Generally care staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. Clothes care - often lost, misplaced, disappeared, staff too hurried to put things back in right place.
Food - roast dinners are good, other meals are less than 'inviting'. When food arrives, often warm/cool, i.e. chips cover left open till the
last person served - cold.
Corners of the room need more attention - cleaning.
Can staff announce themselves to residents with poor sight/hearing, i.e. hello x its x name', it helps with name retention.

My mum moved to Ash Court at the end of December.
She has a lovely room. The home is spotlessly clean. Mum enjoys the food and seems really content. Mum is a lot happier than she was at home.
She's bonded with the excellent care staff who've made her move into care seamless.
As a family we are
so pleased and relieved as we were very worried how mum would react.
If you're lucky enough to find a place at this home for your loved one, don't hesitate.

Myself + family are delighted with the care + attention that mum recieves. All of the staff are so nice and caring, none more so than times when mum has been unwell. They always detect it early and react swiftly to get her help. Mum is comfortable here and enjoys the crafts, bingo and entertainment.
The karaoke is a favorite. The staff are fantastic with the activities and always include her. They also continually help her with her hair and nails which are very important to mum.

Mum has been in Dale Park since March after being placed in 2 other care homes over the years but as her illness progresses her behavior and care needs were becoming more challenging so I had to find EMI nursing care. I thank God I found Dale Park. From the first contact I had with admin staff to viewing
the home and moving mum in everything was just so professional, reassuring and clear, helpful advice to navigate the process. Its an amazing place always clean, lovely staff are available and present at all times. The staff know all the residents what they like or don't like, their ways and moods and to be honest they treat mum like family. Meals are freshly cooked on site with lovely choices, regular drinks and snacks. Mum is always clean and dressed and happy. There are lots of activities. The quality of care is outstanding, im contacted and updated regularly about any matters that I need to be aware of. Professional, trained, caring & dedicated staff make it an outstanding care home

As a daughter, I have had direct experience with this residential home for the past 15 months and can confidently state that the progress made during this time has been exceptional. The improvements observed are beyond what I could have anticipated.

The range and quality of activities provided are

outstanding, and the staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and support is always readily available.

The manager shows exemplary leadership and is consistently accessible, providing reassurance and clear communication whenever required. I would highly recommend this residential home based on the high standard of care and commitment shown.

Staff are very caring and good, however money is needed to update the environment and facilities. There is no soap in communal toilets, no shampoo or body wash provided by the care home so residents have been using my sisters . We provide new clothes but these have been going missing even though these
are labeled with room number and name, this is very disappointing
