I have been very happy with Crofton Springs. The first time we visited, we were met with kindness and warmth. We had a thorough tour of the premises and asked lots of questions. Staff are always friendly, and that makes such a difference. My father has been able to settle in quickly and without issue.
In a short period of time, he already looks physically a lot better. Crofton Springs is clean, warm and welcoming. We are so pleased my father has a place there and are very grateful to all the staff for all they are doing.

Crofton Springs as an establishment is first class and exactly what you would expect from a new, purpose built residence. The facilities are excellent and take into account the needs of the residents and staff alike. The bedrooms are very comfortable and it is great to have en-suite bathrooms, TV's
and comfortable areas to spend time in.
What sets Crofton Springs apart is the staff. Every single one of them is priceless and this alone made mum's time at the home so special. The individual bonds that were made helped mum not only settle in the home but to feel a similar love and care that she had from her family at home.
Sadly, mum passed away whilst at Crofton Springs and I cannot express how grateful we are for the way that Elaine and the staff managed this sad and difficult time. From their contact and communication through to the compassion shown you just couldn't fault it. The respect and dignity shown to mum and our family was exceptional.

We have been delighted with the care given to Adrian. He feels safe and settled and has made good friends. The activities are brilliant, and the staff are so kind.

We are very pleased that he is so comfortable here in a lovely room with outlook onto the garden. The care & attention given to him & additional activities & oversight are all noted with much appreciation. We would also add another key factor which is the good attention & treatment from the GP/surgery.

I cannot speak highly enough of Crofton Springs. The manager and staff are amazing, kind, friendly, compassionate and supportive to residents and their friends/families. A beautiful environment and standard of care. Fantastic entertainment/activities. Mum is happier and healthier. Setting the standard
for all care homes I feel. There is a great buzz about the place - 10 out of 10!

My husband has been wonderfully looked after while I had an operation . Crofton Springs is well designed and very comfortable and the staff are kind and caring. Family and friends were always warmly welcomed . Thank you to all.

We had looked at several homes for my Mum but Crofton Springs stood out amongst all of them. The property, particularly the room designs have been so well thought through - the fitted units with shelving for all those little knick knacks make the room feel like home, which was so important. The staff
are wonderful - particular shout out to the carers and their teams. Our whole experience has been very positive and I would certainly recommend a visit.

We have had a very positive experience meeting the manager and staff of Crofton Springs and settling my father in for respite care with a view to a longer stay. Crofton Springs is bright and light and beautifully appointed with lots of space and very friendly and experienced staff to care for my father
and ensure he is safe and comfortable. We are always warmly welcomed when we visit too.

My friend joined the Crofton Springs family last month and I have never seen her happier. It can be a big decision, staff made the transition as calm and smooth as possible. All of the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The care is second to none, the food is wonderful, fresh and flavoursome.
The activities are relevant and engaging. I haven't seen my friend smile this much in a long time, she just can't stop smiling.
