chichester Grange after my father received a terminal cancer diagnosis and was finding things too hard to stay safe at home as well as caring for my mother who has dementia. The care both my parents have received and my mother continues to do so, has been amazing. The staff are warm and friendly, supportive and professional. They keep my informed and updated. I, as a non-resident feel supported, included and welcomed into this wonderful caring community that they have built. My mum loves the food and the activities and is thriving and happy despite being in late stages of dementia. Visiting is a fabulous and stress free experience. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked through the doors to view we knew it was the one for our mum . Mum settled in very quickly and making lots of new friends . Staff are amazing and for the first time in a long time mum feels safe and well cared for . Mum is very happy and enjoying life again after living alone for the past nine years thanks to all the wonderful staff .

We did a lot of reserch as this was the first time my dad had been into respite. Caroline and her staff and all facilities have been absolutely amazing. My dad has settled straight in and smiled throughout and has really enjoyed joining in with others. I can not praise Ayton House enough and have pre booked some more time for him to come again in the near future

Her residency has been an amazing journey for her and for us. There is nothing I can find fault with. She is safe, happy, content & thriving. Thank you Kings Lodge - for all. The staff - are amazing & take care of mum as though she were their own

A lot of work has gone on recently to improve the look of the home, including relatives in decisions and communication. This all adds to make Darlington Court a really excellent home.

Very attentive and caring staff, variety of activities and events. Very good quality food and drinks, pleasant gardens and grounds to enjoy. Rooms are very clean and well maintained and equipped with television etc

I have many problems; can't walk or see. Problems as I live alone & not joining is too much trouble. I chose to live here. Haven't seen other places. People understand no mailman but cope.

My 90 year old mother stayed at Mill View for a short stay after a hip operation. I am delighted to say she was well cared for. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond to help her walk again. I would definitely recommend Mill View to other families.

We looked at several homes before choosing this one for the standard of accommodation, the activities available and the friendliness of the staff. We were not disappointed, the staff were very professional, attentive, accommodating and always available for a chat, even to the point that we felt that we were all family together. The cafe facility with free drinks and cakes for visitors enabled us to feel an integral part of the home

Darlington Court staff have all been wonderful at a very difficult time. They have given me loads of advice and helped to get my Dad out of Hospital and into the Care Home at very short notice. The Customer Service Manger has been lovely and very supportive even coming in on her day off to help get all the paperwork sorted for my Dad. A really kind Support Worker stayed late to find out about my Dad and chat to my Husband and I. All the Clinical Staff and Care Workers have been so kind and have gone the extra mile with my Dad.

All of the staff made mum feel very at ease and welcome for her stay. They were very friendly and helpful when I visited. Mum seemed very happy. Having access to the outside was a vital requirement for mum so she could walk, this worked very well being able get outside through the sitting room .

Darlington Court, is the best care home i have visited, without exception from management down they are patient, helpful and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Activities are very varied and seem to include as many people as want to participate.
