Visiting the care home during the renovation,has been an interesting experience. Not knowing where the activities were going to be, made for some interesting times, from the lounge and the Dining room, made a change, and the staff managed very well under difficult situations to do their job! I congratulate them for all the hard work.

My mum is well cared for. She is clean, and well dressed. Her hair is regularly cut. Mum has regular access to drinks and snacks. The staff have taken the time to know mum & her personality. They communicate with mum what they plan to do when she is moved & dressed with respect. Doesn't seem to be as many activities on, but this may be due to time of day I visit. I do see events advertised at the nursing home & receive via the post information about the days where they invite family in for such events. I am phoned if something medical is required by mum or if an incident has arisen. Mum's clothes are laundered & put in her cupboards. Her bedding & room is very regularly changed and cleaned. The communal room is clean & a member of staff is present to monitor and engage with residents. Sometimes staff levels are lower & therefore the time to engage with residents is not possible. This is usually more weekends rather than week days. Staff are friendly and professional.

My auntie has been a resident at the home for a number of years after being a difficult resident, but since she's been in Meadowlands, the behaviours that she displayed in her previous home have been greatly improved by the care that has been provided to her at Meadowlands. There are always a lot of activities to keep her occupied, her favourite being the singers that regularly come to the home. I am very happy with the care that she has received since living.

A warm, friendly and professional welcome, a guided tour to put our minds at ease, the tour was complimented with a good commentary of the facilities, service, activities and benefits of admission.

The home is warm, comfortable, welcoming and is managed and serviced by a caring, friendly and supportive team.

Excellent staff very helpful and caring always friendly. My mother has been a resident for over 2 years and is very happy here. We are always made welcome and I know my mum feels like this is now her home.

I think the home is superb. I was recommended the home by a family member of a previous resident. The staff are all friendly and helpful and provide a very high standard of care. They have helped my wife settle in and always make me feel welcome when I visit.

Very pleased with care and support my mother has received since moving into Meadowlands. All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. Her room has been personalised and nothing is too much trouble. I am not able to visit as often as I would like but the activities coordinator has enabled regular video calls, which has been very much appreciated and helps maintain the close bond between myself and my mother. My mother is eating well and her overall health has improved and dementia is stable.

Lovely clean home, my brother is well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Any time we had a question, it was answered thoroughly and promptly. We always felt he was being well looked after.

Staff are invariably pleasant and caring. There is a genuinely open access to the home and a feeling of transparency. Overall as a family we are very pleased and happy with the care Mother is receiving.

My dad is having excellent care at this home. They treat him like family and he very much enjoys it here. The carers are very gentle and respectful with my dad. Can't fault the service. The 1-1 care from certain staff is amazing and my father's very happy with them.

My Dad Alan is very happy here in Meadowlands, Jenko and Sasha's care with him is outstanding. Thank you!

My father has dementia and was transferred to Meadowlands recently from hospital. He has settled in really well. The facilities are excellent and the staff are kind, caring and professional. My dad's needs have been fully met and he is comfortable, clean and very well looked after. I cannot fault the level of care that has been provided.

The staff have always been extremely friendly to Mam and I've only ever seen them behaving in the same way towards other residents. The home is in good condition. Home is very clean.

The staff at Aberpennar Court are always so welcoming and go out ig their way t make my father happy. They take time to have a little chat with my 98-year-old father. The events team organised a brilliant tea party for his birthday. Lots of cake ad a big spread for the eighteen guests. All delicious, especially popular were the homemade pasties! We were also able to make use of the piano for a sing-along. Thank you to the staff who genuinely care about the residents.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Visiting sister for 18 months. Staff have overcome many changes and challenges during this time, they are an asset to the company. A difficult job at the best of times.

The home looks after my mother well and also are welcoming and kind to my visiting father.
