Throughout the 7 years my relative was at Moss View she was treated with love & great kindness. The well being coordinators were always very cheerful & put on excellent Christmas parties for residents & their families. The staff who looked after her personal care were always kind, smiling & looked after her dignity. Finally her nurses were outstanding, rays of sunshine. They made her last days comfortable & peaceful. Thank you.

I can only comment on the care home as mum has only been here a short time for the last 6 weeks. Mum is cared for in a dignified and caring way, she has good days & bad days as she wants to go home. Communication is good & mum enjoys some of the meals.

Everyone in Roby Lodge is lovely, helpful & caring. SO helpful, dad is really happy and enjoying life again. Lots for him to do, he regularly tells us how much he loves it here. A massive thank you from all of Bob's family.

We are really pleased with the care being give to my mum She seems to be happy and settled. Excellent choice of mealtime, and daytime activities are varied. staff are very friendly and facilities are good.

The staff are very lovely and try their best to look after mum. They address her medical, nutritional, emotional and personal care needs. They have also given myself advice on how to support mum in the context of the home.

My Mum has been here for over twelve months and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are wonderful, kind, patient and attentive, always going the extra mile. She particularly enjoys the company of the other residents and has some lovely relationships. The home itself is clean, welcoming and always well looked after. Knowing Mum is well looked after means the world to us.

What an absolute fabulous facility i would highly recommend, staff are amazing so helpful and caring. They do plenty of activities family days, days outs. Rachel and lesley are lovely doing activities and entertainment. Lynn and Sharon go above and beyond to meet my Grandads needs. I just wish if I ever need to go into a care home i would definitely choose this one. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff. THANK YOU..

Excellent care home. Staff go above & beyond & are v. friendly, always spotlessly clean (never 'a care home' smell), my sis has settled in well & the family know she is safe & well cared for. Plenty of activities & residents have regular parties etc. Would highly recommend Roby Lodge.

We were nervous and apprehensive about putting mum into a care home. The staff at Roby lodge have been so kind to us with the whole process of settling mum in and making her new home / room a very peaceful process. I have had several phone calls checking/updating us about mums care plan + to ask us if we have concerns. Each time we visit, her room is always clean and tidy. I am very pleased that we chose this care home.

Cannot praise this care home enough.

My Nan has been at Roby Lodge since January, the staff have been excellent taking care of her, they really are lovely with her. Always trying to involve her in activities even when she is being antisocial, and comforting her on her bad days. She is happy and has bonded with the staff and really seems to trust them.

The staff at Fazakerley House are consistently caring and kind to all residents. They work hard to ensure that residents have personalised care at all times. In addition relatives are always made welcome - nothing is too much trouble. A warm and friendly atmosphere.

Wonderful kind, caring, patient people! I won't name names because I don't want to miss anyone out! There's a real sense of warmth and happiness in the place. I will be eternally grateful for how they are looking after mum. Plenty of fun activities for mental and physical wellbeing which mum loves. I feel very blessed and relieved she is finally safe and is receiving the care she needs. Thank you so much everyone xxxxxxx

The establishment is spotless the residents are aswell and all clean and dressed lovely. I walked away knowing that my old neighbour is well looked after and loved by the wonderful carers there

Roby Lodge is an excellent care home. Staff very good with residents. Also very friendly and helpful.

My mum was transferred from the hospital to Moss View, and throughout this period, the manager was exceptional, supporting the family all the way through the social and financial process. Since moving into the home 5 months ago, I have received regular contact from staff regarding mum's progress or any concerns. Visitors are made to feel welcome at all times. I can sit with mum in the dining room at meal times or in the 'snug' with hot drinks and snacks for visitors. Thank you to everybody at Moss View.

My relative moved into Kirkby House April 26 since being here she has made 3 new friends since living on her own, she takes part in all the brilliant activities. She is eating well and gaining weight. The staff at Kirkby House are caring and treat all residents as they were there own family. I cannot thank Kirkby House enough for your love and dedication to all your residents. I would recommend Kirkby House to anyone who requires care for a loved one.
